September 24, 2021I was helped by Ms.Dale. When I first saw her I was thinking, “ This lady looks mean and has a attitude.”Completely wrong!!! NEVER judge a book by its cover. She was very patient and her tone of voice remained calm and sweet throughout the entire time. She also helped me make decisions that were best fit for my needs. I am very satisfied with this company services as well as the prices. I would definitely refer to anyone and would definitely use them again.

I had to get public storage for the first time when my house flooded. It was the day after the flood and I was really exhausted and stressed out. Dale at Life Storage was amazing! She made the check in process so easy and fast and explained to me how everything worked. A month later, I needed a bigger unit for more stuff we were able to salvage and she quickly got me into a bigger unit. The transition was seamless. I have been there three times now and she has always been so helpful and very nice. I was not in a good mood when I walked into Life Storage, but it’s hard to stay mad when you have someone as sweet as Dale making sure you are well taken care of and have everything you need. It’s the small things in life that matter when you lose everything.

September 23, 2021...Life Storage has definitely been a life saver. I have trusted them with my memories and mementos and the place is not only clean but very well maintained. The staff is always friendly, courteous and very helpful. Definitely would recommend this spot if you have valuables or items you want stored safely and secure.

I have been using Life Storage on Little Creek since early 2018 when I had to leave all my belongings in storage. I haven’t been back until 2 weeks ago when I stopped in to check on my belongings. Everything is in the same condition as when I left it and the facility is still clean and easy to use. The staff has always been helpful and the autopay option ensures I never miss my monthly payment. Would highly recommend if you ever need a storage facility.

I rented a truck from here with my storage and returned the truck with the gas on full. I received a call the next day from the manager asking me why didn’t I put gas in it. I informed her I didn’t need to when the tank was already full. Her exact words were “I don’t care if you just put 50 cents in there you still need to put gas in the truck” not sure why when it was returned PAST FULL! (See the attached photo) I had to come back and get the truck so that I wasn’t charged 8 dollars for gas. manager Dale was condescending throughout the entire experience even my mother made a comment to me afterwards about it. Also beware of the reviews they pester everyone to make 5star reviews.

I usually am unimpressed with storage units as no one is ever around for help or questions. Life Storage on East Little Creek Rd was different. Stephanie helped me with my rental. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and took care of everything very professionally. I also met Ms. Schultz, the manager and was equally impressed. Donna Martin, another employee of the same caliber, also helped me close my account when my storage needs were complete. It’s a pleasure doing business with your facility. Thank you

October 2, 2021 hands-down, Dale gave me the best service i’ve ever gotten in any establishment. Super friendly and personable, she knew the answer to every question I could think of and went out of her way to ensure I got the discounts I was entitled to. I’m not a robot, it was just that good. She also conversed with me until my fiancé got here with the truck and was amazing.

The Store Manager, Dale, was extremely helpful in communicating what was required from Home Insurance Policies to prevent having to pay additional premiums for storage, arranged for me to use the sites 13-ft Truck to transport my possessions for free, and placed an elevator on the premises on Independent Service mode to better facilitate my big move.Dales attention was meticulous and appreciated---she even showed us smaller storage spaces to ensure that we were not purchasing more space than we needed. I felt that I received concierge-level attention from Dale, which made my storage experience (and the move as a whole) far less stressful. I am completely satisfied with my experience and would recommend this storage site whole-heartedly.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, a woman named Dale helped my husband and I so much. I honestly dont know what we would have done without her lol. Everything was very clean and organized, Im very glad that we went with this storage facility!

It has been a blessing to us without having to move all of this stuff so thank you so much for being located where you are and at our service . Good customer service. Building cleanliness fluctuates from time to time. Levels of humidity causes me to question the established climate controls.

This would be the second time I’ve gotten better service than I could ask for. Donna is always and I mean always more than willing to help me. Regardless if she’s answering a million of my questions or helping me with a purchase, she’s always helping me with a smile. This is literally why I only use this storage location. Thank you Donna !

18APR2021When my wife and I were stuck having to move out of our apartment, with a closing date that was pushed at least 30 days past our move out date, we really had to scramble to figure what to do. My wife found Life Storage on East Little Creek Rd.She came to speak with Dale in person to see the facility and look at the space in person. I was wondering what possibly could have taken 2 hours. She had the nicest things to say about Dale, and they had spent most of the time just talking and getting to know each other. Dale listened to our needs, and saved us a huge headache by recommending a larger space. It was exactly the size we needed. I could imagine the heartbreak my wife would have had if we had to move everything twice.If you ever need storage services, this is by far the best option in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area. Clean, safe and the friendliest staff you could ask for. If there was a 10 star option I would have used that.

Donna was very helpful and kind. She wore a smile and she was very knowledgeable about her job and helpful with picking if the storage space ! She told us because we were military we got 10% off abs 20% off off new move-in materials! We also got here just in time of the special this month for first month free ! So we saved a lot of money today and I’m grateful! Thanks Donna and life storage!

June 1, 2021: Life Storage Little Creek have very clean and a large variety of units. The front desk staff are very friendly and always willing to assist customers with their questions. We have been very happy customers for the past 8yrs and only left after we bought a house and no more need for additional storage.

Life Storage has been amazing to us. We recently rented a truck and when we had some minor issues they responded quickly. Every member we spoke to that day was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone.

1.28.2021Dale the manger at this location was awesome and very knowledgeable on her job. I reserved online she followed up with a confirmation phone call. When we arrived to the facility everything was straight forward and simple the facility was clean and safe. Sign the contract and was all good to go. Came in to get a quote for a unit and was greeted by Dale. She was very upbeat and friendly. Showed us a unit that was exactly what we’re looking for. Life storage was very clean and accessible. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Booking in the times of Corona was super easy! Everything online and my lock was left in my unit for me to start using it. Staff has always been very helpful over phone and when needed in person. I won’t be needing my unit anymore right now, but should I in the future I’ll pick this location again!

Especially if your military they have awesome rates and will work with you for your deployments and access at odd hours. For over 2 weeks nobody showed up during regular working hours nobody answered the phone when I finally got a hold of the manager she stated that everybody was off for 2 weeks but they never put out a notice. Bay doors are rarely open when there supposed to be and every time you do ask for help the staff is extremely rude and makes it seem like its your fault that they are not doing their job

Dale at Life Storage on Little Creek was so helpful today. I am so happy they are able to keep our family keepsakes safe in their temperature controlled facility.
