Do not go if you are BLACK regulars and staff is shocked and scared to be in BLACK people presence. They cant do BLACK people hair neither nor biracial hair.

Highly trained stylists of over 20 years each at this one location. Very knowledgeable of older styles and up to speed on the latest hair styles and techniques. I will never go anywhere else for my haircut.

Awhile ago I had went here after a bad bleach experience. I needed my hair trimmed and an older lady was going to trim it. Every second she was complaining about my hair and making a tsk sound over and over. Clearly I wasnt happy with the outcome l dont need to hear your 2 cents every second. She had to wet my hair while cutting and I can tell what she was doing wasnt even. I waited until she finished and she crunched it so it can come off as curly. She basically did that to hide how uneven it was. I was pissed off from the experience, I paid and just left. I went home and combed it out to see how bad it really was and I cried. My left side was about 3 inches shorter from my right side. You can see the hair behind my left ear drop in length. I had to wait and entire year for my hair to grow out and get it cut evenly. This was my second time at this location. The first time a different lady, younger, was trimming my hair and she wasnt so friendly. Couldnt spark up a convo with her and the look on her face wasnt happy. But she did trim my hair nicely. I wish I would of had her the second time. Because of that I will not be going here again. Everyone obviously has different experiences but sadly this was mine.

Was looking for a new place to get a trim and found Borics. Maha was very friendly, gave me her opinion on keeping my hair healthy, and gave me a great cut quickly without it being rushed. I will definitely be back! Thank you, Maha!

Don’t go here ever ever ever!!!! I went at 10am for a partial color and cut. Ombré from brown on top to ash blonde on bottom. Half and half. Maha the hair dresser told me she knows how to do this technique which was a lie! She made almost all of my hair blonde and orange and it looked like I had brown roots. IT WAS ORANGE! She said she would fix it. So she added more blonde highlights on top. Leaving some orange still. After she washed my hair and toned it, it was time to cut my hair. Another customer came in and she cut their hair and made me wait. I was there 5 hours and 15 min. I showed her and another hair dresser the picture of what I wanted my hair like. The result is nothing like the pic I showed! She told me she knew how and I didn’t get any extreme color that my hair couldn’t handle. A good hair dresser could easily achieve a beautiful result. She told me $54.99 for color and &17.99 for cut. After she processed my hair twice and made it orange, she told me not to do anything to my hair for a year. It’s damaged and will fall out if I try to get rid of the orange. Now I’m stuck with it. For a year! So then I get to the register at 3:15pm she said I owe $117! I was there 5 hours and 15 min and she ruined my beautiful hair! I cried! Worse experience ever. She said I owe 75 for highlights, 18 for cut, 20 for toner. I’ve been getting my hair done colored and bleached for 17 years and nobody at any salon has ever charged for toner, it’s part of the process of lighting the hair and achieving a pretty color blonde without the brassyness. I’m so unhappy! I still paid $97 and cried on the way home. They are only capable of doing old lady haircuts and styles. If u want something new and trendy this is not the place. Don’t waste your money on getting your hair ruined and being stuck with orange hair for a year. :(. :(
