They did a great job fixing a tire that I thought was losing air due to a rim leak. They determined it was a sensor problem and fixed the sensor, re-balanced the tire and I was on my way. They checked to make sure everything was fine before I left. Nice guys, honest and straightforward. I will be back when I need additional services.

I went there to get my car inspected and I got my sticker and all was good until I had to drive on the expressway at 65 miles pr hour when my light came back on 4 days later and my car started to shake!! & when I took it back to get fixed they had my car from March 19 to March 31 when I finally got a ride there and said GIVE ME MY KEY! I wasnt even charged for anything they had claimed to do over that time because nothing was done truck was worse than when I dropped it off and I took it to REAL MECHANIC THE NEXT DAY got it back in 3 hours and he said he doesnt even know what they did to inspect it because no spark plugs coils or any parts that he could see had been changed out DONT GET SWINDLED!!

I am very particular what shops work on my car. I wanted to try out Tire Rack a couple years ago for my vehicle and this was one of the recommended shops in the area. I live in Canada and going to the US to buy tires was a good savings for me. My car had no issues prior going to and everything seemed fine upon dropping off the vehicle. I came back and one of the TPMS sensors was faulty. I should of questioned because TPMS sensors dont just randomly fail and was most likely damaged upon dismount old tires / mounting new tires. I never complained back to the shop or Tire Rack because I still saved a good a mount vs buying in Canada, but I dont believe one of the sensors just failed upon getting new tires. Its been on the back of my mind for years and just wanted to voice it. Buyer beware.

Went here for a set of Fuel wheels & tires for my GMC Sierra. I am very picky with my vehicle and the wheels and tires made the truck stand out. They even used black stick on weights which are pretty much unnoticeable. The price was great and the quality of work even better. You have a customer for life. THANKS

We originally went to somewhere place and they said they couldnt do my alignment because the sub floor was rotted, so we went to Kendzia and they told us the wheel barring was bad so we took it home and changed it brought it back and they did the alignment no other issues they get a 5 star from me! Love these guys. They have the best service for tires and fixing what is needed without over charing. I brought in 4 rotors that were fairly new but had rusted from the car sitting. They ground them down and now they are so smooth that they feel like they are better than they were when they were new. Thanks for the years of great service

Went in to get my tires swapped for winter. Ended up with an issue on one the winter tires so the guys gave me good choices to pick from and got me fixed right up! Process are good and all the staff is super friendly. They have a great selection of new and used tires.

Money was a problem, so David told me about a program that allowed me to not only fix my issue, but enough money to get the new tires I really needed. Called today to have 4 tires put on my car. Monroe Muffler quoted me $1,000. My fiance took it there just to get an oil change quick on his lunch. I said no let me call Kendzia. Well let me tell you they are freaking awesome amazing ppl to work with! He quoted me $600!! I also signed up for their 90 day pmt option and what a breeze that was. My appointment is all set for this Saturday. You guys rock! You have saved me yet againagain! Thank you thank you!!!!!

I purchased fuel wheels and tires from this company. They installed and as soon as I left the place I noticed I had a real bad vibration coming from the wheels. I took it back and they told me I had a bad tire and they offered a new one which took a week. Finally they put a new tire in and it did not fix the problem. I took it to dodge for them to balance the tires and the vibration wasn’t as bad. Drove the truck the whole summer and when it came to put my original tires and rims back on for winter I noticed that there was 2 hub centric rings on each rim. They didn’t even fit and was causing my tires to be off balance. When you pay over 3,000 for rims and tires you expect a good job and not half a$$ed. Guess that’s what you get in today’s Society. I will never go to this company again.

Maybe they did try to help, but I purchased a used tire here during an emergency and when going to put it on elsewhere the tire is completely shot and doesnt hold air at all. They should have seen this and should never let garbage/junk product out the door.

I dont know about their tire service or anything else, but they got the work I needed done quickly when no one else would touch a VW. Cost was what I expected for labor.

Absolutely disgusted with this place, owner and employees. I purchased 6 sets of tires and a set of wheels from them over the past 5 years and Cliff still had to try and screw me over on defective wheels. That was the second time he tried to make money off my misfortune.Long story short, Cliff, the owner told me the manufacturer would only replace 1 and Id have to buy the other three. I called the manufacturer and he told me, I just got off the phone with Cliff, I told him to give you 4 new wheels. Well luckily I called. He was trying to order off the other 3 wheels that were being replaced for free.Please call me out if your reading this Cliff. I have text messages, recordings, paperwork and video of all the bs you guys put me through over the past month.Even since the beginning I was treated as if me spending thousands in their shop was taking up to much of their time. Employees telling me their personal issues being the cause of not returning phone calls.I wouldnt even let this place put air in my tires if I had a flat right in front of the shop. Im not the only one who has parted ways with them. Multiple local shops have done the same. Stay away!

Garbage customer service. Acted like they couldnt be bothered with any questions. Price gouged and seen other customers complain about being upcharged for services they didnt ask for. Cannot balance tires correctly and had to have them rebalanced elsewhere. Im saving you the headache... TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

I had the worse rim you could find the seal on the side was shot and the Chrome was peeling off and would not seal they had to try like 6 times or something like that they told me to come back the next day after It went flat the next day I went I got there a little bit after theyre close to there are still there and they had it perfect ... great service great people I would recommend them to anybody

Ill never go back. Gave them over 24 hrs to put my tires on and still had to wait an hr and a half when I went to pick up my truck. Even worse, after I left I realized they showed me a tire that was 85%. And said all 4 were equal tread. But only 2 tires were 85% the other were 20% if that. For $500. They wont get another dime of my money. Very unprofessional. Id give zero stars if I could.

I just left with my silverado with it untouched, I had made an appointment on monday to leave over night Friday to have work started Saturday morning, I called two times throughout the day for updates with one phone call and message not responded to and the other with we havent touched it, and mind you this is now two hours before close, and wont be able to get to it said they will (try) but being in the same automotive industry I knew time constraints would apply to the work agreed to be done. I was told they had too many walk ins which is why I thought the point of making an appointment was to guarantee a spot. I obviously made arrangements at my expense for rides to and from, honestly I am super disappointed I have used them for the past five years and they definitely have come through for me but the rudeness and lack of empathy for my inconvenience in the situation is intolerable I am so put off, that is why am making this review, this is my first one ever thats how put off I am.

Horrible horrible experience. My original cost was about 3 and a half years ago, but I’ve had ongoing problems since that one and only visit. I had a 3.25 inch lift put in my Jeep. They kept my Jeep for 2 weeks with no answer for an expected finish date when they were asked. Called countless times asking about it and they either weren’t working on it or couldn’t actually give an answer. Once I got it back I made it 30 seconds down the road before I experienced what I now know as the death wobble. Drove right back and they were like “oh yeah you need a new steering stabilizer when you get lifts. Yours is shot we can do it for $160.” My dad did it for the $45 the part cost. About a year later I needed part of my exhaust fixed because when they put the lift in they bent part of the exhaust and then butted part of the lift up against it, causing it to rub and eventually put a hole in my exhaust. I’ve just recently found out after having a shock from my lift break off that they broke the bolts holding the original shocks and instead of fixing it correctly they drilled new holes and a different angle and put the new shocks in. I drove around for who knows how long with a busted shock before it started beating against my floor board and almost ripped some wires out. It had been broken for a while because the broken end was rusted over. I’ve had the same shock replaced 3 times now in the last 4 months. It’s broken again and now the other side is breaking. It’s just come to our notice today about the new holes having been drilled. So kendzia failed to tell us that they broke the pervious bolts taking the old shocks off and then made their own holes to put the new ones on. I never really felt that enough had been done to leave a bad review, but this was my final straw because now it’s going to cost me a lot more money to have this new problem fixed. I will never go to kendzia again. Even if I didn’t have all the problems from a simple lift kit, they’re customer service was atrocious.

Lousy service, refuses to give money back and refuses to give the service and product that was paid for a month ago. Its one excuse after another and when you tell them that youd like to speak with the manager, they refuse that and the manager never calls back if the message is being passed on. This company is also extremely unprofessional. Looks like small claims court in their very near future. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I found a better company to deal with from now on! BTW, they tried selling me a 7 inch lift kit that I allegedly needed for bigger tires and rims and quoted me 5,000 dollars but, after doing research and talking with other shops in the area that are more professional.....I can use a 3 inch leveling kit with the tires and rims that I want with no problems! The 3 inch leveling kit is 100 dollars compared to them trying to force me to get a 7 inch lift kit for a grand plus installation. Ill never do business with this company ever again and Ill tell everyone that I know all about my negative experience with this company.

Pro-I got the tires with the size I needed which were a little difficult to find. Con- was misquoted. I shouldve gotten the quote in writing but there was another Customer there and it was the stores closing time. I will most likely not go back because the quote was $125 difference plus I was told there was a rebate. When asked for the rebate paper, the rebate was not available anymore.

Really wish a zero star was an option this place is horrible service they chatge me 150 to service the breals wich i thought was replace the pads but they cleaned my breaks for 150 and charged way iver price on everything never ever go here
