This place has the best service! Drinks while you wait or while you are getting your nails done. Every time I go I always get my toenails painted because you are paying for it!!!! And they always do right by me and have fun while doing it.

Lena was amazing! I had my nails done a week ago somewhere else and I was not happy with them at all. She was able to fix them and made them look SO GOOD! Plus, she was super fast. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.

This was the best pedicure I’ve ever had! The lady I had was Nancy and she did a fabulous job!!! I will definitely be going back!

Very bad service do not recommend!!! the lady who did my Nails her name was Jess was very rude unprofessional and kept rolling her eyes at me and giving me attitudes while doing my nails never again will I return to this place this is the aftermath very very disappointed on how my nails turned out to look. Also she threw the receipt at me and later apologized for it.

I wish I could really just give this place NO STARS. My sister wanted to treat me to a spa day before my wedding day and had set up an appointment. We came on time, but weren’t taken in on time. They had too much walk ins scheduled. And then made it seemed like we were keeping them from being able to close on time.However, that wasn’t the the worse thing about our experience. I am Vietnamese as well and I have so much respect for my people’s hard work to make a living in this country. Everyone knows walking into a Viet nail salon consists of them talking among each other in their own language. However, I have never had any of them talk bad about me before. They called me and one of my sister FAT and difficult. Sorry that I wanted to be pretty for my wedding day! How do you think that would make me feel two days before getting married?! And sorry that you couldn’t start your own appointments on time to accommodate! They also called other girls with us “dumb,” “bratty,” and made big deals about just a simple drawing on one nail!This was definitely the worse experience I’ve ever had a nail salon!

Wow! What a place! A friend treated me to a pedicure and I got my nails done here. Ive never had such an experience I felt like royalty! The staff was awesome.

I havent been happier with a nail salon before. She did my nails exactly how I wanted them. Every worker there was really nice too. Highly recommend them.

I wanted so badly to like this salon. But they’ve let me down. First I had a broken nail replaced and the tech accidentally scraped the file across it, instead of fixing she just painted over it. Not to mention it looked nothing like the rest of my set. This time I went in for a fill. Everything was going okay until we did the final dry and she started filing the sides- all the paint came of. She had to redo 4 of my nails. The day after I leave the salon, the paint has scraped off.

This was a good experience. We had 8 in Attendance for a bridal party and we was a little late and they was still super friendly. I had Tammy and she did an amazing job and was real gentle and friendly. Will definitely be back. Thanks 😊

A luxury experience! All the employees were kind and accommodating. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they gave great suggestions and advice! Loved how my nails came out. It is quite pricey, I wouldn’t say just the nails is worth the price but it is a luxurious experience. With drinks available and spa pedicures. Great place for a upscale experience.

This is my new favorite place to get a pedicure. I am very picky about my toenails, and always want very intricate designs. I always have a pic of what I want. This was the first time they were done exactly like my pic. The nail tech took her time, and showed me everything she did as she did it. She was amazing! My toenails are amazing! I will never go anywhere else again. I wish I could remember the girls name, she should get the credit she deserves, she is fantastic at what she does! She is a younger girl who always wears a bow in her hail.🤷‍♀️

I asked for dark pink and the nail tech put light pink and I could see my actual nail and there were lines in it.it was pretty late when they finished and i didnt see how bad it looked till i left and was in the light. It did not look professional and i work in a professional industry. I called the next day to let them know I needed them fixed. When I went in they were pretty rude and told me they wouldnt redo my powder set but they will just put gel over it. Since it was my fault for leaving with it the night before.

I paid for the dip nails due to my work/lifestyle as they are the only thing that will last the full two weeks. The nail technician applied the top layer and did not allow it to fully dry and messed up several nails. Instead of fixing the issue she applied gel and put my hands under the UV light. My nails chipped within 2 days. When asked about the repair (at the time of service) she told me it was fine... never mind the fact that I paid for Dip nails and not gel nails.The hot stone pedicure was great (provided by a different person) but honestly the quality of your experience depends on the person you get which is very disappointing for the price you pay for an hour of relaxation.

Me and my aunt went in to get gel nails & toes, felt very rushed and it almost seemed like the lady doing my feet and nails wanted to hurry up with me. Kept trying to speak to her, and got ignored, my nail shapes are mismatched and my aunt asked for a callus removal and had to pay extra for it but still has calluses. Very bad experience and we won’t be going back. After almost $200 we should have left feeling amazing but we left unsatisfied

Took my 3 adult daughters to Norman for a quick getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our jelly pedicures at KS Luxe Nails. Great service complete with a tasty margarita and paraffin dip for our hands! The massage chairs even massage your arms and have a heat option. It was a magical experience that we all four enjoyed very much. Thank you!!

I think there are probably some good nail technicians at this location but the one I had was so rude, SO rough, and my nails look horrible. She cut me and left bubbles in three of my nails. There are too many nail salons to go back to this one!

It is really good. Sometimes my manicure chip too easy but I think it is my nails problem. I really recommend this place. Staff is great and friendly. It has been really clean during the Pandemic!

I was in need of a relaxing pedicure and this is the place to go. The gentleman was absolutely great and the products they use really hydrate your feet. Best pedicure in the Norman area in my opinion. Thank you for a great service.

I absolutely LOVE the service I was given. Everyone was so sweet! They even held my fussy 9 month old while I finished getting my nails done! They did these from a picture that I brought in and did a fantastic job!!!

My Aunt and I went here and we were not greeted. I got A gel manicure that cost me $40. My nails were lumpy, different lengths and shape, she left polish on my finger (not finger nail) We were the only people of color in the salon and was not asked if we wanted water like the others (Caucasian women and men) The customer service was horrible and to sum it up it was my birthday. Smh

My favorite place for self care. I dont go anywhere else in Norman. Lily is my person. She is kind and always does a good job with my nails, feet, and eyebrows. I just love her! ❤

Best nail shop ever. My set was $55. And yes!! Thats a frozen margarita!!! They also have wine and a bar area!!! It looks like the Venetian in Vegas so really get an upscale vibe! Staff is nice and caters to your needs! KS has been open about 6 weeks and Im already hooked!

We made appointments for 3 people at 1pm and was not helped until 2pm. I guess appointments don’t really matter. Poor costumer service, rude to us all. Girls working there keep saying they can do any color and design but every time I showed them the picture of what I wanted they did not have the color nor material for it. They are supposed to offer drinks but they did not offer any. Will not be coming back at all.

The nail tech was rude and left so much acrylic underneath my nail that it gets caught in my hair. Very disappointed and won’t be back.

I’m updating from my previous review. I called the manager and they had me come in so they could correct my issues. Michelle did my nails and did a wonderful job!! I will attach pictures of the new nails.I just moved to Norman and was looking for a new nail person. I came here to get a gel acrylic set. Upon arrival I showed them a picture and asked how much it would be and I was told $45. My nail tech did not tell me until my nails were already done that coffin was an extra $5 and so are “long” nails. Had I known this I would’ve have made her keep filing the nails until they were the actual coffin shape. Because these are more square. I told her some of the nails looked crooked, or weren’t filed straight. The tips she was trying to glue on kept falling off, so she would hurry up and try and put on a new one and file and cut it, but wasn’t paying attention to the fact that they were crooked. She did not touch my cuticles at all, just buffed my nail down, glued the tip, then applied the acrylic. Then the gel has random dips/ craters in it. So the polish isnt flat. Also, there are random places there isn’t any polish. So, looks like I’ll have to find a nail home elsewhere.

This place is amazing! They are well priced and do amazing work. My wife gets the works, and I get usually get a pedicure.

Best nail salon Ive ever been to! Ive been getting my nails done for years and have yet to come across a salon as high quality as KS Luxe. My acrylic nails last for weeks and have not broken yet! Their work is high quality and their prices are very reasonable. Love KS Luxe!

Everyone was kind and the atmosphere was light even though the place was very busy. The lady who did my nails was very fast but thorough. My nails haven’t looked this good in years. I’ll be returning soon!

Best nail salon in Norman hands down! They do fantastic work and most importantly they are very efficient. I’m not good at sitting still for too long and they always get me in and out so quickly. I have had a couple of different techs and they were all wonderful! 👍🏻

Wonderful experience. Atmosphere was great, took my boyfriend for the first time. He was able to get a pedicure with me and watch football. Great technicians and very friendly staff.

Sidney was very attentive to detail on my nails through the whole process checked his work to make sure it was perfect. There was a fan blowing next to me during the manicure and it was making me cold, but I didn’t say anything, he noticed it was blowing on my arm and said let me move that off your arm. I hadn’t said anything but he noticed I was uncomfortable and I honestly didn’t know I was showing any signs of discomfort. I thought he was very conscientious.

I have been going here now for about 2 months. And they are amazing! From the time you walk in to the time you leave. I had gone to the last nail place forOver two years and they started to become rather rude and I felt rushed. At KS luxe nail bar, there is no rushing, Lena is awesome! And everyone else there is so good and sweet! They are all about what’s best for you and will take good care of you! I finally found my perfect nail place 😊

Made an appointment through the website for 6 PM for my fiance and I. We showed up a little early and got seated right away me they began running the hot water in the chairs for pedicures. Its now 30 minutes later and were sitting with our feet in cold water with no one helping us. Not a great first experience. Why bother having appointments if theyre not kept? Why bother seating if we cant get anything done? I would prefer to be told we would need to wait rather than sit here with cold feet pruning.

I have never been to the same nail salon more than once in a row. Although I have only been twice this place has been more than amazing and I have been so happy with my results getting exactly what I wanted both times. They are super friendly and the inside is beautiful and inviting. So happy I found my forever nail Salon!!

Waited for over 30 minutes for them to start on my nails and then she was mad she had to take off the dip I had. She cut up my cuticles and left them bleeding and did a sloppy job with my polish. Usually love this place but it’s been going downhill for months now

I drive from Stillwater to get my nails done here. They are the best! I always feel so welcome here and have been beyond impressed with their work. And the margaritas are pretty great too.

KS Luxe Nails and Bar is a very nice place to get your pedicure and nails done. Although busy, its calming and relaxing. This was my second time there and each time, the employees were friendly and took their time. I will visit again.

The pedicure was fantastic. But the dip nails are all crooked, all different shapes, and when I asked her to fix them she fixed one of them and still charged me almost $100.

Absolute rip off and one of the ladies left my moms cuticles bleeding and my Dip nails broke very easily Will never go back again and they charged us extra for even being there because of COVID

I had a friend recommended me to KS salon and I’m so GLAD she did. they are all so great and professional.

Went in with my mom and I got acrylic nails. The nail tech was really rough constantly pressing down on the finger after the nail dryed it was spotty and not a full color and I had to keep asking for her to add more color at first she said this is all I can do I dont know how to add more color (paint it ??) She eventually did after me having to ask repeatedly Dissapointed it wasnt at the nail length i. WantedMy mom got a refill on her nails and they charged same price 45$ as If it was new set in that case they shouldve added a new setI reccomend going to a different nail salon

Enjoyed the experience until we got to the register. I was charged $70 for my daughter. Price posted for mani/pedi was $28 for kids. Thats an additional $42 because of the nail polish she chose. I was charged an additional $30. I have never paid $140 for a manicure and pedicure for us. We will stick with our usual place.Just be aware and ask them for prices dont go by their menu prices.

I rarely do a post. I have been coming to Luxe for a little bit now, they are always friendly and professional. Today Vikki did my nails she not only did an awesome job. She cared enough to take care of my nails and make sure they were healthy.

Went to have 2 nails fixed. They said it was $10.00. After trying my debit card 3 times they said something wasnt working or it was declining and the machine did not print so I paid cash. But they did charge my bank 3 times. I called amd they said the money would be refunded the next business day. Other than that they have always been amazing!

I really enjoyed my experience there, a little expensive and it was so busy the service was rushed. I will go back on another day of the week than Saturday but they were very friendly, clean. Tools came out in a basket so unsure of their sterilization process, I prefer to see the tools in the package so I know they are clean.

Specifically asked for a wax and eyebrow trim. Talked to 3 people about it to be clear. Kept trying to wax more eyebrow off instead of trim. Finally just had to leave. Now i have one winged eyebrow and one curved.
