I payed 450 dollars for them to install a radio that I brought and they cut out the factory Amp out wired my radio up bad only one of my speakers worked .I sat there for 4 hrs waiting when they got finished I left and before I realized what they had done they where closed so I had to wait until Monday I went back and the guy was nice but his anc was u said u wanted ur radio to work so I got it to work. Also they charged me for a harness that they didnt put in and I asked him about it he told me well I already opened it and tried to install it and it wasnt the right one and I cant put it back to re sell it . my escalade is ruined I went to a different audio shop for a second opinion and they told me that it would cost almost 2k to fix what they did . If something dont fit and is not the right part dont try to Jerry rig something just because I drive a nice truck doesnt mean I have money to waste if my hand hadnt been broken at the time I would have caught a charge low life scumbags

You hear horror stories about mechanics ripping people off. The people at precision auto are the complete opposite, they will give you an honest quote of what work needs to be done with you car truck etc. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

This has been my mechanic going on 20yrs. A gal-pal of mine drives a 13 Cadi. Her monitor has gone bad. She found a monitor on line for a reasonable price. The dealerships are asking over $1,000, independent mechanics are asking $600 and up to install and program the monitor. My friend asked this business about their cost for installing and programming the monitor. They could not give her an exact quote but stated it would not cost her more than $400. This is a peoples auto shop.

He found the issue with my heat that three other mechanics could not figure out. He was knowledgeable and I appreciated it!

Went here to get a car starter installed. They had me in and out in under 2 hours. Their remote starters are 20-30 cheaper than the other shops in the Falls. I would highly recommend getting a car starter from here.

Nice and honest like repair and car audio shop. Went here after getting an oil change elsewhere and my check engine light came on. Had it diagnosed elsewhere and was told it was a cam shaft issue. Turns out it was that when I got the oil change the place I went to didnt put oil back in my engine. The mechanic here found the issue and straitened it out didnt over charge and explained everything to me. If I have any issues in the future (fingers crossed) Ill be returning here.

Never again Gena, Alex and red hair girl sooooooo rude to me and my one year old they yelled at my one year old and told her to get off the stereo as I was going to get her she’s just a child and Alex called me a horrible and bad mom after I got her for climbing on the stereo .

I got a head unit and Sirius Satellite installed in my Elantra it was a really good price and the people were cool so I definitely recommend

Last week went in to have an insurance inspection completed. Gena at the front desk completed my service. Upon receiving the completed form I noticed she mistakenly reported my trip odometer ( 2904.0) on my form as my actual mileage, but wrote in 29,000 miles....or a number very close to that. The actual miles on my vehicle are 13,500. I immediately brought it to her attention that she mistakenly referenced part of my trip odometer and turned it into a hybrid stated mileage. I asked for a correction, she told me it wasnt an issue and I left.I went to get an appraisal on my vehicle yesterday and the company immediately noticed there was a reported odometer issue, showing her reported mileage and not the actual mileage. I contacted my insurance agent and was told to go back to precision and have them make a correction.This morning I went into the store and again, gena was there. I explained what happened and she immediately went from 0 to 60 being combative. I was very calm and never raised my voice. She acknowledged her error but was extremely unprofessional with her tone and kept screaming there is nothing she can do!! The error was completely on her end and her attitude was unbelievable. I asked to speak to the owner, and she screamed the she is the owner.Was I in the twilight zone...? This was such a bizarre bizarre experience.If you want next level horrible customer service, this is the place for you! If you want an associate that cannot differentiate between a trip odometer, with tenths of a mile in it....and an actual odometer reading, this is your place! Mistakes on their end?? THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO!! Dont even ask, unless of course you want an immediate out of the blue bizarre fight from the staff. Maybe their other work is fine, but basic comprehension skills...not their...or her strong point.*** since I am not allowed to post another review, I want to respond to the owner of precision auto. Yes, I appreciate your service, and yes, I completely understand that people make mistakes. My one star review was due to the fact that Gena at the front desk was extremely abrasive and rude for absolutely zero reason. I asked politely for her to correct her mistake and she went completely off the deep end. Yelling and causing a bizarre scene. She refused to correct her error, and told me she has no ability to make a correction in the system....which I have since learned from other shops as well as Carco this is absolutely not true and that corrections are possible and easy. In short, she has zero impulse control and has no business dealing with the general public. She is the exact opposite of the type of person that should represent your company or ANY company. The fact she is an employee dealing with the public is a huge mistake. Her behavior merited a zero star.

The precision team do their very best to deliver a quality experience for when you need maintenance, major repairs, or if your into performance upgrades or custom work done . Precision Auto has one of the better labor costs in town .

Horrible service all around. I had an appointment at 4pm just to switch wheels and they didn’t pull my car in until 530. The wheels where not put on properly and when I explained this to the tech, he had an attitude and blamed me for not explaining how to put the wheels on. I didn’t get out of the shop until 6:20. Will never return

BE AWARE TERRIBLE SERVICE. I had my windows tinted, wanted 5 percent they did 20 by accident told me to come back and they will put a 2nd layor on. Had flowmasters installed. They ordered the wrong yr and tried to make it work by crushing my new exhaust with a vice and hammer. They also screwed up my car stereo.
