Received this company’s information regarding a fix for my LG refrigerator. Scheduling was concise and prompt and Rick arrived within the two hour window provided. He immediately got to work, quickly found the issue was the fan motor and replaced it promptly. All told, the entire repair took no more than 30 mins. Pricing was fair and was expected for the work that was done. Unfortunately persons who leave reviews tend to be those who’s expectations may not have been met and this inevitably leads to a skewing of a company’s reputation - often times undeservedly. In this case, as my wife and I were COMPLETELY satisfied with the work by Rick and J&J, we wanted to take the time to thank them AND recommend their services!Rick thanks! I called LG to fix my refrigerator and they gave me their number, they charged me $75 to diagnostic the problem plus $375 to fix it and replace the compressor, few week later same problem, I had to trash all my food, I called them and they send somebody same day to fix it, he add Freon to it, and he said call LG if something wrong again . week later same problem I had to trash all the food again, I call LG and they came to fix it, saying they install the wrong compressor with wrong installation too, and he apologized and he said some pretend to k’ow The job but no, I called j&j to have my refund since they didn’t fix it and they just gave me hard time and the rude lady from the costumer service and I’m sure she remember me,,, the answer I’m sorry honey I can refund you the money . I don’t care about this $400,, I hope they won’t play with other costumers and I’m still have to call LG to stop referring them to their consumers .
