The technician was very professional she knew what she was doing she has pride in her work and my nails came out beautiful ;)

On the sign it days Di Bella Nails, but the address is the same.Pros: really great and relaxing atmosphere. Prices are reasonable. Liked chatting with the ladies.BUT the lady didnt ask me what length I wanted my full set in, or what shape. So what she gave me was too long and very uneven square nails, that were really sharp on the edges. Even after asking her if she was going to shorten them she left them longer.Missed painting a toe during pedicure on my sister.Ended up having to go to a different salon and having my nails filed down, and made to be even lengths.

I walked in and the salon was dead silent and empty except for one technician and a Paparazzi jewelry sales lady. I was only called over once they realized that I wasn’t going to buy any jewelry, I think. The stations were all a mess, crumbs on the towels, half-empty drinks, and non-sterile tools. We sat in awkward silence, the technician only asked that length I wanted. I said short but these are more “medium” to me. I asked for the corners to be more rounded and they barely were. One thumb nail is diagonal, and one ring finger is longer than the rest. More technicians came in later, but only talked to each other so I still felt awkward. At one point the technician gouged my pinky with the drill, and the nail polish bottles look expired. Price was okay, but she only informed me after she was done that they could only accept cash or cash app since their systems were down “because of Verizon.” I wish she said that at the beginning, because I had a gift card to use but now couldn’t. I wanted to branch out and try a salon closer to my house, but I now sort of regret that decision. I will most likely return to my regular salon.

Mommy (Vivian) was a great host and technician. Clean, quiet atmosphere, work was very good. Nice, relaxing service, reasonably priced. WILL be back next time Im in town!

Went too try out this salon to get my eyebrows done. Which have not been done in over a year! So it was really brushy full and the eyebrow tech really helped me so much, she was friendly with good conversation while she did it. Im happy and now a new customer ill regularly go here. Everyone was polite and welcoming as well try them out!

This is the best place to get your nails done! Im military so I unfortunately have to find new nail and hair places every few years, but this is honestly the best place to get pedicures and manicures. Vivian is amazing and always makes sure she communicates and makes sure Im getting exactly what I want. Best nails in Newport News!!!!

Wonderful experience. I went to get a pedicure for my mother for Mothers Day and the ending up getting one for myself. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Both our pedicures were nicely done and we couldnt wait to show them off. Will definitely come again and recommend to my girlfriends.

Very nice and love the staff. They always fit me in and do a great job. I’m always taken care of even if they are closing... I only come here. Good job on nails, feet and waxes.

I absolutely love this shop They do a good job on your nails they just need to adjust to the new nail trends I don’t usually go for design or crystals but when I do I like a decent variety to choose from!

5 stars easily. Wonderful salon I have been to so many in the area and Vivian took her time with my pedicure and fill. Very nice & clean salon. Highly recommend for quality service!!!!

The nail tech spoke to the other the whole time!! There was no personal warm fuzzy feelin... and my nails werent done right!! I had to come home and file it some more!!

These people are so rude! Very short with you when asked a question. I will try to find a place that treats people better. Their work is O.K. I got a mani & pedi and I have air bubbles in my layover. The place is always pretty empty now I see why. They are just taking advantage of their location right by the base.

SO DISSAPOINTED!!! I am giving this place a one star because of numerous reasons. Reason number one I believe once you get your nails done they should last you about two weeks on average. 3 days had passed and two had already broke off I have a very busy schedule so I cant make it to get them fixed. At day 6 I only have one thumb nail on. They totally rushed me because the close at 7 and I got there at 6:15 on a Sunday.I walked in telling the lady Im sorry and that I would tip her good since they were close to closing. They charged me $78.00 to have a full set with my pedicure. (Mind you this is just a regular full set not long or any crazy designs or anything)I know they overcharged me and I will NEVER go back. Please consider another place ladies they will talk about you in thier language and overprice you for no reason. DO NOT GO HEREEEEE LISTEN TO MEEEEEE!!!!!!! I heard la rosa was better but have never been just word of mouth😊

It was nice people were sweet but I was over charged . I paid a great deal of money over all experience was ok owner was sweet and I was a little more then satisfied other then the length, I didnt get all the colors I wanted but service was great the art is pretty they did take there time and made me feel welcome so idk I may go back they were better then happy nails at least they spoke in English ... My nails were pretty so over all I was pleased

This place was the worst the prices was unreasonable not to mention while getting my pedicure my feet were cut several times and were burning and bleeding as it was being finished not to mention one of my nails broke a day after and one was put on completely crooked and not fixed so it was a waste of $105 now I have to go spend more money to get my nails fixed the way I wanted them too bad I cant get a refund or partial refund from this place but I will no longer return here for services.
