I chose 10gym for the location and price, didnt want to pay a lot for amenities I know I will never use. Very clean inside and its never too crowded when I go late in the morning. Thats 5/5 stars for me. It becomes 4 stars with the water bottle refill station. They dont have one. Everyone touches the spigots on the water fountain to turn them so that they can refill their bottles. In the current pandemic I find this highly unsanitary and concerning. I really wish that there was a water bottle refill station at the water fountains. Please consider one.

We have never loved a gym as much as we LOVE 10 gym🎉♥️🎉The staff is SO friendly and positive!They never make you feel judged! Which is a big thing for a gym!The equipment is AWESOME!The 10 gym has so much to offer you through your journey💯And the biggest thing we LOVE about 10 gym is that they have a kid zone!!! Great gym! Ive been coming to 10 gym for a little over a year now and I can say there is nothing better than hitting the sauna after a good lift and a couple miles. Best deal in the city. Great equipment and great staff. Would recommend 10 gym to anyone wanting a real weight lifting oriented place, its a place for gains not gimmicks.

Best bang for your buck gym in Norman. The staff are always greeting you whether you come in or leaving which makes for great service. The equipment always stays where it should, never have to worry about hunting it down anywhere else. Dumbbells could use a minor upgrade.

The staffs constant cleaning makes me feel safe. Anti-viral spray (Virex) is always available to disinfect equipment before and after use. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. They greet you with a warm smile and a hello how are you every time I come in. And when I leave they always thank me for coming in and wish me a nice rest of my day. I enjoy this place!

Management does an excellent job of keeping the facility very clean. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. The equipment is always up to date and in great condition. Ive been going here for over a year now and wont be going anywhere else anytime soon. Highly recommend

I am happy to have selected 10GYM for working out. It is clean, the machines are always in working order, and it is very affordable. It is never too crowded; I have never had to wait to use machines or equipment. It is a great place to exercise.

Even with the current pandemic situation, I feel safe at 10gym. They clean their equipment frequently and most of the other members are respectful of mask and cleaning policies. I still would recommend going at a less busy time.

Fantastic place to get a workout. Top notch staff and equipment. Plenty of variety for all levels of expertise. The best part is the atmosphere, people are there to workout. You don’t feel like you are being judged or rushed.

I really like the gym but they don’t enforce mask use and there’s not enough Germ X everywhere. It disappointed me because it says on front door no entry without mask but hardly anybody was wearing masks.

DO NOT JOIN IF YOU THINK YOU WILL EVER CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. Customer service is not great and it’s difficult to even get ahold of them. I tried to cancel my membership a few months early because of Covid and me not being able to go to the gym. They were not allow that, which I get because they have a business to run, but we also weren’t expecting Covid and I’ve been losing $25 every month to something I haven’t even been able to go to . I haven’t been in months and they told me just to cancel it at the end of the year. Well with everything going on I didn’t realize my annual membership fee was coming up. So I was charged an extra $55. I called for a refund and to cancel yet again and no answer. I called again and no answer. They finally called back and I was not able to get to the phone. Anyways I call two more times to finally get an answer. (After being charged another $25) they tell me it’s a 30 day cancellation notice and I’ll have to pay for next months also. I explain the situation and they say okay they will cancel now but will not issue a refund for the last two months and renewal fee. I’m just really disappointed how they handled it. I never received an email or any type of notification that my renewal was coming up. With the year we’ve all had an Covid being a thing you would think they would be willing to work with their customers a little more. I will not return.

Not crowded, even during the busiest time. Has everything you could need. Only wish is for the benches to have more grip. That way you dont slide across the bench while lifting heavy.

I love working out at this particular location. Dillon is always very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The entire staff does an amazing job of keeping the gym clean, keeping machines accessible, and helping guests as needed. The culture of the gym is absolutely emaculate. The quality of this gym is on par with world class gyms like Golds and LA Fitness. Truly a privelge to have a membership here.

Best gym l have ever joined. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I love the open space, lots of room and machines. I think the exercise room at the back is my favorite. Dillon and his staff members are so wonderful, unlike any other establishment in town. They ALWAYS greet everyone with a smile! The hours are great and there are a ton of classes to choose from. My last gym really grossed me out at times, cleanliness was not their top priority. However, 10Gym Norman is the cleanest I have ever seen! The staff are constantly cleaning which truly shows they care about where they work and I highly appreciate that! I always look forward to going to this gym! Highly recommend.

Clean, lots of great machines, and a great deal for their membership.

I have the preferred membership, however the manager of the gym told me to my face that he would not honor the contract involved in the membership as I am no longer able to bring a guest or use many of the facilities I pay for. He was incredibly unfriendly while doing so. I asked only that I downgrade my membership or at least pay less for the membership, but he refused. While the loss of the services is understandable considering the times, to break a contract without compensation is incredibly illegal and can be considered theft. I am considering legal action and 10gym has definitely lost my business.

I absolutely LOVE this gym!! The staff always greets you with a smile and they always make a point to try to learn your name. They genuinely care about getting to know their members and make them feel super comfortable. I look forward to going every time because the environment is so welcoming. The equipment is great and there’s plenty of options even during busier hours I never have to worry about waiting around for what I want to use!! I have been using this gym for a while now and I have to say the cleanliness is out of this world. The staff here does an excellent job with taking care of the equipment, bathrooms, and gym itself. They are also always super friendly when you come in or need anything and management here is top notch.

Always adding new equipment making sure existing equipment is working properly. The personal trainers are very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I love this gym!

I have been a member since October of 2018 and I love this gym! When I first started coming, I was very anxious to be in a gym as a newbie. However, the staff there was extremely helpful and welcomed me in! This gym has now become a second home to me and I love it. They have a nice selection of machines, new stair masters, and new deadlifting platforms (which are totally awesome!). The managers are also extremely friendly and helpful! They made signing up a breeze! I love 10 Gym Norman!!

Light house training Tim, Joe and Chris are great personal trainers at 10gym! They are very knowledgeable, patient, kind, not intimidating at all. They make someone like myself who is quite out of shape feel encouraged. You feel the burn with them but it’s a great burn!! 10 gym is an amazing facility, very clean, great atmosphere, kind people and very well equipped! Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience all around.

For $10 a month you get a whole gym to use with any machine or weight you can think of. From dumbbells, weight racks, cable machines and exercise equipment, you can get in shape in a heartbeat. 10gym is a no-nonsense, no bright colors to make you feel good gym. You check in with your Id card, clang and bang weights, and relax in the sauna. Plain and simple, easiest gym to join.

Paula, a instructor in the 5:15 Monday Wednesday bootcamp class, is fantastic. She is always enthusiastic and encouraging. Its a great time plus a great workout

Great Staff!! They have a wide set of equipment and some really interesting classes. My favorite thing about the gym is the dry sauna though.

Gym is spacious with a large and accommodating selection of fitness equipment. Very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful without being overbearing - a nice change from prior gym adventures. Mollie, Erica, and Brittany excel in customer service and have gone above and beyond to make members feel welcome. Mirrors are spotless. Excellent experience!

I did the free trial. The gym is okay, not too busy. They dont allow chalk and the knurling is worn slick on their barbells so its a no go for pretty much anyone who does powerlifting.

The staff ALWAYS greets me with a smile and will engage in conversation if you wish. They all have a sense of humor and seem to enjoy working there. Cleanest gym I have ever seen. Lots of classes. Great hours. Unlike my last gym, I always look forward to going to this gym. The members smile at me or nod or say Hi. Easy to talk with some members. Everyone seems comfortable there.

I really dont know where to start, the Norman location is by far the best gym that I have ever been a part of. For starters, as soon as you walk in the staff members are always full of happy smiles and greet you in the nicest way. The gym is very spacious and well organized. Other members are helpful to others and willing to share equipment when times are busy. Free weights are picked up and placed in their rightful places at the end of each day, and there is always someone cleaning which helps keep the gym clean.If I didnt have to move two hours away I would most definitely still be a member, it sucks to have to leave such a great place.Thank you Ten Gym for a such a hard working staff and heart warming place to come and workout.

First visit was last night as a guest. Gym is open 24 hours a day from Monday am until Friday. Place was very clea . Offers many fitness classes, tanning and a sauna. New to the area; will be getting a membership there! Close enough to my house to be able to walk there and back!

My friend pays for a gym-pass that allows him one guest each visit. When we arrived at the Norman location, we find out that their new COVID-19 policy dishonors the contract my friend pays for. They will not allow him to have a guest. BUT, this is not my main concern. My main concern was the conversation I over heard with the two customers and the manager behind me. The two customers behind me were a mother and her child (the child must have been about 8-10 years old). The mother pays for a gym-pass that allows her one guest. The manager told the mother that she could not bring her child in with her. This is not okay for anyone to tell a mother.

I have been going to this gym for about 2 months and absolutely love it. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The trainers here are also awesome! Travis & Blaine are amazing trainers and give you that push you need to excel. 10 gym isnt just a gym its a family.

While this might be a great place to work out, their billing and accounting practices are questionable. I pre paid my teen sons account for 2020 and they continue to debit my checking account. The receptionist at the Norman location told me I needed to call the corporate office. The corporate office wont give me any information because my sons name is on the account. How is it that they have entered into a contract with a minor child? I guess my next stop is my attorneys office!

I love this gym because of the convenience! Its great that their prices are affordable AND they have childcare. As a single mom trying to get fit, I couldnt ask for a better gym! 10GYM Norman rocks!

They convinced me to put my card on their paperwork and then continued to charge monthly when I went in I CLEARLY told them not to charge monthly that I pay in CASH for all of my monthly dues. I called to cancel and they said I have to come in?I try to call their 800 number its another company (ABC) and they make you admit to a debt to talk to a human??? NO THANKS. I dont believe that is necessary. I canceled because they started (another company) started harassing me for $180 in July! So its AUG now and we joined early spring, Ive been trying to cancel for months with no reply! How did this happen if it was $10 per month as advertised?In my opinion, this business is predatory in nature. If I accept behavior from companies like this in our community, this will continue.I have filed with the BBB. I have sent emails that have been replied with thank you for joining our community! when I said I never agreed to monthly payments. There are no humans to reach when you want to cancel since they are TAKING MONEY YOU NEVER AGREED TO.Now some of you are used to this business as usual, but I am not. I will stand up for myself and I do believe you need to have a fair way to cut ties without telling us we are now committed for however long you have on the paperwork that is 20 pages long when we came in for the $10 sale.You press another package and price you wish we will pay, while we are in there under duress of the ampd-up fit people behind the counter..... when we say well pay $10 a month you make us feel weird. I frequented 10Gym for about three years and loved every experience I have taken from there! The staff is friendly, the facility is very clean, and it is so affordable. Plus their equipment is pretty new! If I ever move back to Oklahoma I will definitely resume my membership! After having problems with the billing when I tried to cancel, I was contacted and helped by the Vice President of the corporate office. This showed me that they really care about their clients! 10/10 would recommend!

Reaching fitness goals by yourself can be difficult at times. Today, I had my first fitness assessment and training session with the training manager, Timothy Stillwell, of lighthouse fitness inside of 10gym. Timothy sat me down and we went through all that I was looking to accomplish and what my fitness journey was like. He took the time to answer any and all questions that I had without ever making me feel rushed or that my questions were common sense knowledge that I should have already known. Then, we started the actual training session. It pushed my body and was challenging, but the trainer continued to check on my well being and of course make sure I was hydrated. After that we sat down again where he continued to answer any and all questions that occurred during and after the actual workout, again with a very personable touch. This is the best training experience that I have ever had. The one-on-one attention and personable experience without feeling like a burden is something that I’ve never had in my past experience with other trainers. Timothy was extremely knowledgeable and because of him, I will continue to book training sessions! Thank you for all you did for me and I look forward to this new fitness journey!

Dont even bother around 5 to 630 pm.. the first of the year crowd is holding strong this year good for them. But the staff and management team at this location are steller. I have been in a lot of gyms. They clean up and work hard. Great to see

Just like everyone else has said, the Norman gym is easily cleanest gym I have been to. All the members of the Norman team are super nice and always greet you to make sure you feel welcome at the gym. Some even call you by name just to make you specifically feel special! I have thought about moving to another gym because of convenience but because of the awesome deal they have of only paying $21 and some change a month for all the perks and being able to bring a guest EVERY TIME you go, being super clean and staff being genuinely nice I have decided to stay with them. I wish hours were a bit longer on weekends so I could go those days as well but every other gym in Norman closes early as well so it isnt like you guys are doing bad in that aspect!

The Norman location is clean, comfortable, and has an incredible staff. As soon as I walked in to join the gym, I was warmly welcomed and encouraged by staff members. I met with Travis for a complementary fitness assessment where he walked me through a workout. He made sure the workout was just challenging enough, and he was patient and encouraging as obstacles were faced. All members of the staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The yoga classes are relaxing and customizable as well, and the classes are not too full.

Not bad. I prefer the south okc or Expressway locations...just a big room with a limited selection of machines. Great for an average gym goer but I wanna be above average. Staff was really nice though.

I have been a member of 10 gym since 2017 and just recently moved to the Norman location and instantly fell in love with the gym! The atmosphere of this gym amazes me, whether you’ve been there for 3 years or 2 months you immediately feel so welcomed like you’re a part of the family. The members there are all so friendly and encouraging and the staff is so good about encouraging you and getting to know you! The entire gym and all the equipment is kept so clean. They are constantly making improvements, just last week they got 5 brand new stair masters! Stairs is one of my favorite ways to warm up and finish a workout no matter if it’s legs, arms, shoulders, or just a cardio day. They are absolutely amazing and I couldn’t be happier for all the things they continue to add to make this gym even more amazing!

Like most of the other reviewers, I also really enjoy the 10 Gym Norman location, but I would really appreciate longer operating hours on the weekends! How can we get you to stay open longer on Saturday and Sunday evenings? Even just until 10pm would be great!

I have been using this gym for a year now. I love Hoyoen’s Zumba and Pump classes!! They are awesome!! Also very clean and organized gym.

Nice place, nice people, and its clean. I have built a few different gyms for different companies and this gym is no more cramped than any of those were. I just try not to go during peak times. Sure there are some things I would change but over all I love it. I GO TO GET FIT NOT TO COMPLAIN.

I work mostly in the OKC area, but I head to the Normal location anyway (even though there are much closer locations). The Norman gym has the best atmosphere of any gym in the city. They have all the best equipment and the Management is top notch! ;)I am at this gym at least 5-6 times a week. Easily the cleanest gym anywhere. You wont find broken equipment at this gym. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. And the kids play area and staff are fantastic. My 3 boys always have the best time.

Love 10 Gym. Lots of great equipment. Great trainers and staff. Really enjoy my workouts with my trainer. Working with a trainer keeps me coming to the gym. Without one, I would probably just sit at home and do nothing. They are great motivators!

Ive had a membership at 10 Gym for over 3 years now and have loved every bit of it! The facility at Norman gives you such a great experience starting right when you walk in the door. The staff is so friendly and genuine and greets everyone that walks in the door. The facility is kept so clean as well, it is one of the only places I have actually seen staff continuously clean and organize the equipment. I absolutely recommend this gym!

This gym is meticulously cleaned, provides a great selection of classes, and the staff have always given my family great customer service. I am grateful that the staff have always been gracious to help me out if I didnt understand how to use specific equipment. Their patience and encouragement has completely taken out the intimidation factor out of attending the gym for me.

I started my fitness journey back in August 2018, and I’ve loved the place ever since. I bring my baby girl with me and she grew attached to the girls in the “fun zone” (Makayla,Josie & Julie) we both love them very much super nice and responsible girls!!! The rest of the staff is super nice and helpful always making me feel welcome and comfortable enough to ask questions when I need help (Ashley,Aron & Dillon). Sadly I have to find a membership somewhere else due to my spouse not being able to workout there with me since he’s balance from 2015 isn’t paid off completely, I wish there was something we could work out because I love the place and it breaks my heart to leave 😞

10 Gym is a superior facility with a friendly knowledgeable staff. The facility I consider to be full-service with fair pricing and ongoing incentives for new members. A manned child-care facility, dry sauna, free tanning (for preferred memberships), & optional personal trainers are only a cross-section of the perks. My wife liked this place, but hurt her back and needed to take a break. So she asked an employee to cancel her membership. The employee said it wasnt a problem and she would take care of it. 3 months lator we get a call from collections. The membership never got cancelled. This place is not ten dollars a month Dont let them fool you. One second your trying to cancel your membership the next second they are garnishing your wages. Stay Away!●●●
