Took my car in for its oil change. I think they could have had some better snacks as we were waiting compared to other Nissan dealerships in the area. however when I get my car out for an oil change they never washed it they didnt even ask me if I wanted my car washed and the guy pointed to where my car was but it wasnt my car look like it but I had to hop over freaking snow bank to get into it

I went there to change the tire for my car I was there at 9 morning and they told me it’s need time until 11 then they say one hour more because they don’t have it and it’s coming in the delivery every time I ask they say not arrive yet I wait there until 5:30 pm all the employees they are busy with the phone they don’t care
