I have purchased 6 cars in the past 7 years, and I can honestly say that David Chevrolet is one of the top dealerships I have encountered. Sure there may be hiccups along the way with any buying process but it’s all about the sales representative in my opinion. I had the luxury of dealing with David Wagner. When I first started working with David he hit me with a line “people don’t buy cars from me because they love the car, they buy from me because they love me” at first I was like “okay buddy” but then I realized he was actually being genuine. David will be just as happy selling a 2,000 dollar vehicle as he would be selling a 90,000 dollar vehicle. I know it’s a cheesy line, but he does treat you like family. I know your thinking “yea ok pal!”, but it’s true. I didn’t have a ride to the dealership to look at the vehicle I wanted because my car was totaled, David didn’t just say well sorry bud, instead he drove to me which not only took the possibility of losing other sales but took over an hour of his time just driving. I have never experienced that. When he offered that I realized his saying was true. I didn’t care if I loved the vehicle at that point because I knew I was buying from David regardless. He never pushed me into making a decision, and even spent several days making sure I got the best price. Were there a couple curve balls I threw at him? Yup! David knocked those right out of the park. Every transaction has it’s highs and lows but so does every family. So if you want to have not only the best possible deal, and the best possible time purchasing a vehicle go ask for David Wagner and who knows…maybe you will become part of the family too!

And their waiting room is usually stocked with the best donuts youll find anywhere. (I hope theyll bring back their tables in the waiting room, so I can get some work done while I wait in there.) O boy where do I start. Dave the guy who took care of me. Simply amazing!. He took care of me so I could take care of my family. He got me into a wonderful SUV that fit the needs for me and the kids. And fit into my budget. I cant say enough good things about this place. I felt so welcomed. I was not rushed or forced into buying something I did not want. I have had this happen before. Not here they worked well with me and we took our time. It is so nice walking into a place the employees here have value and empathy. They see their costumers as people. And not just money. I hope this continues. I have read some horrible reviews for this place. But I went in and was treated good. As long as this car holds up and they continue to do their best I will be happy.

Yeah, its a dealership but they always service my car correctly. I bring my car here because its hassle-free and I never have to bring it back saying that it wasnt fixed right. There is a comfortable customer waiting area here as well. I havent purchased a car from here (yet), so I cant tell you how the sales dept rates. Overall, its got 2 thumbs up from me.

Took my truck in for warranty work was a pretty big job 12 hours of labor alone brought it in on a Monday hd to wait for parts tell the fallowing day the did the whole job in 2 days got the truck back 9am Wednesday morning because the mechanic stayed late Tuesday to put it all together so I could get my truck back as soon as possible Wednesday morning! Took my brand new car in bc the vehicle started flashing service warnings then completely disabled in the parking lot. It took a week to get fixed bc of the alternator.. the vehicle was bought brand new 2 months prior from your dealership. I never received any calls I had to call everyday at end of day to get updates. Josh has no communication and the only thing I kept getting told was “the part never came in, I don’t know what else to tell you”. I lost 3 days of work, bc no rentals can be given. No rentals could be found by myself at any rental company for under $140 a day. The communication is horrible, the service is horrible. I have bought 5 cars now from this dealership and make sure to promote every other dealership in the wny region and tell everyone to stay clear of David’s. Had my car made it to any other dealership it would have gone else where. The service department is the worst! If I could rate 0 stars I would! They don’t even deserve 1 star.

I brought my 2008 Sierra in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked for a new transmission coolant line that was leaking and to look at a whine I was hearing from the front end. I also asked for the front differential fluid to be changed. I also wanted one TPS monitor replaced. When I was called by the service writer concerning the needs he stated the following:They wont replace just one coolant line but they would replace all four lines and the cooler for $1050, I said no thankyouhe said I needed all four sensors for $750, I said no thankyou.When I picked the truck up he said he would have to charge me $200 for evaluation because they wanted to check out the transmission and a few other things. I said I didnt ask for all of that, he said he could have charged me full hours for all of the checks.I paid the bill and drove 1.2miles home. The next day I drove the truck about 8 miles and when I got to a store I found that the front left hubcap was missing. I drove to the dealer on Saturday 8/7 in the morning and told the Service Writer what happened and he said he would have Josh contact me. Monday 8/9 12:20 no call. I called and left a message. The drivers side inside step was disgustingly dirty and the weather seal torn from the mechanics big boots from getting in out of the truck so many times.I dont know why I keep going back to this dealership, Last month I took my 2020 GMC Terrain in for an oil change and when I picked it up the front fender, outside door handle and inside door panel was covered in grease.Last year they broke the studs off my 2012 Equinox and I had to replace the bearing and hub, they said that happens.I am tired of all of this happening.

Brought my 2019 Corvette in for service. I’m sure they changed the oil just fine. But the service people are rude AF. I have a 2 years service plan with GM and they would not honor it at all for the included oil change. Clearly GM has something wrong in their system but they wouldn’t even verify anything with GM just gave me attitude. If you want a hassle and to be treated like garbage this is the service dept for you!

Ive been at a handful of other Chevrolet dealerships around the area and every one of them seem to have problems with scheduling and appointments and this is the first dealership in the area that actually got my appointment, sent out an email welcoming me to the to the dealership and a follow-up call two days before my appointment to confirm. My appointment was at 11:00 a.m., I was there at 10:45 and I was sitting in the waiting room at 11:00, I was greeted as soon as I pulled in and the registration process went seamlessly being that they had all my information captured. I was only in for an oil change and tire rotation and I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Ive definitely found my new dealership for service and when the time comes, probably a new vehicle
