Goddaughter who has been serviced there over 20 years took me. They knew I would be visiting and warmly welcomed me. Accommodated my unusual request for pedi and had exactly what I needed for mani. It was clean and great atmosphere. No wait.

I came in to get a pedicure and got the most expensive one. My toenail is chipped, didnt get the dead skin off like she was supposed to

They do a great job most of the time, but today the lady who did my pedicure, painted two of my smaller toes on my left foot crooked! 😒😕 I didnt feel like being a B*#% today or waiting longer for her to fix them, so I didnt say anything. Yes my toes do naturally go crooked 😂🤦‍♀️ But they usually make them look straight! They do the Ombre look there and they are nice, so I will still give them a 4 star!

I wish thete would be a 0 star rating. I stopped by today to get a manicure and pedicure done. I end up wasting over 1 hour of my time on awful pedicure (as you can see!) and refused to get a manicure to be done there. These were the issues: 1. Water was barely warm. 2. Foot file was slightly touching my foot, so bottomof my feet was not filed. 3. 2 ladies tried to put a nail polish on my toe nails unsuccessfully (Iike it was there first time doing it and were surprised I didntlike that the nail polish was partially on my skin!) until, finally, I told them I was done and asked them to just put on a clear polish. 4. My shoes were messed up with a nail polish been smeared on the inside. 5. After I paid $26 for this mess and walked outside in the sun, I saw how horrible my cuticles looked and nails were even filed unevenly. I will never come back to this place!🤦‍♀️

They were very quick and took care of me as soon as I walked in. I went in for a gel fill- in. Alex started working on my nails before I had even picked out my polish. Prices are pretty typical. They do charge $3 extra for cut downs and also add a $1 fee for any purchases on a credit/debit card. They do 2 clear coats to finish it off which I thought was very thorough.

I researched nail salons in Scottsdale and found La Rosa Nails. The reviews were good and especially the reviews on Tony. I have acrylic nails and the last place I went to did an awful job. I was embarrassed to even show my hands to anyone. Tony took one look and reassured me he could make my nails look amazing. And HE DID!! My nails look so natural and pretty. I am so excited that I found this place and will continue going to Tony from this point forward.

Ive been going to this shop for over eight years. My girlfriend Lisa Ashby took me there and Ive been happy ever since. The staff are all very professional and Julie is my nail tech who knows me so well, she can always pick the right colors and designs for my nails and pedicure. I left a nail shop in Williams burg,VA to drive to Newport News where they really are appreciative of their clients. I just love Julie and the staff here. Im treated very well and every chance I get, I recommend their services as above the best in the business.

The staff has so many people coming for quick service that Mon through Thur it is best to make an appointment. For professional service I suggest trying seeking other places. They do not do scripture nails it takes to much time. They offer assembly line service.

I have to say, I go get my feet done at lease once a month, (I know that doesnt sound right coming from a man) but I do. This was the first time Ive been here, and it was updated, clean, and the staff was wonderful. I will be returning to this location next month. Great job.

Incredibly skillful nail techs. But my experience fell short when the nail tech placed acrylic on me before asking me. I asked her not to, her response was she would make it look natural. I paid $36 for the nail work. I went home took accetone and removed the acrylic. This is a great salon but they should do appointment only that way the customer isnt rushed and can communicate with the nail tech what results they desire.

So I went to LaRosa Nails to get my pedicure and I had a wonderful experience. All of the technicians were very friendly and personable. I had an appointment and I didnt have to wait very long before they were calling me to the back. Its always crowded but thats because they are the best!

The atmosphere is great. Everyone there seemed like family, this was my first time (wife talked me into going) and Ill definitely go again. Came out feeling great.

I just moved here and I was nervous to try a new nail place out and thought this one was good but I was wrong ... I got dip nails done and it hasn’t even been a week yet and the top coat is peeling off my nails and one of my nails has a huge crack in it. Im very upset that my nails a messed . I don’t want to spend another $50 to get them done as I just did that less than a week ago. I’m very disappointed!!!

Only go here if you want to correct uneven nails and uneven paint job. I just spent 40 dollars for something my little sister could have done. Every single one of my nails look different. I regret even tippingUpdate : I went back and talked to who I believe is the owner . She called Kim over immediately to fix my nails . This place left a sour taste in my mouth but the nail tech Kim happily fixed my nails and was so friendly .

PRICES ARE NOT LISTED ANYWHERE! If they think you have money, they will do bad work and over charge you if they feel they can get away with it. They say theyre open till 8pm, but if you arrive at 7:30 pm, the door will be locked and they wont let you in.This place gets great reviews because they do good work, but only if they feel they cant take advantage of you. Be careful with this place. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I inquired about what time they closed and was told last client is taken at 7:15. So I assumed I was fine to go at 6 p.m. without being rushed. There was nobody after me and while she did a fantastic job on my pedicure my manicure was a joke...it wasnt a manicure. I think she just wanted to get out early (she finished 5 minutes after the last client was taken). I could tell she wanted to get out...so when she started buffing my nails down tearing up my cuticles I decided not to say anything since I thought she mustve misunderstood and thought I wanted just a polish change. The gel is gooped on and will peel in no time. My cuticles are pretty bad too. But then she tells me its $50 and I questioned it. She said I didnt ask for it so I dropped it but left quite annoyed. They charge $1 to use card, and $2 to use colors on the front wall.Im not picky (I didnt say anything about the bubbles or hang nails)...but I couldnt believe she charged me $50 for a basic pedicure and polish change that she rushed through.

This salon has great nail techs. I have been going there for years but the treatment that Ive been receiving lately is not worth the few dollars that I save there.Customer service is important and is necessary to grow a business, we all know that. Every customer should feel appreciated especially since there are nail salons on every corner. I will not support a salon that consistently make me feel uncomfortable.My hard earned money will be spent wisely and I will not spend another dime in this salon. I have several family members & friends that feel the same way I do and has not returned to LaRosa Nails.

Julie did an awesome job on my brows

My daughter and went here to get our nails done. She had the gel done and by the end of the day, 2 of her nails had paint come completely off. Look through the images. I took a picture as proof! (Little hands with pink nails) Poor service was done on my nails as well. I spent a lot of money on this place, only to find out from a nearby salon that I was being over charged and lied to! Never going here again!

I really like this salon! The atmosphere was a little crowded, but still open and the customer service was great! I got a gel mani and pedi and the tech I had did a really nice job on them.

Great place to get what you need done from head to toe. Certain techs are better than others. My two are outstanding!

I absolutely love La Rosa! Ive been going there for years and I just moved 30 minutes away but I wont go anywhere else. Worth the drive.

DO NOT GO TO THE LADY NEXT TO KIM... I REPEAT DO NOT. First of all it took almost a hour and a half for a full set. When getting the acrylic put on she went over it like three times giving me fat nails. When buffering it Kim had to come over and do one hand while she was doing the other (thats how long she was taking Kim and Alex just looking like what). Then i ask for gel and shes not doing a good job with that either and i still had to pay $45 all because I decided to try someone else. DONT

If I could give zero I would..... I come to this place faithfully to get eye brows waxed and mani pedi. Came here Saturday night and today is Tuesday and my nails are chipping already, I called and spoke to someone and they said come in and we will fix them. So I drive all the way from Suffolk for them to tell me that’s what happens to manicures because we use our hands a lot! Let me just say y’all have lost a customer! Oh and by the way I was over charged too!

The guys that works on the salon made me feel very uncomfortable. Costumer service its very important and I dont appreciate that kind of attitude. I asked for a manicure twice and he didnt let me have one. Why? Who knows what was on his mind.. the lady that gave me a pedicure was excellent though. If I was the owner of a nail salon Ill make sure that people that works for me treat my clients that way they deserve. Everyone works hard for their own money and its not worth a dime to be treated and feel as uncomfortable as I felt especially on your first visit!

I have been going to LaRosa for years and I LOVE my nail tech, Anne. Shes friendly and knows how to do my nails exactly the way I like them [shes really good at pedicures & eyebrow waxes]. Liked going here until recently one of the workers name julie I had, she only cares about her regulars and she tried to let another girl go in front of me because she knew her and had a attitude for no reason smh. Took off small peice of my eyebrow off because I wanted another worker who I usually go to and thought I wouldnt notice.

This shop discriminate towards FAT PEOPLE! They claim they dont do pedicures for people who is over 200lb, because we might break there chairs. I feel they should get chairs to accommodate all.. SAD BECAUSE SOME PPL GAIN WEIGHT BECAUSE OF MEDICAL CONDITIONS.
