I had the pleasure of meeting Joseph on 8-2-21 when I visited public storage. I was a little sad that the amazing Gladys wasnt there but I guess she deserved a special day happy belated birthday beautiful. Joseph was extremely professional. He greeted me with a warm welcome assisted me with my needs smiled made me laugh thanked me for being a valued customer and invited me back. Oh and laughed at jokes🤣. It was very refreshing to receive such magnificent care once again at public storage. I will continue to encourage others to use public storage.

This place is ok. Ive used this place off and on for 2 years. I do like the online app. I of course prefer in person interaction but the more and more I have to interact with the people behind the counter I like the online app more. Maybe it is because they are not use to having people face to face and they have lost patience or their helpfulness, I dunno.I suggest that if you use this place have a lot of time to complete your transaction and that you have lots of patience.

Customer service is very well organized. The computer system was having issues but the manager was doing her best to correct and keep the enrollment process moving. The facilities are clean and well lit, there were very few surprises, good or other wise. I encourage those to look into Public Storage for their storage needs and or questions.

Great facility but they have actual operating hours which means you only have access during designated hours (they close at 9). You would think that if you have a code you could get in and out anytime but this place does not work that way. Aside from the designated hours the place is fine, secure and one of the lowest priced storage facilities in the area.

I was having issues with payment and checking out but costumer service here was nice to me, the Gladys was nice and helpful and made it a 10 minute process

I was told because of so many people needing storage they werent offering 1$ first month promotions. I asked for a 15x30 unit. I was told they had one and could give me 50%off promotion for first month. Was 147.00$ . I had no Choice and accepted it. I sent my wife to pay and sign for it. They said the 15x30 was under maintenance. But could give me another unit. My wife non the wiser accepted. We get a 10x25 and it cost us 20$ more then I was quoted for the 15x30. Because of this I had to be out of my home and we packed that unit floor to ceiling. Not able to fit everything broke many items while stacking and left items behind at our old home. Im still waiting on the phone call back for my explanation and resolution.

My storage unit lock was cut, I dont know if the staff there stole anything from my unit but, now their about to sale my items, because I no longer live in Norfolk VA,This placed raised the price of my unit due to the fact I live in Las Vegas Nevada, and I cant get to Norfolk VA at this time but, it doesnt explain why the manager cut off my unit lock when my bill was paid, then accused myself of it being my fault.

Gladys was amazing

The storage facility is clean and well maintained. Then employee Gladys is very friendly and she was happy to help my find a storage space for my motorcycle. The smallest storage she showed my was good for my needs but the storage door wouldn’t fit the front fairing of my motorcycle, so she was happy to offer me a bigger one 10x10 with a huge discount which I accepted. Back in the office the whole process was straightforward and smooth and one back home she sent me all the paperwork I signed by email. I definitely would recommend this storage.

Miss Gladys was super helpful in answering, quite literally, every question I posed. This was my first time renting a storage unit and she made the process much easier than anticipated. She made a suggestion that the smallest unit wouldnt suit my needs, so we went with a larger unit. Im very thankful for her expertise.

8/24/2020So far so good. I got a garage, set up my account, paid my first months rent, bought the lock they make you buy, and moved my stuff in. Now I will update in about 5months if I experience issues while storing.

Gladys made the whole process quick and easy. She was able to show me exactly what I was looking for as well as what I needed to have my stored items safe and clean. I would definitely recommend storing in climate controlled storages. I found it clean with plenty of space to store items to fit a one bedroom apartment.

Ruth was excellent to work with and very patient as I vacillated between renting a 10x10 or a 5x10 space. The grounds are very well kept and the 5x10 shed was clean when we moved in.

The ladies in the office were spectacular! Karlee got us a unit quickly and made our move that much easier. Super clean space and very knowledgeable staff. This is my first time storing for a deployment and I had a TON of questions, but she was so patient and had answers for all of them!

Gladys was such a great help! Really appreciated the call before move in to have everything set up beforehand. She very nice and made the process go by quickly.
