I received a free epic wash which I used at the Hermitage location. The workers there are always courteous and do a great job! Free use of the vacuums is a plus! The epic made my car look like new! I don’t get my car washed anywhere else. Great wash and excellent customer service!

These guys are pretty awesome, when they do the inside of your car, they get every nook and cranny, and theyre pretty quick about it too.

I live almost 200 miles away now. As a young person, we always took our cars here to be washed. They did a remarkable job with our car. My husband was amazed at how wonderful the car looked and how the detailing was part of their service. The employees worked on my car like it was the only one to be cleaned. Great service! Tip our service people! They work hard!

Absolutely love this place! A mile from my house theyre open all week long. I got the monthly wash since its winter time I dont put the wax on so I downgraded to the $24.95 a month one wash a day. I keep my vehicle salt-free and it stays pretty clean. The kids that work there are very awesome they really like to do their job. I tip them because theyre willing to go above and beyond. I’ve gone twice. The first time they missed a lot of things on the inside, they were slammed and I was understanding so I went another time. This time I was the only vehicle there, I was attempting to read the sign that describes each service and I was yelled at by an employee twice to not worry about the sign and to keep pulling forward. Zero of my mats were cleaned and only the driver side seat was vacuumed. Outside of my vehicle was clean but I just can’t believe I paid for service on the inside of my vehicle and quite literally didn’t get any.

100% would recommend. Best prices for full service ($17 express wash plus vacuum) and usually they have the best service in the area as well. I had just one bad experience today. Learned my lesson not to come right before closing time because I paid for full service and they only vacuumed my front seat? It’s a two door jeep, but do y’all do that to all two door cars? Like didn’t touch the back at all. It was cheap but if I have to go back and do it myself then I should’ve just paid the exterior only price right? Like why skip the whole backseat? It’s the main reason I went cuz my worker spilled his tobacco back there. But I will still always go there just maybe In The morning when the more dedicated staff is working and they’re not ready to Gooo. It’s no excuse but It makes sense. I forgive you guys you’re still amazing lol. That was just crazy and a waste of whatever the vacuum part of the $17 is.

I have been going to Coates Car Wash for a few years now. The last three times I’ve gone, my car has still been dirty on the inside. Unfortunately, it seems that they aren’t taking as much time now to sweep and wipe it out thoroughly. There was still dirt and dust in my cup holders, on the dash board, and on the steering wheel. Just disappointed.

Great car wash. But for those of us who havent been here often it would be nice if someone would explain the extras. Twice we got the package with air freshener never got dont know where to get it. If its just little freshener packets why cant the people out front have them on them when you order the package you get them then instead of at the end where you dont know where to go

I would join their club, but this is way too expensive, Im from Virginia, and the price of the club was $21.99 and still is there, and that was for the everything car wash, however you would have to wipe it down yourself and vacuum yourself. I just think if the price was cheaper alot more people would join.

Went to get 4 tires mounted/balanced at the Coates Car Care on 422 near Tibbets-Wick, I was charged $80 for a sweat soaked seat with extra BO (not mine...), two chipped rims, 4 unbalanced tires (0.5 to 1.5 ounces off per a tire), 4 mounted tires with only 2 of them having weights on them (still not balanced), a damaged sideskirt clip (for the jack), and a scared tactic in buying a $200 outer tie rod end (got a second opinion and found it was just fine). If theyre incompetent in mounting/balancing tires, why would you let this place touch any other part of your car. I called back to express my frustration and wanted to speak to the owner, but I got the shop manager who just made excuses. They offered to shampoo my seat and re-balance my tires, but I lost my trust in this place and had it done by a true mechanic.

Damage to my vehicle in car wash, would not pay for the damage to my car. They stated after having to come in 3 different times. Received a phone call saying they wouldn’t pay for my car but would order parts for me but would charge me at a discount. Received parts damaged with no receipt in the box. Called them 5 times to get a receipt but no return call. Now I have no warranty and can’t get parts replaced. Very unprofessional owners and some staff but hey when your rich you can treat people how ever you want.

Went to Coates Car Care for an alignment. 20 minutes later they said an alignment couldnt be done because the frame was bent and has been welded. They said they didnt know if it was previously wrecked but that an alignment wasnt physically possible.Took it to a few other places including a dealership and they all said that COATES lied to me about the frame and an alignment was done.They could of just been honest with me and say they didnt want to do an alignment because it is a Jeep.

Since moving here I had had a hard time finding a good mechanic and company I can trust to work on my car, until finding Coates Car Care. This crew from the mechanics, the oil change men, the auto detailer, to the car washers are All AWESOME and do a excellent job. I recommend them everyone. The mechanic team really know what they are doing and thoroughly understands cars inside and out.

Its been 6 months. $200 for an interior detail and they didnt even clean out my cup holders and from my knees down were never even touched. Now I have stains in my headliner because they left the interior soaking wet. Broke my window button the said they didnt think so, 2 weeks later they found the missing part. Supposed to make it right. Still waiting.

Took my car here after being at Lake Erie for 5 days. I got the inside and outside package for around 27 dollars and it was worth every penny. My car was shining inside and out. Most of the sand was lifted and the car no longer looked like a beach. They do a great job at cleaning here and Ill definitely be back again. Reasonable prices and quality work. Saved myself at least an hour of time doing it myself.

Ive been there twice within a few months. The outside of my car was okay. They could have wiled it down some more. They should have just stayed out if the inside, because they did a horrible job. The woman waiting next to me waited a long time for her interior to be cleaned, and said it was great, the people who did mine didnt seem to care at all. I wont be back again, because thats twice they were poor workers.

These guys usually do a good job; however,I had a full service Epic Pkg car wash ($27) that included tire shine, hand dry, and vacuum. Only the driver side tires were shined and there was still some debris in the crevasse of the seat.I called to speak to a manager but they were unavailable--waiting to hear back.

Person who answered, looked at schedule and said Monday at 830 would be great, can also drop off night before. 2 hours later they call back and said sorry the guy who scheduled apparently didnt know how to, but we are booked until 7/23. Sorry. Why would I ever go back to them??

**Update: Coates did contact me about the issue. They have since refunded my car wash and covered the cost of a replacement part. They also offered to install the switch for me. Rating increased from 1 to 3 starsTook my car for an interior and exterior wash. When I got the car back, I noticed that the mirror control knob on my door was missing. I turned around and drove back. After some investigation, the woman behind the counter found the knob, but insisted that it had been broken already. I tried fixing it myself when I got home, but I have to order and install an entirely new part now. On top of that, they broke my sunglasses, and the interior of my car is still dirty. basically I paid them to break things.

Didnt get the bugs off front of car and windows smudgy didnt vacuum drivers side very well. The owner contacted me about this review and I went in today December 12th 2018 and they gave me a free car wash they wiped it all down did all the windows interior vacuum really good. So Im giving them a 5-star on customer service and the way my car look today excellent job

I just paid 23 dollars for a car wash and 10 extra dollars for mats to be cleaned at the full service car wash next to the pine tree plaza in Niles. It looks like a vacccum didn’t even touch my seats or cup holders or doors at all. My mats are still soaking wet and my sons footprints are still on the back of the seat he sits behind. These are things I was expecting would be done for 30 dollars but maybe my expectations were too high. I’m highly disappointed in the services today. Good thing they have free vacuums to use after I got my car washed.

Best place to get your car washed

I was having problems at another car repair dealer with my daughters car. It had been repaired there several times in the last 2 weeks and still not running right. I had already spent way too much money with no answer to what was wrong with car.Called Coates Car Repair, recommended by a friend. The Manager told me to bring the car into the shop and he would make sure that it was taken care of the same day. I was updated on the issues with the car and Coates performed the repairs. My daughter is extremely happy now that her car runs great thanks to Coates.The courteous help from the Service Manager was greatly appreciated.I will tell everyone about my experience and tell them to go to Coates Car Repair.

Im not happy again I even asked them to be sure to sweep a part of the car and I had to come home and wash of inside dash and cubby part and seats. Not happy this is the second time......

Ive been coming to this place for years and have never had a problem till today. I took my charger with aftermarket 20 rims threw there today and the track scratched my front driver rim bad. These rims are 3 months old, and when I called the owner, Jimmy Coates, out to look at it he told me I cant prove it happened there and he will not do anything about it and walked away. I didnt know thats how they do business and my family and myself will never be back and Im contacting the BBB. I understand things happen but that situation could have been addressed alot more professionally.
