My regular company do not fix Sub Zero refrigerator, I really glad I cold Atlanta Appliance. I was really surprised by service fee under $20 in Sunday. Nathan had pars and repaired my refrigerator in 1 hour. Price unexpectedly reasonable and service outstanding. Thank you so much.

Third company to come out and see my problem and not blamr on user error. Technician was knowledgeable and ran through all scenarios to find and fix my issues. The control board needed to be reset.They work weekends and came on short notice at time said not a 4 hour window. Service charge pricing was better then the fee from my home warranty company.

It used to be a good service. Now they show up, literally just look at something and say it needs to be replaced. They also offer a hefty cash discount which I’m sure is a tax avoidance scam.

They are greedy as fk!Replace a Microwave magnetron ask for over $200?? Am I insane?I can buy a exact same brand new microwave from bestbuy at 200ish!

Called to schedule an appointment inquired about location in Norcross to make sure it was close to DeKalb not Peachtree Corners and woman was rude as ever. I can take my money else where!

The guy barely even looked at my dryer before saying he’ll have to get the price of parts and call me back in a day or two with a new quote. He charged me $20 for that service visit. I waited half a week before trying to contact the company about it, and they kept saying he’d call me back soon—first in a few minutes, then after his current service... but I never got a call. I moved on with another company instead, who fixed my dryer in one day.

Technician got sick and they refuse to send someone else! Charged $14.95 for diagnostics.
