I will not be back and would not recommend this place to anyone. I dont know if it was because I made a 6PM appointment and the techs were ready to go home or what... but the quality of service and temperament of the techs was poor. The woman who did my pedicure was very disengaged. Looking everywhere but my feet and honestly seemed like she would have been anywhere else. The woman who did my nails was very impatient. She sort of tossed my hands when she was done with them and dismissed me when I raised a concern. She said, youre the boss but then ignored my requests. The quality of my gel fill in is poor- the polish is uneven and all on my fingers.I tried to raise my concerns in the shop but after being dismissed I was just ready to leave. We paid and tipped very generously (25%) so that would not explain the quality of service but if I could go back, I would absolutely not have left a tip.Im from out of town but Im sure there are better shops in Newport News.

Great service and decent prices. They have a friendly staff and a clean facility. I will be returning once a month for the classic manicure and pedicure.

Jessica is fantastic. She gives wonderful manicures. I did the dip powder. Shes really good. Schedule with her and you will not be disappointed.Betty did my hot stone pedicure. It was wonderful. Ask for these ladies when you go.

The man rushed on my nails. I asked for pink and white and he took the easy way out and gave me French gel. The curve line is not how I asked, and my nails are really thick.also missing polish in some places.

I’ve been to this establishment twice for no chip mani/pedi. Both times my polish has chipped off. I returned with pictures to show the staff that my nails did not even last a week. The staff ignored me, saying they could only paint the three that were totally removed not the other chipped nails. I showed pictures as well. Will not be returning. Would not recommend!!!!

I have came here several times and EVERY time is the same terrible experience with quality and professionalism. I live close so I chose the come here for convenience but I will not be returning after today. I came in for a simple pedicure with a full set. I sat through two hours of rude remarks and an uncomfortable environment even after I explained my birthday was the next day. If you’re someone who’s big on quality experience and service, do not go here. Poor quality and overall experience. Look at my nails!

I just moved to the area was looking on Instagram and decided to give this place a chance. Walked in and asked for Jessica. Showed her a picture and she did a phenomenal job. Definitely will be coming back here. I’m happy I found my nail tech.

Needed my nails done last minute and they fit me in. Ive been looking for a good nail place in this area for YEARS and finally found one. He knew how to do coffin nails (which is apparently really hard around here). He got them perfect. I had an idea but he made it original and unique. I absolutely loved this look!

Well this is like the fourth time Ive gone there and had a different technician every time. The last two times have problems with the polish on my pedicures old times I had to have a tow or two redone. Not sure whats going on with it. All the girls are really nice and the people are very nice there

My sister-in-law and I went last Saturday and got manicures and pedicures. Our pedicures were fine but during both of our manicures the people doing our nails shamed us the entire time for how short they were and the fact we did not want to get tips. I’m talking multiple times during the 40 minute process commented negatively on our nails. Then the lady doing my nails cut 5 of my fingers when she was filing them with the drill to the point of drawing blood. I use to love this place but will not be going back.

Very nice people. Man doing my nails had quick tongue. Making a deal but he needs more practice on applying acrylic and doing coffin nails. He didn’t shape them right and prob should’ve shaped the acrylic instead of precutting the fake nail. Kinda disappointed. Also I did inform him they weren’t right. But I seen a few other good techs.

The quality on the full set was not good. My nails were lifting at the bottom in 1 week. At 2, I was able to pull them all off as if they were press on.

I took my mom who has been in and out of the hospital and mostly home bound for the last three months to get a pedicure. I also took her 91year old husband for a pedicure. The ladies that assisted us were so patient and kind and did a great job. I appreciate the kindness they showed during their pedicures.

Unacceptable for the price I paid. I went Saturday the 24th and Tom did my nails. And today is only the 28th and my nail polish which is gel is peeling off. The gold foil came off. He did some matte design where the matte came off. My toe nail polish which is gel is chipped. I paid him $100 for nails and $40 for a pedicure. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. I WENT BACK TODAY TO HAVE IT FIXED AND WAITED OVER 20 minutes. Unprofessional. They never fixed it. Go somewhere else. Too high. Gel comes off. Only had nails 5 days

I will NEVER spend another dime here! The owner wife actually did my nails and they came out horrible! Very disappointed and upset at this set! She rushed and even made my cuticle bleed. I could’ve done better myself!

I was greeted by a very pleasant young man who welcomed me and seated me in a pedicure chair within a few short minutes even though I didnt have an appointment. Ann did a fabulous job on my Deluxe pedicure and the massage chair had my back! I will definitely be returning there.

I got a manicure and pedicure and the older lady that performed my services does not know how to paint nails. I’m not sure if she could not see or what. When she was filing my nails and cutting them, I pointed out several hang nails for her to pay attention to and she didn’t. She didn’t try to rectify the issue with the hang nails till she started putting on the polish. I was absolutely disgusted in the finished product! Absolutely unacceptable!!!These pics are in my car and I have not even left the parking lot!!! 🤬🤬😡

This is the best nail shop! Everyone moves pretty quickly and my nails look awesome! Tom is the bomb! He is funny and professional!

I will NEVER come back to this place!!! First, the lady didn’t know how to do the design I wanted after she said ok to it then proceeded to do her own design. I told her no and I chose another design that another lady said she could do. She made them uneven on my toes so when she started to do the second one I said that is not even. She took the polish off halfway. So now I have a clump of polish on my toenail that she proceeds to just paint over!!! This has been the worst experience EVER!!! I wish I would have paid more to go somewhere else!!!! I will NEVER come back here!!

The lady that did my nails-L-(don’t want to use her real name) did a good job. She even helped pick the right color polish. She was soft spoken and several times I had to ask her what she said. I told her I was working on growing my own nails long enough to only have gel. I had already taken the gel Polish off and filed the nails-she didn’t have much to do to prep my nails. She told me it would be $25. I said ok. About half way through she was saying something about next time she would take the acrylic off and start over. I said ok. She said what I thought was it would be $40. I said ok. She said a couple other things I couldn’t hear right but I know it was aggravating for me to keep asking her to repeat. Took her less than 30 minutes and looked good but when I paid for them she said it was $40! I went ahead and paid it plus a tip but was so shocked I couldn’t ask her why. Not very good at that especially when I can’t hear good. I don’t understand why it went from $25 to $40? I had a fill and gel polish. Anyone have any ideas? Guess I’ll have to look somewhere else. 😕

The lady put me to sleep not once but twice as I was trying to do the review she had the most gentle but firm hands I’ve ever experienced. She was so nice and seemed very interested in my blanket I was crocheting for my son. I will be back every single week until the baby comes for sure. I mean she was so good that I’m thinking about making her a blanket. The best nail spa I have ever been to. She took months of stress off of me in the time that I was here today. Truly incredible. I loved the woman who did my nails. She took the time to really make sure that my nails looked great by the time I left. She kept checking to make sure I was okay and was very gentle. Love my nails and I’m always satisfied when I get done here.

I’ve been getting my nails done by Tom for nearly 15 years. Anytime I’m in town, he’s my go to! He is a perfectionist, which is perfect for me because I’m picky about my nails. I definitely recommend Miracle Nails to all!

9 months pregnant and I’m very picky, this was a much needed girls day with my mom and sister and we had a great time. The lady who did my pedicure did a wonderful job taking care of me. Im also not a big talker when it comes to getting my nails done and the man who did my manicure was perfect he didn’t talk excessively. We definitely plan to return for next time.

I came in without an appointment after walking out of another salon upset I was seated right away and the man who did my nails understood exactly what I wanted and I loved that your nails are dried as their being done so no wait dry time I highly recommend Tom I believe was his name his desk is right in front I will definitely be back

Loved the pedicure. I shouldve just stuck with that. My full set acrylic nails were a disappointment. The nails were fine until she started to put the polish on. I feel like the polish ruined them. . Its like she was just slapping the polish on the nails and not concerned about cleaning it up or making sure the entire nail was painted. Im not a professional but I thought you had to wash your hands after the filing to remove all the dust before polishing. I could be wrong but it makes sense to me. Soooo I just got my nails done on Monday. It is Saturday and the entire acrylic nail is coming off. I wish i knew how to add pics. Just say no to anything dealing with nails.

The application of the acrylic to my toes was effortless and esthetically pleasing. Not too long, not the bulky. They look natural! The only issue I had was the wait (about 20-30 mins) but they were very busy. It was worth the wait though.

The Spa as a whole looks very nice. Very spacious however, the tech that I had was very preoccupied by her phone as well as rushing to get my fill done.The shape of my nails are lopsided and were not filed evenly on both sides so I will probably go somewhere else to have them fixed.

Jennifer is awesome she accommodated me due to weather being bad on my original appointment day. She is really great and her work is outstanding. Since she did accommodate me I got a manicure and pedicure and just enjoyed some me time

Came in last minute & tom did my nails to perfection! Better than the picture I showed !

I was asked to schedule an appointment so, I did for 3 hours later. When I arrived everybody looked confused. We were sat in a back room and again waited. Pedicure was pretty good but, I sat around with the paraffin wax on my feet for 30min. I had to ask who was working on my nails then, I was shifted through 3 different ppl only to be told $45 for a fill and a repair to 1 nail. The cost was so high because they charged for length.I don’t know what length has to do with a fill but, ok. To make matters worse, she kept filing/drilling my finger. I arrived at 6:30pm and didn’t leave until almost 9:30pm for a pedicure and a fill, ridiculous. Never again!

The first time I’ve ever been to a nail salon, The pedicure was amazing! The nails however not as good, I got black stiletto acrylics which weren’t the best but could be worse, some of the nails are lumpy and the gel coat is really thick, I was a walk in so I wasn’t expecting perfection but I could tell they were rushing, hoping future visits will be better.

This was my first time coming here but had always heard great things! I was so excited that Tom was the one that ended up doing my nails, they turned out beautiful! The price was very reasonable as well and the shop was super clean, found my new nail place!Edit: Still really like the place however have had two nails break, just snap, within a week and at $5 a repair I’ve invested way more than necessary on this set so a little disappointed to say the least

First time visiting here after needing a last minute fix to a color change on my hands and feet. Very nice inside and has an elegant feel. Quality work and open on Sundays which I really loved. Got me in a chair right away and I didn’t have to wait in between services. Will definitely return and possibly even make my only go to spot for nail services.

The man who did my nails was extremely rude. I had an appointment and still had to sit and wait over 20 minutes for a simple clear coat manicure. Then he preceded to be very aggressive with my hands, cut my nails jagged, and also kept going back and forth between me and an older lady dragging out the manicure even more. Im extremely disappointed and will not be coming back.

IT WAS GREAT ! the people are nice and funny and usually my hands hurt after getting a full set but not this time ! i love them. i recommend 10/10.

Do not recommend. They dont use new drill bits which causes burning from being dull and its not sanitary. My nails looked so weird afterwards like claws and was told to use the atm machine instead of being able to use my credit card.

It was real relaxing, want to come back again for the same service. The only thing was when they show you the colors, they dont let you know if it is included in the price. We did not know about the extra fees, until we got the bill. But still enjoyed it. I wish you had specials when you get more than service.

This was my second time, first time had Andy. He didnt listened to what I wanted and pretty much just did what he wanted. Then he rushed through my $25 pedicure, no massage like any other place does. I told him I didnt want my toe nails cut, he said just a little bit and did it anyway. So a co-worker recommended Jessica she was great. She listened to what I wanted. I will definitely go back to her. Its so hard when youve had the same person at the same nail salon for 15yrs do your nails, then you move and gotta find someone new. Hopefully Jessica will be my new person.

Since moving to Hampton, Miracle Nails has been the ONLY salon to meet my needs. I was driving to Richmond for the first six months I was here to have my nails and pedicure done. Ive been using Miracle Nails for a year and a half now and have been satisfied. Jessica and Tom are the best at pink and white (if thats your preference) and they are the only two I will let take care of me. Sabrina does the BEST pedicure in the state and Im usually able to schedule both the same day.

I brought my 8 year old and myself in for pedi’s and I’ve been in a few time prior to the pandemic. For gel polish they have an UPCHARGE OF $15 added to the pedicure. to paint a polish and charge $10 more then most shops is INSANE! That is the last time we will go back.

I went in to get a full set of acrylic nails applied and I was told the nails would be $30 and when I looked at my receipt after I left I was charged $50. The nails are awful and she refused shorten them to the length I asked for. I normally liked this spa but I will not be returning.

I got a acrylic gel nails set it was quick and done very well. They have good customer service very friendly. Thank you Tom 💜💜

I got the regular spa manicure with the gel polish so it would last me a few weeks on vacation. This is after 3 days. My cuticles are shredded and hurt and The polish is peeling off my nails. 3 DAYS guys!!! I left the day after getting these done for vacation so I’m out of town and can’t go in for a fix BUT I don’t know what the fix is for torn up, shredded cuticles. Will not ever return to this facility. In the mean time, I won’t be taking any photos of my hands during my wedding.

Became a regular customer about 2 months ago. Went in on 3/9 for a fill in .. with an appt for 4:30. Young female took 2 & a half hrs for aFill...left a little before 7 and my nails were horrible. Kept asking what color after telling her 3 times I don’t want color. She replace one nail with a white nail and charged me 10.00. Also charged another 15.00 for a design that I did not get. So my fill in was 40.00Plus 10.00 plus 15.00...65.00 total!! Outrageous. When I questioned at check out she said I re did all your nails. But she didn’t. Went back on Thursday to discuss with manager and he offered to redo my nails on the following Monday. Unacceptable. Said nothing of the charges. Never again!!! Disputing.
