Nice staff, however it’s happened twice now where they do the 10-point check-up and send me on my way, and then 2 weeks later I get a notice in the mail telling me something is wrong and my car needs work. Why couldn’t they tell me that while I was there? A mechanic should tell me immediately that my brake pads or brake linings or tires need replacing while I am there, so I can schedule my next appointment immediately. It’s a safety issue to not inform your customer immediately.One of the times I received the notice in the mail, I called to confirm the work that needed to be done and the employee I spoke with informed me my car was actually fine, even though my brakes were making high-pitched squeaking and grinding noises. He informed me that was “normal”. I drove for six months on brake pads that needed replacement. Who do I trust then to give me information? A notice in the mail or an actual employee that knows cars, and says the notice was wrong?Overall, there needs to be better communication or better organization at this business.Because of poor communication and broken trust, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
This is the only dealership Ive ever been to that everyone was really friendly and really nice and really cared about service. I live in the city but will still continue to come to this place because its worth the trip.

I went in for an oil change that was scheduled. My vehicle was one of only two that were being worked on in the 6 bay shop. It took almost two hours and I painstakingly watched the entire time as the employees lethargically walked between my vehicle and their tools, while taking breaks to check their phones in between. This is not even the reason I am writing the review. My big problem with the shop is the amount of banter going around which I have no interest in being forced to listen to in their waiting room. I walked in to the shop and was greeted by employees fighting with another customer over $10. Once that was diffused 30 minutes later another round of yelling and complaining between employees about management and the way they were being treated at their job ensued. It was very uncomfortable for me to hear about how poorly they were treated and how little they appreciate their jobs. After that got over with I got to listen to other employees talk negatively about other customers right in front of me! I feel as though every customer that walks through that door is treated like a huge inconvenience which makes me question how they are treating my vehicle. I couldnt wait to get my keys and get out of there and away from the stressful environment. Its a great deal for an oil change, but Its not worth the time or anxiety. I feel bad writing this review, but I felt bad when I left the dealership too. Bad for myself, the other customers, and bad for some of the employees...
Fastest oil change I ever got and they were good about checking up on everything else. no hassle nor did they try to upsell their service. I will be sending my wife next week with her car, great service.

Came in to get my vehicle serviced. Very friendly staff however there was one staff member that really stood out, Rich. While waiting for my vehicle an older gentleman came in and immediately became rude and loud over learning it would be roughly a 2 1/2 hr wait. The customer demanded to speak to his supervisor and stated he would be taking his vehicle elsewhere. Throughout this encounter Rich remained calm and was able to de-escalate the situation. At the end the customer agreed to have his vehicle serviced and his demeanor changed from furious to calm and collected. In regards to Enterprise, Kyle was also as wonderful of an employee. He was able get us a vehicle for the weekend without any hassle, thank you. Golf Mill Ford is blessed to have such a wonderful employees.

Ive had most of my service done here for the last 8 years, and Ive rarely had any issues. They only make appointments for bigger jobs so sometimes I have to wait a while, but there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby to pass the time. Plus they wash the car for free if it isnt too cold.
Called to find out if they would be open tomorrow (Saturday) as last week I was told they were open and then went in to find out they were not. Was immediately put on hold and proceeded to ironically hear about their nomination as a top 100 Ford dealer about a 1000 times. Finally gave up at the 35min mark. Would go elsewhere but I have free oil changes that were included with the purchase of the vehicle. Frustrating.
