Needed a new mechanic after mine retired. Richardsons was recommended to me by quite a few people for being an honest guy which is what I value in a mechanic. I was very happy with the service and plan to return!

My car has been at Richardson repair shop for a week and all Im getting is alternator replacement now a guy is sick and I still have to wait so long omg😡🤬🤬please hire more mechanics

Issue was resolved with a fair and honest price, and the staff was great!If it is a general repair, oil change, etc, I would trust this garage again.

During pandemic I bought a used truck that had a numerous glitches thank God Niagara casino is open and retirement money all those glitches were repaired at Richardsons, had a fender crash from last winter storm they at Richardsons repaired it been with them for years business had hard time during pandemic but is always there and restaurant is open across the street oh dont forget get them some k cups it would much appreciated I would give them 100 stars

Just picked up my car just to have an alignment still pulls to the right. waste of money.
