I was pleasantly surprised! I did not need an appointment, perhaps I timed it just right, but they got me in and out rather efficiently. I called on the phone in order to get the price and young lady was kind enough to offer a digital coupon which saved me $15. All in all I was pleased with their speed and service and they were quite friendly!

Good service and workers are friendly and seem to know what there doing so far.I love the service Valvoline offers its a little costly but if your behind on your oil and need it done and not have to worry about getting out and sitting in a waiting room to be told your ready to roll then this might work for you.

I know nothing about cars and generally am clueless when it comes to them. And so Im willing to admit i get a bit nervous when it comes time to get an oil change. The gentlemen working on 4/23 including Jonathan, Ian and one other that I didnt catch his name, were all great. Friendly and personable people who made the oil change Experience way smoother for me. Jonathan even opened up my car door and popped the hood for me. Will probably never go anywhere else for an oil change again.

These people are the greatest. Taking the appropriate time to be thorough and efficientlly quick. Keeping my suv running great.

They did not put my skid plate on correctly after my oil change. I found myself shortly after hearing a scraping sound as I was driving. I pulled off the road and saw that my skid plate was incorrectly put on, screws half missing and the ones that were on there were not tight.

Service has always been quick, and the employees are friendly. The cost is a little higher than if you go elsewhere, but you cant beat the convenience of not needing an appointment. Also, there are generally coupons on their website that make it a little more reasonable.

I arrived early afternoon for service and was greeted immediately. The crew worked together nicely and quickly to provide the best service I have experienced at any instant oil change location. The prices are fair and the work is quality. A+ experience!!

If I could give this place a half a star I would. The one guy was straight racist talked too me and my fiance like we was dirt . Act like he didnt even want too work on my truck . Made me and my fiance feel totally uncomfortable.I will never go there again...

I have no complaints about this place other than they topped off my windshield washer fluid, which is nice but it was some dirty cleaner. Leaves dirt smears on my windshield now when I use it. I held the wash button down to get rid off all of it and replaced it.

They tried to charge me $93.00 for an oil change!!! I went to valvoline in austintown and they charged me $43.00 for the oil change valvoline offered!!!!

There were nice but they always find something ythat makes it cost more.

Second time weve stopped at this Valvoline station within a year. So fast and convenient and the employees are always very kind and respectful!

Sat here for 15 min and not even on car was taken through the shop. So how long will it take when there are 3 cars in front of me? An hour?Im going to a Ford dealership.

Oil filter mustve been stuck. They decided to wrench it off and the oil filter stud came off of the oil filter mount to the block.. not a big deal but they didnt want to do anything to fix it for risk of ruining the threads since it would need to be removed from the filter itself. So they ended up just putting my oil filter back on and told me to go somewhere else and topped me off and rushed me out. They didnt give me a receipt since they didnt charge me. Unfortunately I made the mistake of leaving without a receipt saying that they at least touched my car so now Im stuck with fixing it myself even though they pulled it off. Ive been taking my other car and me and my wifes company cars there but I dont think I will anymore. Workers were nice enough tho but there could have been something done to reach some kind of resolution whether it be having valvoline pay for the repair which was albeit minimal or giving me a voucher or something to get it fixed elsewhere..
