Very honest and reliable mechanics. They diagnosed and repaired my car within one day. Also worth noting - they quoted the job before they began the work, then I was pleasantly surprised to get a call that they finished quicker than they expected so my bill was lower!! Cant ever recall that happening at an auto repair shop in my experiences. Great guys.

I’m a very loyal customer to my garages. It takes a lot for me to switch. My friend had been telling me to go to these guys for months, and they did a favour for him I’ve never seen a garage do. So I decided to try them out for a alignment tire swap, tie rod replacement. They were insanely fast, reasonably priced, but I have to stress how fast and efficient they were. I will be going back. It’s been about a week now and no issues at all!

Got a quote that I needed about 700 dollars worth of repairs. Took it to McLeod and come to find out I only needed a kit for breaks which is about 205 dollars. Honest and fair here. I will never go to another garage so long as I live and I will refer anybody I know here. You guys are awesome! Customer for life here!

This is the best auto repair shop I have ever been in the city of Niagara Falls. My car brake hose was broker/leaking just before snow coming in November, I was so anxious and luckily got to speak with Dennis, he was so friendly and honest, my brake hose was fixed right away. They have done superior quality of work and my brake has been performed much better than before going to repair at their shop. Highly recommend Mcleods Auto Service for your auto repair since you will get much reasonable price and higher quality of auto repair work.

This place is an absolute joke! I bought a truck from a buyer off Kijiji and this place had done the safety on the truck. The safety was approved where they said everything was fine. A week later, I felt massive vibrations from under the truck and my mechanic told me that the trucks driveshaft was loose and screws were almost out. Yup, these guys safetied it so the buyer could sell the truck to me. Dishonest and absolutely unprofessional. Stay away from these scammers!!!

I will write another review tomorrow after they complete the job. They are fixing my breaks and window. When I called I was super stressed out and the man I talked to was super nice. I talked to two men. Both really nice and patient with me . I know nothing about cars and they were both super nice . They have amazing customer service. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Ive heard great things and they do fast and efficient work and it doesnt cost alot. Im saving so much money going to these people. Im super pleased. Also, they are going on vacation next week and I couldnt get in until after they get back but they are helping me out and doing the work before they leave. Thats super dedication and Im so happy I called this place! Everyone should go here!

I had an appointment to bring my car in today. I showed up 10 minutes early, I was to be there for 8:00. The guy that I was speaking with could barely tear himself away from his cellphone. He told me to come back at 8:00 to get my car fixed....really? How professional is that! I had to go back to my car and freeze my butt off. I understand this is a little car shop but what about a bit of hospitality! They might be good at fixing cars but I certainly wasnt going to bother getting my car serviced there if Im being treated like this right from the start. Im new to this area. This place will not be getting my business! Not recommended!

This is a type of shop where they make you feel at home you can be with your vehicle as is being worked on explain things to you Dennis is always honest about everything you show up there at the end of the day he doesnt say sorry come back tomorrow were just about to close they always go out of their way to help their customers I am one of their main customers I went there today with a broken window regulator at 5 minutes before closing and they still help tell him Frank sent you you can be sure youll be happy when you leave and their hourly rate is by far cheaper than most other places

Was at work when I called, needed to recharge my air conditioner in the car, extremely professional the guy stated to come right in within minutes of calling the spouse was able to bring the car in and in and out within minutes and they charged me less then quoted definitely will be using them in the future also highly recommend others do also.
