Very fair price and great, fast service. Didnt try and sell me anything above and beyond but I did end up buying a new air filter after I was shown how absolutely disgusting mine was!! lol Ill go back there for my next oil change for sure!

Fast friendly service.

An oil change is a little more expensive than some other bargain shops but well worth it. The guys there are quick and polite with the customers (although like any mechanic shop, talk between the guys can be a little vulgar) you just drive in, park and wait in the car while they do the work and have you in and out in less than 10 minutes!

Went to get my oil changed last week here for the first time, I must say the service at Valvoline Express care on Lundys Lane was quick, convenient, thorough and very friendly!!!! The guys there made sure I was well informed on what was needed and why it was needed for my vehicle but did not pressure me to any extras. I would highly recommend this shop! 5 STARS FOR SURE, I will definitely be returning! THANKS GUYS :)

Covid-19 can be a great excuse for poor quality service.The guy was good at knowing what service offered without me telling him, which might be why he did not ask.My oil change service took place in about 5 mins and it costs $103.97 plus tax. NO TIRE CHECK! NO FLUID FOR FRONT CAR GLASS! Ridiculously, it was done before, in my last visit.After the oil was changed, they did not even bother showing me how clean the new oil is.

These guys are the darkest people ever! There prices are never the same and always try to trick you with car b/s to over charge you. Ive never experienced poor customer service until I met them. If you dont know anything about cars, dont come here. They will overcharge you and are not honest people.

Great guys here. Quick in and out but they do not skip in detail. I asked about using a coupon for $5 off and they accepted with using it off the mobile phone. As fault of my own, and chatting with the guy, he forgot to apply the coupon. He then called me 15 minutes after I left to apologize for not applying it. You dont get that kind of service everywhere

Very disappointed in the extra charges they place on service and they do not let you know ahead of time of these charges. Added $10.00 for skid plate handling?, added 4.99 for an oil filter when the oil filter is included in the cost of the oil change? (was told that my hyundai requires a special filter???), I have never been charged extra for my oil filter anywhere else and..... added $2.50 for shop supplies???? Im I paying for printer paper, toilet paper?? I had a $5.00 coupon and still had to pay $73.00 for my oil change. Nice technicians but Never again!

Fast service, but they charged me a 10 dollar skid plate handling fee to change my oil filter, even though a Nissan Frontier has a quick access panel built into the skid plate, they didn`t have to remove the skid plate, but charged the fee anyway, for that reason I will not be back
