I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I took my car in to have the heater core replaced. This is a list of problems that I had when I picked up my car after spending $800.00 dollars:- I had to get it cleaned inside- There was anti-freeze everywhere- The glove compartment was broken- The console was missing most of its screws- There are spaces where parts should go together-I had to buy new floor mats- There was grease and dirt everywhere- A screwdriver was used to pry off sections causing cuts and slits and gouges that cannot even be repaired (metal and plastic pieces were broke right off)- I had no air conditioning- Nothing was checked when the work was finishedIf you care at all about your car, you will never bring it to Niagara Auto and Truck!!!

To what other people say about this place i stood there while they were fixing my car and another car it was done great this person with the other review must have been somewhere else shop and parking lot was full and e-tests are printed and brought right to office to give to customer. it was fast cars are in and out.

Bbunch of unqualified unexperienced rookies, the owner has no idea what an oil change is, disrespectful runs her mouth, they take a simple job and make it into a expensive one due to horrible business skills, rip offs, close when they feel like and have been known to play with e test results, I wouldnt e test my car there ever again, now if u want a hot e test go right ahead but I wouldnt trust them with anything, go look at the massive shop ALWAYS EMPTY maybe one random van from like the 50s, that business is rundown, crooks, stay away!

I take my van there and they tell you this is the problem,and they do good work. I dont take my van anywhere else.
