Rosa was very polite and professional. Took me in with no appointment and no waiting in line. She even helped me escape the homeless man that was outside their store asking for money. I’m happy with my haircut.

I had a terrible experience here with my hair cut. Also, they neglected to tell me about the surcharge. They just added it to my bill without my permission. They said there was no way to get out of it. They said that the owner was trying to make extra money.Bad hair cut and got ripped off to bootGo to one of a hundred hair salons where you will not get ripped off

I got a haircut from a stylist there name jenny and she was great! Very polite and also made me feel very comfortable! Definitely going back and will be requesting her! They are lucky to have a stylist like herself working for them!

If you are Asian, ask for Kim. Asians have a much different textured hair and of course she, being Korean, has a great deal of experience. I had been going to a lady out of loyalty because she was a friend. I saw Kim !!!outside sweeping (proud of her job and where she works) and thought Id give her a try. The first appointment she corrected my hair, and then perfected it the second time after it grew out and she could balance the look. I wont be going anywhere else again!!!

Ive been getting my haircut here for years. The only person left from years ago is Barbara. Shes awesome and super nice. The rest of the staff is friendly as well. I do recommend calling ahead for an appointment for they do get busy especially Saturdays!

All I wanted was an inch off. The lady didnt notice I had layers. She just cut straight to the layers, taking probably 2&1/2 to 3 inches off. Now my hair is not only super short, but it looks bad because she cut off my layers completely and it just hangs there.

Danny, Barbara and Rest of Staff are way more experienced than most Supercut Salons out there. This spesific Franchise are super lucky to have such experienced stylist with so many years of experience. I have been folowing Barbara from Salon to Salon. What more can I say?! Nobody can cut better than that Lady. I have gone downtown and I have been an old client of Salon Buzz on East Coast Delaware and Barbara does a killer blowdry at Supercuts that compare just as great. All the ladies there are excellent with blow outs!!

Awful haircut by Rosa. I have straight hair and just needed to cut dead ends, no layers...no style...nothing...just straight cut. My hair was cut way shorter than I expected. When I checked my haircut at home with the back mirror it was not even straight cut. As the person, she was a great lady, but with my haircut Im not happy at all 😑

Aside from the usual long lines, I went here and the man who cut my hair seemed high on cocaine: Couldnt concentrate on my hair, kept laughing loudly and elbowing me at whatever conversations were going on elsewhere, and was all around hyperactive. When he finally finished butchering my hair it literally looked like he used hedge clippers. Have never been back.

Great service friendly staff

I tried this location after my usual one closed. The staff was nice enough and I know Supercuts has huge variation from one employee to another but the haircut was poor, even by Supercuts standards. I might try again at some point but with so many locations, I probably will try another one next time.

If I could I would give it zero. I asked the lady twice not to shave my sons hair, but to trim it, because he is growing it out. The lady totally disregarded my wishes and continued to shave it anyway, im convinced they are unable to cut hair with a scissors. Therefore i will never be returning. Especially after she knew how unhappy i was and still charged full price anyway.

It all depends on who cuts your hair and Mimi is the only person who touches mine. She is friendly and an excellent hair stylist.
