Would not recommend Tiffani. She’s a nice person, but does not have the technical skills to warrant a $65 mani pedi.

I try out a lot of nail shops to find which one I like the best. I went to a few that I liked but its out of this city. To avoid traveling far, I tried one close to my new apartment. I LOVE VIKTORYIA! She was clean, kind, and thorough. She didnt rush and made sure that the paint job was emasculate. This is my new go to place. I recommend the gel shade siege, its beautiful.

Tiffani was wonderful!!! She was super awesome, professional, and personable! Went here on a whim and did NOT regret at all. Highly recommend booking services here. Dudes, bros, brahs, and bruhs - judgement free zone, get a little luxury and pampering!

Great place for a basic pedicure. If you work in Downtown Norfolk it is very convenient. Its no frills but for those of us trying to do things on a lunch break it is awesome. I always do the 30 min pedicure. You just go online and set up your appointment. It is also good for those of us who wait for the last minute to schedule. They do not usually take walk ins only because they are normally booked and may only have one or two people working. The ladies there are nice and do a good job. They also offer other nail services.

Viktoriya is the best!! she is so kind and sweet and amazing at her job. This is the only place I have been able to get gel polish and have it last 3 weeks or longer. I have never had a complaint about her work. This place is forever my go to!! 🙌🏼

Ok, So i asked google to show me nail salons near me. So I this beautiful salon and just about to book an appointment i see its nowhere near me! But if i ever go to Virginia and want to get my nails done Ill know were to go!

Conveniently located to get nails done during a lunch hour, between meetings or before getting a bit to eat. Service is wonderful, salon is roomy, bright and clean.

My go to place for my nails in the area. Online booking (which is always a plus for me), always been on time for me. Theyve always been helpful when I have an event that I want to coordinate my nails with and everyone always compliments the color decision later. Clean salon and always a sanctuary for relaxation.

Absolutely excellent! Kay does great pedicures and Victorias the consummate professional for Shellac. My last one lasted 3 weeks! Plus they are great people. Going back this week for my 5th visit. Lets see, what color...

I had a wonderful experience!! She put SO much time and effort into my nails and they look incredible. If you think this place is too expensive Im here to say that its worth it. The experience is relaxing and I even got a little lotion hand massage after she was done. Would highly recommend!

Came here during vacation as a recommendation from my Airbnb host. Place was very relaxing and Viktoriya took amazing care of me. Walked in and was able to get a same day appointment for a few hours later (thank goodness) — only did a basic pedicure but it was simply amazing.I wish I lived locally, would definitely come here frequently, loved the intimate atmosphere and personalized attention.

Both Kay and Viktoriya gave a great pedicure and basic manicure. Viktoriya also helped me find the perfect shade of polish for my special occasion. But I do not recommend coming here for acrylic nails. They used hand files rather than electric, which meant the cuticles on every finger were bleeding by the end, and I did not find it to be as smooth or long-lasting as refills Ive had at other places.

I was out of town on a business trip and I was worried about going to a new shop. I broke two nails and they were very sore.The owner did a wonderful job. She took her time removing those nails. The shape of my nails are perfect and I love that she does everything by hand no nail drills. Im sad that I cant go back now.

I’m only giving two because it says they are open on the website and even on their flyers however it’s 20 to 10am and they’re still not open. Wanted to be done with nails by 10 but please update hours of service. If I could give this place zeros stArs, I would for false advertisement.

My visit was too expensive to be what it was. She didnt even get all of my old nail polish off. I can still see it under my new polish. It was $30 for my pedicure. Its not like she did too much different from any other salon. The massage chair wasnt better than the ones at the other salons. I got a gel set for $30 as well. That was okay I guess. It was whatever. On top of all that, she DOESNT even do designs! I dont ask for much. Little lines or a flower on my big toe and I am happy. She said she does no type of designs at all. I am not going back.

This nail salon is a haven from others that feature loud music and heavy traffic. Victoria is a professional, the salon is small with relaxing music, and you will be the only customer receiving service during your appointment time. I need a gel coating over my very weak nails, and I also get a pedicure--both services are excellent and well priced. Ive successfully turned my husband into one of Victorias clients, as well. We will never go anywhere else.

Pro: I LOVE VIP Nail Salon! I came to see Viktoriya twice so far, she has been wonderful. She is professional and detail oriented. She made my nails look amazing! In my opinion, finding a nail technician that speaks English is like finding a needle in a haystack. I appreciate that Viktoriya cares to be able to communicate with her clients during services. At the end of the service, she gives us a disposable fingernail file.Cons: Parking can be a hassle. You have to park in one of the buildings or McArthur malls parking lot. So, make sure you arrive 20 minutes early to give yourself some time to find parking and walking.Either way, I wish I can afford to come every week! :)

My band came to Norfolk to play the Norva before our trip back home to UK. I found VIP on google search while staying at Hilton. I booked online for pedicure and manicure for me and my drummer. It was hot outside and the girls offered us a perrier upon our arrival. Lots of colours to choose from. We had a ball. Best kept secret in downtown. Nice place, sanitary, professional, clean, orderly, prompt service, tranquil, relaxing, and over all aces! Thank you girls!

Soooooooo.....this is my first & final time ever going to this nail salon for the simple fact that my nails on my hands completely broke off in less than 2 weeks & I literally just got my nails done like last Tuesday.....$85 wasted for some gel nails & the gel nail came off just like that.....I probably wouldnt recommend them.
