I was extremely nervous about using this provider due to all of the awful reviews. I was expecting to encounter problems or have a no show technician. I was pleasantly surprised! Our technician was on time, during the arrival window previously stated, kind and fixed our new samsung washer. (Which, Im still frustrated there was even a problem since it was purchased brand new, not even one month old--Thats not cyber worlds issue though). Sam, even left his number if we had any more issues. Very pleased! Thank you!!

I purchased the Lowes protection plan on my Samsung range. This company is nearly impossible to communicate with. Always have to leave a message for a call back. After finally talking to someone, they scheduled service today between 10-2. It is 2:40 and nobody has called nor shown up. Called the company and still waiting for someone to return my call. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I took the day off work for NOTHING!

I had an issue with my Samsung washer while l still under warranty. I was a bit worried when the service center scheduled me with a company with so many negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The technician was knowledgeable, quick, and very flexible when I needed to reschedule. I didnt realize it was outside of their normal operating hours but the technician didnt even mention it and kindly obliged.They fixed the issue and went above and beyond to do a full diagnosis and be sure that was the only problem

They are supposed to be a Samsung Warranty provider. Took over a week to get an appointment. They finally called and set up an appointment only to no-show. Worst example of professionalism I have ever seen. In fact my appointment window was on Saturday from 2:00-6:00 pm. Could have at least call me to cancel. They would not answer phone calls, email messages or call me back.

DO NOT USE this Company. Water leak in my refrigerator that has a small leak on the floor. Technician after looking through the refrig. and water connections on the back said he couldnt find anything and ready to leave. I advised he needs to find the water source of the leak. He looked again inside and found water and ice under the large middle pull out drawer. Cleaned it out and said it was the energy option that is the default from the factory and turned it off. We still have the same leak and water buildup under the tray. I have called Cyber World Electronics four times leaving messages with ticket # and phone number and they will not call back. WORST repair company I have ever dealt with over that last 40 years!!!! I will continue to the next step and contact the BBB.

I called Samsung for warranty service on my dryer on September 9th. They assigned the work to Cyber World Electronics and told me I should hear from them within 24 hours. Cyber World Electronics called the following afternoon (within the given timeframe) and offered an appointment for between 10 am and 2 pm today (September 14th), telling me it was the only opening they had in the next three weeks.I accepted the appointment and spent today waiting for them. They did not show up. They did not call to say they were arriving late or to reschedule. I tried to call them several times after 2 pm, but they never answered. There was a non-working option to leave a voicemail. I sent an email asking for an update, but did not receive a reply.I reached out to Samsung around 4 pm to see if they had better contact information. They tried reaching them and were also unsuccessful. They sent it to their back office team who was supposed to keep trying to get Cyber World Electronics to provide service today. Theyre supposed to assign a new service provider in the morning. Im hoping they have better reviews; the bad ones for Cyber World Electronics are definitely deserved.

Samsung scheduled an appointment for Cyber World to replace a broken icemaker for my refrigerator. I called CyberWorld several times and left messages. They never returned my call, and did not show up when they were scheduled for the appointment. Terrible customer service!

The reviews, unfortunately, are accurate. We have a Samsung flex washer that was making a terrible noise and needed internal parts replaced just out of warranty. We paid the $99 trip fee and waited on a repair estimate. I had to call to get the estimate as we never received a call back. Scheduled an appointment to fix the washer, they missed that appointment entirely with no call or updates. We called back and scheduled a 2nd repair appointment, this time when the technicians arrived, the repair cost was $200 more than originally quoted and now they say we should just replace the one year old $1500 washer. Terrible customer service and a waste of several weeks.

Steve was tasked to repair my frozen ice maker. Received a call 2 days after reporting my issue. Arrive at the end of the 4hr window, but went to work immediately defrosting etc. He replaced a part that he said was a normal issue and the ice maker works great now. My only issue is that a few days after the repair we noticed water leaking from the refrigerator. After thinking there was another issue with it, calling back to Samsung and setting up an additional service order we found the issue was a catch tray under the main refrigerator section of your french door model that was filled with water from the repair. Small cleanup but something I should not have to deal with. Full cleanup next time Steve.

They set a time to come on Wednesday 8/11 and Tuesday night called to say the tech requested off for a medical emergency the next day and rescheduled me for Saturday 8/14 between 10-2. Saturday rolls around and no call or show so I call Samsung and the tech “mysterious” calls my husband as I’m on the phone with Samsung.The tech tells my husband he is running on “central” time and is an hour behind and what did we want to do about it. First if you knew you were running an hour late you would think they would call wayyyy before to inform us, but no. My husband says come out since we already paid for it and would you guess it……. NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! I’ve been calling non stop and leaving messages and nothing returned!!! Complete unprofessionalism!!!

I received a new dryer from Samsung that had a bad rattle. Cyber World was assigned the repair. The same day they were assigned, I received a call and an appointment was given for two days later. The time frame was given as 4 to 8 pm. I received several reminders. A little before 4 pm, I received a text from Cyber World that a tech named David was on the way and then David called saying he was 15 minutes out. David (or maybe Thomas according to the phone record) arrived in a Samsung truck and uniform, and listened to my recording of the rattling problem and said he new exactly what the problem was and had the part with him. He has been working on Samsung products for 12 years. In the process of opening up the dryer, he discovered that, at some point, the frame had been bent and that was the reason for the rattle. He wrote up a report and left me a copy of it. I called Samsung and gave them his conclusion and they are sending a replacement dryer.

Stay away, these guys are total rip off. I have a written quote of $250 in hand for parts and labor to replace a new Samsung refrigerator door. Then at the last minute they demanded $391 and a 50% deposit up front the day before our appointment. I am reporting them to Samsung, BBB and State Attorneys General Office. Jim is a con man. So it this whole company.

Ill have to admit - after reading a ton of these reviews, I was seriously concerned with the level of service I was going to get from this company. They are the company Samsung uses and you dont have an option when youre getting something fixed in warranty. I will have to say I was very pleasantly surprised! They called me within 48 hours of my ticket being opened and scheduled an appointment within the same week. The first person to come diagnosed the issue with my washer in less than 30 minutes and ordered the new part I needed. Within 3 days they called me back to schedule my repair with the part. Two technicians showed up and were as friendly as could be! They fixed my washer and I am good to go! Absolutely no complaints from my end :)

Worst company EVER!! my appointment was 2-6 pm and no one didn’t show until 6:40 pm. the technician came in and was rude and unprofessional. I have a brand new microwave that over heat and instead of trying to fix it he lied and said it was physical damage so he didn’t have to fix the microwave. he couldn’t show me no physical damage and when i told him i’m not signing the paper he put denied signing and walked out. i have been fighting this case everyday for a month now. two technicians was sent out after him and both reported no physical damage but customer service won’t fix it because the this fraud company put physical damage first. so i been playing a waiting game with samsung because they claim they gotta review the case.

Dont waste your time with these guys. This company was assigned to resolve our Samsung TV warranty issue. They missed the appointment window for appointment 1, didnt do anything at appointment 2 except say they would have an internal meeting about it and call to discuss next steps. They then called to make appointment 3 and the tech showed up and put on a picture that didnt show the issue and then tried to explain that there wasnt an issue and closed my case without any assistance. Luckily Samsung reopened it and is assigning a different company as this one was no help and wasted a ton of time.

We (partner and I) had an appointment created directly from Samsung, they scheduled it through Cyber World Electronics and gave us a ticket number confirmation and also stated that the appointment would be on Friday 9/4 in the afternoon.Friday rolls around and we call the company number Samsung gave us to get a better understanding of the time frame. A rep answers who is incredibly rude says that we do not have an appointment. We tell her we do and give her the details given to us, and she scoffs and tells us they arent coming out. I worked as a customer representative before and I know how difficult it can be so I try extra hard to be patient, polite and understanding. At this point we werent getting anywhere so I ask to speak to the floor manager or someone who can get into the system to explain to me what happened. She says no, and refuses to do so until ask a third time. She scoffs again and put me on hold. After 40 mins on hold the call was hung up from their side. I call back and literally the same process.I dont think i have ever had worse service from a company in my life. This is beyond outrageous. Going to be contacting Samsung to complain about their partner company and urge them to find a different tech shop to work with.

I will hopefully one day be able to update this review when a technician shows up. So far, weve taken two days off of work to wait and have no one come despite confirming the schedule in advance. Last night, after the scheduled time was missed, a technician called me and assured me that he would be there by 2 p.m. the next day. It is now 3:30 and after calling their dispatch office twice I have been given different phone numbers and told to call the technician myself. Its absolutely unbelievable! My next phone call will be to Samsung. I am Shocked that such a well-known and reputable brand would associate themselves with this poor professionalism and inability to follow through. If not for the warranty involved, I would never go to this company for service.

I was very concerned to process to fix my Samsung DW with this company. I read throughout before making in a decision on repair. Since they are only company who covers my area, I had to do it anyway. Now, I am wondering why they received those bad reviews. They called me just one day after I called Samsung. Two techs came to my house so far, and they never failed me. I paid $95 non refundable service call/diagnostic fee. I had to wait approx. 6 days before a Tech could come. This money do not go toward any repairs if you choose to use their service. The Tech came, turned dryer on for less than 30 seconds, felt the dryer drum and told me three Samsung parts I needed that would cost almost $300 not including $65 repair cost. He admitted the company mark up Samsung parts which was approximately a 50% mark up and only provided a two month warranty. If I had continued with the service I would have paid over $400 for a 9 year old dryer. Ridiculous!!!! I found another Samsung Tech who came the same day, completed the diagnostic and repaired dryer $160.00 total. I told Samsung I cannot believe this is acceptable to their company.

It remains to be seen if the repair service worked or not as it is a problem that could return, but, this company is a mess administratively. They made me pre pay via credit card for gate fee over the phone when appointment was made, but, when the repairman arrived he had not been given the funds to enter so I had to pay again in cash at the gate for him. When I called CW for a refund they would not return either of my messages. This is just one example of their ineptness handling customer service. If you have another option take it!

Well 2 months in 3 service visits and 3 cancelled appoints by Cyberworld and my fridge is still not working and they refuse to tell Samsung it is not repairable so I can get a replacement or a refund. Legal action is being taken. Maybe they need to spend a few years wrapped up in another Class Action to get the idea that they need to provide better products, support, and service. Will never buy another Samsung product and will do everything I can to hold Cyberworld and Samsung responsible for treating customers this way. Two months with no fridge and a newborn has not been fun. I hope a jury hears the way we have been treated.

The call center at this place is atrocious. Theyre rude, they dont communicate, its completely awful. We didnt want a tech to come to our house because of Covid. We asked if we could bring my TV to them. The call rep said yes, that would even be better. They then called the next day to schedule a tech to come out. We told them no, we were bringing it, and they then told me wed have to update our ticket. So I called Samsung and got that sorted out. I drove to Norcross to make sure Id get there before they closed at 5:30, and the guy looked at me like I was crazy, but accepted the TV for repairs. Got a call the next business day, and they said that a tech was on the way while the TV was at their office.To their credit, I got my TV back very quickly. Without the power cord. Now I cant get through to try and get this cord back. I hope the TV itself is repaired. If not, I do believe Ill be insistent on not using this company again.

The service technician Isaac was great. Honest, nice, and fast. I had my doubts after reading the reviews and dealing with the customer service. It took 3 calls and 2 canceled tickets( they canceled the tickets and claimed they couldn’t reach me via phone. They never called though). After firmly speaking with Samsung they put in a new ticket. It’s sucks for workers like Isaac when the other parts of the company are terrible.

They were supposed to repair my freezer. 1st tech came out and said parts needed to be ordered 2nd tech came out evacuated the refrigerant did not try to replace anything and just said that he couldnt fix it. Fridge and all other functions still worked greatg until he showed up and finished breaking it. It was a warranty claim through samsung so sadly I didnt have a choice. If its warranty tell samsung you dont want them and if its customer paid look elsewhere. This company is garbage and complete waste of time.

Tech was supposed to come between Friday 11/20/2020 2:00/6:00pm shows up at 7:00pm barely spent 30 minutes fixing washer says it’s a little unbalanced doesn’t mention which side says drain hose was stuck put a zip tie on it and leaves. Washed a blanket and fitted sheet worked once then went back to not draining properly and putting out the same error code I called about. I feel like I got cheated out of a service mind you it’s only Sunday 11/22/2020 and I just had it serviced that speaks volumes of how lazy and unprofessional these so called “Experienced technicians” are I would rather buy another non Samsung washer than deal with this company again Samsung should really think about outsourcing their business to another company because based on the reviews alone this company isn’t good.

I recently had to have Samsung Warranty work done to our new refrigerator. Per Samsung this was the only service provider in my area. They were efficient in scheduling the appointment an communicated before my appointment arrived on time but that’s where it stops. The Auto Close Lever broke on our fridge. The repairman came out wasn’t really sure of what to fix or do as he kept opening the other door an looking at it as he was very short. He asked for a stool to stand on which I gave him. I even handed him the broken part which we also had to take a photo of an send to Samsung before the appointment. He got a drill out as I wasn’t really paying anymore attention an screwed something up there had me sign the paper that it was fixed. I didn’t really notice any difference in the door. My husband came home opened the door an said he didn’t fix anything. Stood on our stool an said he screwed the broken piece back in but he screwed a new hole into the door to do it. This is a authorized Samsung Repair Dealer. Now the door is still broken we have a new screw an hole in a new fridge an when we called Samsung they had us send the pictures in an guess what Cyber World called to set up a repair again an were put off that I expected a new part to be installed in the first repair. When I explained the part is broken in half so screwing it back into place when it’s not attached to the other side so no it won’t work. Then they told me the same repair man would be sent out. Thanks but no thanks cancelled the appointment. Went rounds with Samsung an we just purchased 2 new Auto Door Close levers an will install our selves. I have the photos of the broke part an new screw hole an the good side an the repair order showing it was fixed yet nothing was fixed an you can bet they probably will bill Samsung for the time and a new part.

This business is very unprofessional they don’t have any estimated time frames on when tickets will be serviced. The rep answered the phone and told me there was no supervisor working at this store they were too busy and he didn’t know when they could get to my work. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone not even to my worst enemy. He hung up on me when I asked if there was another store available for work.

Was scheduled to come out and repair my Samsung dishwasher. Cyber World cancelled the appointment and sent me an email. I call Samsung and they informed me Cyber World cancelled my appointment at my request which is not true. I called Cyber World 5 times and was put on hold every time. Call was on hold for 15 minutes then the phone was picked up and I was hung up on. Very unprofessional and rude. I called Samsung and requested a different service center. I do NOT recommend using Cyber World. I gave a 1 because that was the only option to leave a review. They clearly do not even deserve a 1.

Samsung makes you use this company to repair their refrigerator. I spoke with a person once. We had an issue with the company running my card. (Never even saw them attempt the charge from my Bank). After the one time I was able to speak with a female representative no one would return my phone call. They have cancelled 5 tickets with out contacting me. No one returns my phone calls. Horrible customer service. I would give them a zero for the way I have been treated. This is a warranty repair and no one from the company cares to respond.

Danny from Cyber World electronics stole a piece of our property / steals parts out of your electronics and then makes you pay for new ones ..after fixing our Samsung qled tv the tech took the old part (motherboard) out of our tv lays it down in the box of our new motherboard and told us he had to take it with him and send it back to Samsung.. but that part came out of the tv I paid for already $2000.. and then he charged me $300 for a new part, $65 for labor, and Samsung charged me $95 before they would even send anyone out to diagnose the issue.. called Samsung and they said it was t their issue and that we had to put in a claim with cyber world.. yet they are the ones (Samsung) who send out cyber world to our house and cyber world said they were sending the part back to Samsung...

Samsung and the retail store have confirmed that all documentation needed has been complete. Warranty is verified. This company has cancelled our ticket three times! Thankfully the retail store put a loaner in our garage - but Thanksgiving is next week and I dont have my fridge! This company has given me the run-around and blames everyone else. But both of the other parties have verified all the information is complete. If you dont want the work, then refer Samsung to another servicer. Now they are not answering the phone. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Unfriendly horrible customer service and lazy technicians. 3 months ago a tech came to my house to fix my refrigerator. My husband pointed out before he left that it was still not fixed. His response was well I reset it. My refrigerator is still not working I have had multiple work order set to them by Samsung because I am with in warranty, only to be told by cyber world I am not and will have to pay. When Samsung contacts cyber world on my behalf to figure out the problem, Samsung is told my service order was canceled because I refused to cooperate with them.

My TV needed repair and the initial appointment went fine. He determined I needed a new part that theyd have to order, no problem. However, after scheduling a time to come back, they the day before to say they dont understand why they booked an appointment because they hadnt yet received the new part. After 4-5 reschedules, he comes back and the TV still is not working. His manager tells him to reorder a new part because it could have been faulty and refuses to replace the TV instead. Its been over a month and half and now they are not returning my calls. Horrible Company.

This company was scheduled by Lowes as part of their Extended Protection Plan. They never called ahead to confirm the appoint and never showed up. I called Lowes and we both called them and all we got was a voicemail. Left several message which were never returned. I understand that there are challenges with COVID-19 but they should at the very least communicate with customers.

This company is terrible and shouldn’t even be in business. If you try and call no one will answer the phone and they will not call you back. So if Samsung gives you a ticket number attached to this company tell them no and you want a different company. All these 1 star reviews should speak volumes to the owner of the company but I guess no one cares there. They have told me they would come and had to reschedule on there time 3 different times and I was told they would call back. But guess what never got a call back from any one at the office. We were referred by Samsung. We paid a fee to have them look at our refrigerator. They told us nothing was wrong even though it had stopped cooling two previous times. The technician told me it was our electrical system and to call him if I had any additional problems. We did shortly. I had an electrician come look at our electrical system. All was fine. I called another company because Cyber World refused to come back. They rejected our request because we were “out of area.” The new technician we called came and said that we had a bad compressor fan. He replaced it, and my fridge now works great. I do not recommend anyone to go to Cyber World!

2 appointments scheduled and they canceled each appointment on the day they were suppose to repair my washer. If you have a Samsung product and they refer you to this company you would be wise to request another vendor. If you decide to go with this company be prepared to be upset and frustrated by their lack of customer service (if they ever arrive on the day your appointment is scheduled). I called Samsung and requested another vendor, hopefully they will show up. Check their BBB record it’s similar to their Google rating.

This place has an address of 17 Hartland Ct, Pooler, GA 31322 listed with Samsung which explains why they would have them listed as repair office for Savannah. But this place is actually located in Norcross, GA, over 4 1/2 hours from my residence. They listed a bogus address to get business in the area. This place has the most unprofessional men who answer the phone and then get upset when you express your frustration with their service. Service technician came for a washer unit. Was EXTREMELY rude. I have never been talked over like that in my life, or treated so rudely in MY OWN HOUSE. Technician said we are using our washer wrong, and that we are only supposed to wash on the lowest setting possible and everything will be fine. That is not what I paid $700 for a brand new washer for--I wash on the normal preset setting set by Samsung. He got so mad that we tried to show him the abnormal sounds it was making, he said everything is our own fault and stormed out of the house without saying bye or anything.

My Samsung TV died and they referred me to Cyber World for a potential repair who in turn wanted payment up front for a service call which was charged to my debit card. Three days before the service call I decided to buy a new TV and called to cancel my service with Cyber World. I called four times and could never get anyone. The day of the service a technician called to say he was on his way, to my dismay. I told him it was cancelled and I wanted my debit charge reversed. That was a week ago. Contacting my bank today. Someone said it in these reviews, they shouldnt be in business and certainly are ruining Samsungs reputation.

***** DONT USE THIS COMPANY ******I had a Samsung Dishwasher arrive defective - Samsung set an appointment with Cyber World, however, when I called Cyber World, they said no, Samsung cannot set appointments. They came out, worked on the dishwasher, replaced controller board and an o ring - next morning dishwasher still does not work. Called on Sunday night left msg - here it is Monday at 12:45pm and called again this am and was on hold for 30 minutes - rude guy said, sorry but they are busy.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They have come to my house 3 times and the first time they only came to fix my the spin cycle on my washer. Not only did they not fix it, they caused it to leak water. It was never leaking water and I have only had it for 4 years!!! They then came back and said the part they put on was defective and they would replace it. Then they came to replace it and then said the part was fine but that it was our fault it was leaking!!!! I asked to speak to a supervisor and no one ever contacted me!!! I drove an hour to the office to speak to one and the supervisor Benjamin was sooo rude a unprofessional!! He did not offer an apology nor did he try to resolve the issue. Just told me to contact Samsung!!!! My house has been damaged by water and they aren’t doing anything about it. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he refused to give me any info and was very disrespectful. I recommend u find another company to service your appliances! They will only break it and tell u it’s your problem not theirs!

Customer NO service. Run around and delays about warranty repair. Sent them 3 different receipts via email over 3 days and none were accepted by them as proof of purchase. All requested criteria was listed on all 3. Stopped returning emails and phone messages because no way to speak directly to a live person. Called back to the warranty company and requested new repair service. Able to schedule with one phone call. DONT USE!!!

Im not sure if they teach it in business school, Im just a nurse so I wouldnt know, but I would hope they do relay to business owners that when listing a phone number and letting it ring to a place of business, that it is understood and obligatory that it gets answered at some point over the course of a week at least. I have attempted to call this place over 10 times as well as my family members have tried, with absolutely no response. Not once has anybody from this establishment returned a call or even answered the telephone. I have pleaded over messages and explained Im just trying to get my television fixed after Samsung referred me to them. Samsung should be ashamed in themselves for relying on a company that offers no customer support and barely has a functioning website. Samsung, to me anyways, is supposedly a good brand but this company and Samsungs products have proven otherwise. Anyways, if anybody actually can reach them by phone, please explain to me how you managed this difficult task.

Came to evaluate a warranty and repair I requested through samsung. Left within 3 minutes just saying to call samsung. I called samsung the next day to schedule a repair, they didnt show up to do the repair. They havent returned any of my calls or voicemails. Ive never seen worse customer service

Lowes uses them for warranty repair on Samsung products. I cant imagine this will last much longer. Two appointments were made, they never showed to either of them. They never called. They never answered my calls. They missed the Tuesday appointment and then they missed the Friday appointment. As far as Im concerned they are out of business, probably for terrible customer service. Never call them to do any work at all, and I am going to send a letter to Lowes as well as Samsung about my experience.

So bought this dryer 6/11/20. It was delivered to my house on 7/2/20. So the day of delivery my dryer was dropped. I didn’t find that out to later on. So I called Best Buy on 7/3/20 asking for a new dryer. The dryer was out of stock at the time. I had until 7/15/20 to make a decision on if I wanted to return the dryer or get a cash payout of $200 dollars. So me being in Afghanistan thinking my dryer had just a dent on the side. That’s the picture the delivery guy sent to my phone. He, later on, told my mother that the dryer was dropped. If I knew the dryer was dropped I would’ve sent that dryer back. So on 7/16/20, my mother did a load of laundry. The dryer started and 10 minutes later the dryer cut off. So I called Best Buy because I purchased the warranty with the geek squad. Plus they were the ones who came out and set everything up. Best Buy told me that I had to call Samsung because they couldn’t touch it because of the 1-year warranty Samsung has on it for a year. I wish I would’ve been informed of this information. So I called Samsung to place work order. The Samsung technician came out and was like nothing is wrong with the dryer. I need to call an electrician. So on 7/21/20, I had an electrician come to my house to tell me that it’s not the plug it’s the dryer. The dryer wouldn’t heat up as well. So I’m still currently stuck with a dryer that doesn’t work. Beat buy and Samsung both giving me the run around about fixing this matter. I paid almost $1700 dollars for the set. Please don’t buy anything from Best Buy or any Samsung products.

We have scheduled Cyber world to come out multiple times after paying $95 twice with no one showing up or calling. They will not return calls. This company is at best dishonest and likely criminals. I guess if you get enough people to pay you and never do anything it’s a good gig. Do not use this company. They WILL rip you off.

This company was the worst experience I have ever encountered. I called to schedule a dishwasher repair. When the tech came, he asked to use my restroom which I allowed. He did NOT wash his hands, just came out and started working. When he was finished he demanded a payment of 170 dollars....even though my ticket from Samsung clearly stated IN WARRANTY. He argued with me for a few minutes and I gave him a check just to get him out of my home before my two young kids saw me “escort” him out. Tried calling Samsung and Cyber World multiple times...only to get the run around. Never again will I use this company or buy ANYTHING with the name Samsung on it.

Samsung service scheduled an appointment with Cyber World between 10 AM and 2p.m. They called me at 1:30 p.m. to let me know they didnt have the part to fix my refrigerator. They said they would call me when the part came in to reschedule the appointment. They havent even looked at my refrigerator to know what part it needs. I asked for the representatives name for reference and they said Your Majesty Thomas. Really?

Here’s a word of advice do not use cyber world electronics. I had a problem with my TV where the picture wasn’t showing but everything else worked. They sent out a technician who told me my panel was broken and it would be too expensive to fix the TV and to go buy a new one. I bought a new TV but I also took the old one to a local shop. The technician at the local shop fixed the TV. He said the only thing that was wrong with it was a bulb had blown. I’ve been calling cyber World electronics for weeks now and nobody responds.

Not really sure why all the bad reviews. I was hesitant upon seeing them but figured I would give this company a chance since I was going through Samsung for them. My appointment was scheduled between 2 and 6. The technician showed up at 1, which I was super happy about. He was professional and thorough the whole time. He managed to get my fridge working and I wasnt charged a service fee just for him coming out to diagnose and fix the problem. Its been about 2 hours since he left and my fridge is working fantastically. I would definitely use them again if another issue arises with my fridge.

I couldnt be more happy about my experience with them. He even gave me a few pointers to increase the life of my machine!

Wanted to give less than one star. They are a horrible company. Samsung made an appointment for them to check my television that was under warranty. They called me to say that my television was not Under warranty and I had to pay them before they would come out to check it. I told them to call Samsung as they had said it was under warranty. I verified this with Samsung after their call. Samsung has sent them paperwork stating it was under warranty. They did not show up for the appointment. They also NEVER answer their phone. They do not return calls either. I have left several messages. My advice. NEBER USE CYBER WORLD ELECTRONICS

Requested a repair of our Samsung dishwasher under warranty. Rep came out, pulled out the unit, then said it was stuck and he could not continue. In the process, he scratched our floor and scratched the unit (none of that matters of course because you sign a form saying they aren’t responsible). Thought that was the end.Got a call a few days later asking about rescheduling, and I asked if they could send someone that could actually remove the unit. Customer service rep said they could not remove the unit and that was our responsibility. Then when I pressed him on the rep scratching our floors and the appliance, went so far as to say their rep didn’t scratch anything and they had pictures to prove it. Pictures taken after the rep scratched everything that they’re playing off as being taken before.The rep couldn’t care less about what their tech did, called me a liar, and then proceeded to ask me over and over if I wanted to cancel the ticket. All the while sounding quite pleased with themself for making me so upset.Some people have had a good experience, and I’m happy for them. My experience, however, is that this is a dishonest company with zero concern for the customer.

I made an appointment...then a friend was able to help me resolve my problem. Now everything works, I’ve trade emailing them to cancel my appointment, I’ve called the office 10+ times with no answer left messages and still no call back or email reply to confirmation my cancellation, and still waiting on my refund, for my diagnostic service that I no longer need.

HORRIBLE customer service. Did not call me to schedule a job as Home Depot advised they would. When I called them, their system was down and the RUDE customer service rep told me to call back later. When I called back the same RUDE customer service rep tried to tell me that I would owe $100 fee for them coming out... on an extended warranty claim from Home Depots Protection Plan!! Yeah right, thats what I paid for up front with the protection plan. Then she told me she could not schedule an appt. For them to come out, I would have to leave my name and number for someone else to call me tomorrow... Ive already waited 4 days with a broken washing machine!!I had to call and request another company come out from Home Depot. Absolutely DO NOT let Home Depot give you this company for your warranty claim... it will never get fixed!!

Quick and easy repair. Daniel explained everything he did to repair the dryer. He even left us his cell with instructions to call if any thing else needed to be resolved. Very polite and courteous .... an asset every company needs in this day and time.
