First time renting a storage. Move in was fast and any questions I had were answered. The managers were nice and the space fit my needs.

I would give this place 5 stars but when I signed up they mentioned it wasn’t a 24 hr place and I asked since I go to school and work during the day I could get access. Then after 6 months they just randomly took it away which really messed my schedule up. Otherwise great people and clean place.

It was clean, the customer service was GREAT.

I went to this Cube smart a sometime last week to check out a storage unit. The staff was super helpful and made the process easy and fast. This facility also followed Covid 19 protocols. As for the unit it was clean and it fit everything! If you ever need a storage unit this is the place to go!

My unit was very clean when I moved in and the property is well maintained. Customer service is wonderful. I spoke to Lynn on numerous occasions and she is always very friendly and helpful.

Good storage, flexible scheduling (if done in advance of course and helpful staff.)

Kodie assisted me with my move in and later on a transfer and she was very nice and so helpful finding me a cube closest to the one I originally had.

The staff was Nice and Friendly and very helpful.I have an issue with the website.The website required me to buy a lock so I thought you needed a special lock so I did not bring my own. Wasted money if you already have a lock.The website requires you to buy their insurance which is just a few dollars cheaper then my homeowners (another ripoff) ($12 a months for $2000 in coverage haha hahahaha) When you get to cube smart store they tell you if you have proof of insurance you do not need to buy theirs. You only get this information if you ask. Same with the lock you do not need to buy their lock as long as you have a lock. Again you have to ask the staff which was very helpful.Again the problem is with the went which is trying to rip you off.If you have your own lock bring it if you already have home owners insurance or renters insurance call them am ask if it covers stuff in storage units ask them to send you an email if it does this will save you $12 + dollars a month for something you do not need.Again the Staff was Fantastic.
