I cannot recommend them enough. My daughter had a terrible experience before but Megan was so sweet and did an incredible job and saved her hair from disaster. Dont bother with anywhere else this is the best of the best.

I love it here! Ive recently started losing a ton of hair so I decided to have it cut pretty short. Meghan stayed late to cut my hair for me because I was so anxious and had read great reviews about her. It turned out beautiful and I wasnt a bit sad I had all my hair cut off lol. I actually ending up coming back about 2 weeks later and got it cut even shorter, that time Allsion cut it and she did a beautiful job as well! Very happy with my service ♡

Walked in to get a simple haircut and I was told it would be a few minutes. After 10-15 min It quickly became apparent that I should gear up for a long wait. There was only 3 hairstylists who looked to all be doing womens hair (color). They looked like they were all in slow motion. While the women waited for whatever they were doing to take effect they completely ignored me when I could have been getting a hair cut. I ended up walking out without getting a haircut. Poor customer service. I literally watched them walk around like they were in slow motion. SMH

The normal place I usually go was all booked for that day so I looked up other salons in that area and found cost cutters. I looked up their prices to see if I could afford it and it said $16.95 for a hair cut and all over color would be $55. I thought it was a little pricey but I needed my hair done that day because we were leaving for vacation the next day. I told her what color I wanted and she said ok but it didnt turn out that color. I asked for an Auburn color a normal brown with a tint of red and I got a very dark brown with a maroon color to it. In certain lights it almost looks a little purple and then I go to pay and she ended up charging me $103.95 and thats without a tip. Idk why it ended up being that much but it was. She was super nice and cut my hair perfectly but thats the only 2 positive things I have to say. I wont be a returning customer!!

I stopped in to have my hair trimmed. I said it would be 20 minutes so I sat down to wait. I had a mask on covering my mouth and had it under my nose. I have anxiety and feel like I cannot breathe with it on but as long as I can keep my nose open, I can endure it for a short while. I was asked to put it on my nose and I explained that it inhibits my health and could not do that. They denied me service unless I covered my nose. The lady was polite and kind and I know following the rules of the company but I will not be back. It is a mandate, not law, to wear the masks and you do not have to wear them if you cannot due to health conditions.

Talk about no talent i asked for my hair to sit in my Shoulders and I came out in tears my hair is butchered I look like a 5 yr old cut my hair and my poor little girl smh her hair is terrible to ill never come back here again

Megan is great, listens to what I want and has perfected it. Allyson is also my go to, does an awesome cut and can throw some awesome line design in my hair. Both have great personalities, friendly, and they make you feel welcomed.

Low cost doesn’t mean low quality. This newly renovated salon is very welcoming & the stylists are up to date. I will go back to Allison again & again. Give it a try; you may be pleasantly surprised.

Normally I like this place. I’ve been to several locations and generally happy with the stylists and their cuts! I realize Covid has changed the world, but seriously this place needs to implement a better system! I had 2 appointments for 4 o’clock. I was 15 minutes early so I called to see if we should come in a few early or wait for the appointment time. They said to wait for the appointment time. We walked in at 3:57, thinking it would be ok to sign in. Nope. The woman who I am assuming is either the manager or owner said that they were running behind, not to worry our appointments were in there but could we please either go wait in our car or walk around. Of course we say, but how long should we wait to come back. She states 5 minutes. So we walk down to big lots, walk around to kill time and go back about 10 minutes later. The same woman ( who is now doing a NEW persons hair) turns around really quickly and says you’re going to have to go back outside, pretty rudely- which doesn’t sit well with me. I said you told us 5 minutes, we came back about 10 minutes later, I think maybe you need a new system. I can’t come in 3 minutes early, I can’t come in at my appointment time, I can’t come back 10 minutes after my appointment time... so I won’t be back at all, never. I don’t like rude and I don’t like places where I have to get defensive be the workers are rude. When you make an appointment you SHOULD advise customer to wait to come in until they receive a call or a text from you stating that it’s ok for them to come in... don’t rudely keep telling people to leave and come back. Nor did you offer to waive us inside until I said you need a better system. Again we will not be back to your location. Customer service goes a LONG way.

I had really long hair and was very nervous about getting it short. But Alison did a long bob for me and also recommended me the type that would suit me and made me feel comfortable about it all along. She also gave mu boyfriend an amazing hair cut. Will always be going back to her.

Ive been coming here for years. Its much more homey than an overpriced salon. All of the stylists are great, but Nikki is always my favorite. She really out did herself this time. I didnt know that my hair could look so good- especially with just a simple cut with some layers.

I wasnt sure quite what I wanted- which is always dangerous at haircut places.. But Padrick did a fantastic job. We had a chat about what he thought would look best, and he has good attention to detail. Also great price. Nice job!

I just took my 3 year old son to get his haircut. It was the first time he sat in a booster. They just diagnosed him with autism. We took him there before and I was a nervous wreck that he wouldnt sit still, because they didnt have the tractor seat anymore. We seen Erin. She was amazing. She was very patient and interacted with him. Never once, has anyone been that patient with him. I highly recommend her and I will be taking my son back to her.

Ive been going here for years. All the stylists are talented. Relaxed atmosphere. Reasonably priced.

My son is 2, and I get all of his haircuts here. Theyre very kid friendly. Theres a special car-style seat for them to sit in, and a TV where they can watch some cartoons if they get fussy during the cut. Waits are generally short, his hair always comes out great, and they also run a lot of special offers where I can get a discount on products for me after his cut.

Alison did a fantastic job on my hair and eyebrows today. Will definitely see her again.I was a walk in instead of an appointment. I have never gone to a salon in the area before and this one just seemed right to me. Im glad I went. Though leaving the building there was a guy that asked my fiance and I for money. But thats not related to the store. He was passing by. Still annoyed though just by that alone.lol the place was great.

Only place ill let cut my hair. Most of them are very good and are good at keeping a convo even when Im not. Makes the time go faster since its hard for me to sit still during it.

I’d give zero stars if I could, if your looking to get an ombré done in your hair DO NOT go to famous hair. I went in the hair salon explaining to them this was my first experience getting my hair done professionally (I’m 18) and I was terrrified it wouldn’t be done correctly. They reassured me it would be and talked so highly about them self. (Seeming friendly) I’m also a mommy so I didn’t have much money to spend (my budget was 300) know I knew it would be a hard process to go in and have my hair the exact color I wanted since my hair was a darker brown and I wanted it to fade into blonde, I knew there was going to be a process but they stated the could get it all done in one visit (I should have knew it wouldn’t be done correctly) but since I had a baby shower to attend within a week I thought “ok the quicker the better” I went in and had my hair done and was HORRIFIED with the results, the color was uneven, it looked like all they did was dip my hair in bleach and say f* it pretty much, it was brassy no where near the color I asked for and golden( kinda like pee) I look like a calico cat., I take care of my hair well and get it trimmed regularly I had little to no split ends, after I washed all the oils they put in my hair to hide the damage they did, it was fried. Completely fried. I went in and complained asking them to fix my hair (I spent 200) and they said “your hair is damaged because you brush it” making every excuse they could think of and making it out to be my fault” what they said made no sense. I had to pay an extra $16 just for a “trim” to take some of the damage off where I specifically said I didn’t want a lot of length off. They again reassured me it would only be an inch or so. 4 inched late my hair is to my shoulders when it was to the middle of my back, damaged, fried, and uneven. DO NOT GO TO FAMOUS HAIR.
