My friend and I are college students wanting to find a decently priced nail salon that was capable of doing simple nail designs. NO! THEY CANT. spent 2 1/2 hours trying to get the flower to look correct on my nail, still charged me full price. I was able to get a student discount, however, they wouldn’t give it to my roommate who is also a student. so confused by that. rude and not going back. WAY OVER PRICED FOR THE QUALITY U GET. 0 stars from me

They used to be amazing - I would drive an hour just to have my nails done here. Over the last six months it has gone downhill consistently. Last week I went in with specifics of what I wanted- they did not do anything even close!!! If you do not go in with a picture of exactly what you want you are basically going to get minimal effort! they are consistently 20% higher than everyone else - which is fine when they were on their A game. They used to have nail art and creativity was always above and beyond anyone else. Now it is just like any other nail shop on the street - you can basically get hombre or some fancy metallic polish, but anything beyond that you need to look elsewhere. This wasnt an isolated incident, it has been going downhill consistently for six months. Last week was my last visit - I kept returning hoping it would get better - they used to be great - but not anymore.

I ALWAYS recommend this place to anyone getting their nails done. The employees are so kind and great at what they do. Harris is definitely one of the best nail technicians I’ve ever had. But every nail technician I’ve had here have been awesome! 10/10

Alex is hands down the best nail artist ever. His attention to detail is truly unmatched. I bring in wild ideas for my nails and I’m always blown away at how amazing my nails look when I leave. If you’re looking for the best nails in town, go see Alex. You’ll be very glad you did.

This place is by far the best nail place in town. I’ve been coming here over a year. I get pedicures from a variety of techs, but Alex has always done my nails. He greets me by name when I arrive. He always does an amazing job and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. He takes great care of me. He always chooses my dip. He has never let me down! I consistently get compliments on my nails, even from strangers. I will never go anywhere else.

My experience was great, like every single time. I’ve been going here for years and I walk out satisfied with the way my nails look every time. Tony is amazing, steven is amazing; they both do amazing work. I will miss them when I move back to Texas but I’m glad I was able to trust them with my nails all this time. 10/10 recommend!

Items that should be used only once per client were used multiple times. Lady used a dirty nail fail & a unclean cuticle pusher and cuticle cutter. There was nail polish from a previous client on an item and she had to clean it off. Items like this should be used only ONCE per client and then thrown away. My gel nails are peeling and lifting after 5 days. I will never come here again, incredibly disappointing. I have never had gel nails lift the quickly, let alone chip?

I have found this to be the best nail salon in Norman! I’ve been going for a couple years now. I love getting crazy with my nails, and they are always able to execute what I want perfectly. Everything is clean, and everyone is so nice! They make me feel super welcome. I always look forward to going! Also, Tony is the best!!!

I have been going here for about six months now and it is the BEST PLACE I’ve ever been to! Every person I’ve had here was awesome experience! However, Vi is my favorite! She does an AMAZING job! Seriously the nails she does are PERFECT! I have always had a positive experience here. Everyone here is willing to help. Tony is also amazing, he makes sure that you’ve had an amazing experience each time before you leave. This place is so amazing, I couldn’t ever imagine going somewhere else again. I love R nails. I’ve been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. Tony and Alex are my favorite but all the staff is amazing. They always do exactly what I ask for and my nails always look good. I recommend R nails to all of my friends❤️❤️

What I asked for and what I got, he said just show me and he nailed it. Im excited that we are new to OKLAHOMA and I can check off a nail shop that Ill be sticking with. Very knowledgeable about the products.I came in with a drink but they offer beverages as well and its super clean, my daughter and I both received good service and had full sets and she got a pedicure. Ill be back to get mine soon.

I absolutely love this place. They have the largest selection of colors out of any salon I’ve ever been to. They are super friendly and if there’s a wait it’s never long!!!! Clean store which was super important and staff are all very sweet. Our nail tech Daniel was very accomodating to all of our indecisiveness when choosing the right nail color.

R nails used to pride themselves on customer service and caring about customers.Tony has been doing my nails for 3 years. Ive paid $60-$110 each visit. More on the higher side. Ive worked on his time and  therefore usually schedules at 5pm because he said thats better for him.  Ive sat at the shop and waited past my appointment time on occasions and never complained. Ive sar in his chair when he had to get up every 3 minutes to answer his phone and greet the person coming in and I told him I understood. So things should have never gotten here. Yesterday I had an appointment and he said he was sick because he was up with his newborn and was too tired to do my nails. I told him no problem and went back home, didnt get upset at all. Today I had a 12pm appointment I called at 11:40am to make sure he was there and his receptionist said he wouldnt be in until 12:15.  Tony called me about 10 minutes later and said if I couldnt be there by 12 he couldnt do my nails. Tony is the business owner so Im not sure why he would say to me that he could be at home taking care of his new baby than to be on the phone talking to me but thats what he said today. So of course I was upset who wouldnt be? I spoke loudly but never yelled or cursed. He then accused me of yelling at him as a scape goat to get out of the situation. Im  not sure if he knows how  unprofessuonal the situation was or maybe its a cultural barrier. I even tell him to put me on speaker and aak any American customer if I was yelling or disrespecting him. I even asked my husband was I yelling and he said no. I explained to Tony that he needed to learn the American culture and the way to treat people in certain circumstances and how it affects people. He practically said he didnt care..I told him I would review his shop and he said its my business if I wanted to.. He then claimed that Im yelling so hes uncomfortable doing my nails. I told him that was a lame excuse to get out of the situation.So read my review and determine for yourself should any American go to this shop when the owner doesnt care to learn and respect the culture?Also if you like fancy nails dont go here as he complained that my nail took too much time. Mind you Tony spend 1 hour or more doing the same thing that other  nail tech like his brother Kevin and Big Steven takes 30 to 40 minutes to do. I pay whatever price for my nails no complaint. sometimes my nails lift at the bottom after one week, I glue it on and not bug him. When the rhinestones fall off on day 2 , I let it be. I think he is just tired and burnt out. Tony get some rest and learn some American Culture in terms of businesses you are beginning to crumble.

Nail polish peeled off in 3 days. My moms peeled off the next day and the nails started falling off after 5 days. Not happy with this place.

Today was my first time at this salon. I didn’t get the name of my nail technician but she did such an amazing job and was genuinely so friendly. I showed a picture of what I wanted and she gave me exactly that. Every single employee that talked to me this morning was friendly and easygoing. I usually go to a salon down the street that charges nearly double but will be going here instead. 10/10

Ive been to many places in Norman trying to find the right one and it took me going to probably eight different places to find my guy! Tony is my favorite but everybody in there is great they treat you like family, and good conversation. I would definitely recommend this place! They do a fantastic job my nails always look fabulous!

I’ve been a fan of this salon for years, but after my recent experience, won’t be returning. When I got my nails done, I was so shocked that it took under 30 mins, when normally it’s closer to an hour for dip nails here and elsewhere. They also were INCREDIBLY thin, which I thought looked nice, but did worry me. Within two days, one of my nails broke while I was putting on a sock, nothing forceful at all. I got that one fixed, thinking it was a fluke. Now less than a week after getting my nails done, 3 more have broken completely off without any kind of force put on them. So so disappointed. When leaving with a $100 bill, you expect them to last more than just a few days.

Nice people work here. Tony is awesome and took great care of me today even with a sprained finger he was gentle, and made my nails look fabulous. Super nice place to go get pampered. Highly recommend.

I love Royalty! Tony is extremely helpful and responds promptly on Facebook when I want to schedule an appointment. Mia and Amy have always done a great job with my nails! I am picky but they never fail to impress me. Customer service is top notch. Highly recommend!

Super friendly & great work!

Went with a friend today. Had a girl named tracy, pedicure was very good no issues but when she did my dip manicure she cut my fingers a few times(even after an audible ouch). She also acted like she was in a hurry to be done. The salon was very nice, the young gentlemen seating customers was very nice and helpful on finding a colors!

Love the folks here! Super sweet, if your not satisfied they try to fix the problem, ask if your happy more than once, great salon! Will definitely be back!!

My sister and I did not make an appointment so there was a little wait when we got there, but they were so apologetic about our wait. I wasn’t worried since I knew we didn’t make an appointment. And they offered us beverages when we got to our seat and overall the staff was very friendly. The lady who did my pedicure did a good job as well.

The BEST pedicure I’ve ever had!! Shawn was so nice and shaped my nails perfectly. The salon is beautiful and everyone was incredibly nice. I’ll definitely be coming back here to get my nails done for my wedding!

Royalty Nails 2 may just be my new go to nail salon. Everything was clean, and my tech, Alex, was very professional. I love the selection of polish colors, and the variety of services.

I have tried SO many nail salons since we moved here 2 years ago...I finally found THE place! The salon is gorgeous! Everyone was so nice, the staff and other customers. I felt so relaxed and comfortable there. Kevin did my nails and he was AWESOME! I am super OCD and he did such an excellent job making sure my nails were perfect. I really appreciate his work! I also have to add that I had my 3 year old daughter with me, she definitely loved it! She had her nails painted and they were so great with her! She sat there and entertained Kevin most of my appointment with her baby shark rendition haha. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys for being so awesome, so caring and so professional and fun! I am so glad I found this place!

I just had my second mani/pedi here. The salon is beautiful and such a convenient area for me. I thought their choices of colors were great.My first time there was just so so. The pedi was not very relaxing, shellac nails were thick and not all the way to the cuticle. I went back today (less than 2 weeks later) because the polish on my nails looked so bad. I got the same person for the pedicure, Amber. I should have said something but I am not very outspoken generally. My experience today was not good! She did no massage AT ALL on my feet, rushed through and cut my cuticle!!! I felt it and when it started burning I said something twice! She looked at it and didnt say anything!! When it was time for my nails I was put with Daniel. He was great! Good job and would definitely use him again. I told him and also the man behind the front desk about my toe. He put ointment on it and went to talk to Amber. He came back and told me she said I had come in with the cut!!! Wow, 100% not true. Accidents happen but dont lie about it. This is the reason I will not be back. There are lots of choices out there.

I hate leaving bad reviews so let me start with saying the girl who did my pedi was so so sweet. And the new chairs were awesome. But I paid $35 ($40 with the tip) for a deluxe pedi and I get the same thing for $25 anywhere else. I chose deluxe bc I wanted the callous remover, which she tried to skip, I had to remind her that I was paying for deluxe and that was supposed to be included...(the callous REMOVAL is literally the difference between the reg and deluxe) So she tried to tell me I didn’t need it. So I said okay well let me change this to a regular pedicure then...she finally agreed to do it “if I wanted it” because it’s “bad for your feet”If it’s bad for my feet then why sell it and if I didn’t want it why would I pay $10 for it!? Just give me what I pay for, ya know?Well then we get to the massage. I politely told her, I like it pretty firm. I have blood circulation issues around my ankles, so a good leg rub does a lot for me. Guys...when I say it felt like a CHILD giving me my massage, I’m not lying. It didn’t feel good. The presses was so gentle and light it didn’t feel like anything. She spent no time actually rubbing my feet. The hot stones were cold, by the time she used them (bc they were getting cold while she was doing the callous remover) and again, she applied no pressure. So she was literally rubbing my legs very gently with cold rocks. And she didn’t even do the thing where they put kinda punch on your legs with a flat fist at the end, ya know?The painting...I wanted white with a glitter top to match my nails I just had done, I showed them to her. She did a decent job painting but there is no sparkle (which she only put on my big toe) and she also didn’t apply a top coat to any of them......by the time I noticed that I was so tired of correcting her I was over it.Oh she also let my foot tub over flow with water and my sisters also. With my sisters resulting in getting another ladies shoes completely SOAKED! I wish I had a better experience cause I loved the chairs. And they had so many colors to choose from!! But I likely won’t be going back just bc I felt like I could have done all of this myself. The massage is really what did it. for me though. That’s my fav part of it...
