Single worst pedicure of my entire life. Didn’t even soak my feet before cutting at my cuticles I was bleeding in 5 places when I left. Used the drill to remove a tiny patch of old REGULAR POLISH not even gel. When using the drill again caused bleeding at my cuticle. Minimal massage and lots of hard scrubbing that was just painful. Then he kept trying to do weird extra things like massage my hands for 20 seconds at the end…. Whhhhyyyy?? I did have a full set here that wasn’t terrible so I’ll give it 2 stars but I would not return!
Horrible experience first of all I have been going here for years when I lived in Newport News previously and just moved back went in a few times and noticed how much they let the salon go it’s unsanitary and dirty they don’t clean nail stations after each client nor the pedicure tubs or chairs. The service is way over priced for the quality the acrylic set breaks very easily when filled in and when you come back they won’t fix broken nails and insists you did something wrong today was a horrible experience lady yelled at me for flinching when she cut me with a drill and told me it’s no big deal after telling me it’s not her problem my last fill in thumb nail broke only after having it done one day before and has to charge me to fix it I got upset and walked out as the man who previously did my nails begged me to stay which he did a good job in the past but I can’t deal with their rude attitude also while I was waiting for my service I watched them very rudely speak to a older woman and her sister for questioning why she was overcharged five dollars when their flyer states a certain price I recommend a different salon
I have gone to Jonle for over a year but a couple of months ago they painted my toes with a gel polish. When I went back they used a tool to grind the polish off. My toes have not been right ever since. They have white spots on them and are splitting. One of them is red and may be infected. I will never go back.
In the past, I’ve had very favorable experiences at this nail spa but today….older nail tech rushed through my pedicure (I arrived at 7:15PM) and was very rude. She clipped my cuticle too much and also splashed some of the sugar scrub on my pants rushing. It doesn’t end here though. I had been sitting for maybe 5 minutes at the nail dryer and she says “You can grab your shoes and go (This was at 7:52PM). You should be dry.” I understand it was close to closing but that is not very professional. With that being said, I didn’t leave a tip and will not be returning to this nail spa. Save your money and go elsewhere.
I chose this salon to get dip powder with tips based on the pictures of some of the work they have done for other clients. There is a HUGE language barrier despite showing them on their own menu what I wanted. I requested dip powder with tips with ombre pink and white nail color. Im not familiar with the process because I dont get my nails done on a regular. When they started doing my nails I thought I was getting dip powder. However I soon discovered they were doing Acrylic, after one nail I felt it was too late to go back so I just made the best if it. The nail tech burned me on the left hand thumb where my nail meets the skin on the side of my finger. He also cut me on my right hand pinky cuticle area. At the end, the nails were pretty but overly thick. I decided when I came back that I would just get the acrylic soaked off and ask again for dip powder with tips again, to give them a second chance. When I came back they seemed to not understand what I was requesting AGAIN even though I repeatedly showed them on the menu. When the lady started to remove the nails, instead of soaking them she started clipping them, again not familiar with the entire process and thinking they knew better than me. She then began prying the nails off with a tip from the container. I withstood the pain thinking this was normal until the ripped the top of my right hand thumb nail off! (See picture) I told them I no longer wanted nails and wanted to pay and leave. When we got to the register she tried to charge me $10, I asked can I at least pay $5. She said why?. I said cause look what you did. She said no no its okay I just glue it back. (Glue it back!? There was no wayyy I was about to let that happen 😡😡😡) So I paid the $10 and left. NOT PROFESSIONAL! and Im pretty sure after research that this was not proper procedure for nail removal! Now I wonder if they are even certified/licensed to do nails or went to school to learn the proper techniques!
The quality of work is not there… They are not busy at all which is probably for a reason. They don’t listen to what you want done correctly and rush the service. I will not be back. And they have a sign that says No Refunds even if you don’t like it. 👎🏾
I’ve been to many nail salons and every single one was decent. Jonle’s however, stood out in every great way possible. Staff is absolutely splendid. Quality of nails is wonderful
They are the best in my book. I have been going there since I moved back to VA. Jenny and Ann (Anna) are my Mani, Pedi & Eyebrow Experts - The Owner is also nice. I love shopping at places where they greet you by your name (for those of us who come often). No one is perfect so even when I get nipped or the nail is a little crooked or the nail polish chipped, they will always work with you.. especially when you leave the attitude behind.. they truly do appreciate their customers. Love their diversity too. Thanks 4 being my go to nail salon.
I only use Ms. Diane for my toe polish changes. She is AWESOME! I used Ms. Nancy for my nails. I would suggest not walking in and taking anyone. I watched to see who does a great job. I made it clear who I wanted. They do awesome eyebrow waxing as well. I was scared bc a lot of people mess my eyebrows up. But she showed me in the mirror what she planned on doing before starting. She let me explain how I wanted them full but cleaned up.I like this place & this is my goto shop! They are friendly, clean shop, and make you feel welcome! Would definitely recommend!!!
Hubby and I went for mani & pedis. Nice ladies, horrible service. My nails were cut and filed when I did t want them, then filed unevenly. Gel polish started chipping off within a week. Drew blood on my cuticle and they cut my husbands toe and had to put a styptic pen on it. His nails were janked up too. Never going back.
Great service and great quality of work. Elegant and relaxing ambiance its my go-to place. Love it ❤️
Dont do it seriously!!!! the rush your entire service and will overcharge you and your nails will look like a big fat brick and they do horrible horrible pedicures even if they do a bad job they say no refunds or anything dont waste your time or money
This place was very clean, the staff was friendly, and Vi did a wonderful job on my Manicure and Pedicure! However, some of the other employees seemed to try to confuse you into accidentally upgrading your services. I understand wanting to upgrade people, but the way it was done was a little misleading. They offer a print out of the options and I found it helpful to point to exactly what I wanted and to decline all of the up sells.Another thing to consider when coming here is they they do not allow you to add a tip to your card. This fact is not made clear until you see their signs once are sitting with your nails drying. In order to get cash for a tip they have an ATM that charges for each transaction.
I will never come here again! Very expensive but bad manners! I went to get a gel polish Manicure on Saturday evening! My whole experience was horrible! I should’ve walked out when she asked why I was choosing regular polish over gel polish 4x... she rushed me the whole process and didn’t even let me Dry my toes because she was ready to clock out and leave! What I thought what was going to be a relaxing, peaceful time ended up being a horrible experience! I work in healthcare in a lab! So I’m in the freezer most of the days and using hot water to wash my hands frequently (multiple gloves and sanitizer)! My natural nails can not handle the extreme changes in temperatures so I thought I would get them professionally done... I should have never trusted a soul at this place! Tuesday morning I notice my nails at the bottom are peeling! I take two of them off and the rest fall throughout the day... I come to the nail shop immediately after work and told him that I either wanted a refund of correction to my nails! He told me no and called me a liar multiple times because he didn’t believe my nails chipped that fast and wanted me to pay for the fill! I told him I only peeled two and the rest chipped throughout the day but that wasn’t enough. I was shocked and embarrassed.. I couldn’t speak to defend myself properly. Literally yelling at me”Ik what I’m doing, you a liar! Don’t lie to my face” he was just being extremely rude and ghetto! I didn’t appreciate him calling me a liar because it could’ve been multiple reasons as into why the gel was not laid properly: 1. The nail tech rushed the whole process 2. Crystallization of polish 3.broken uv light! A quick google search told me and confirmed that I wasn’t crazy or a LIAR... Poor management, and people skills! Instead of using your nail skills and critical thinking skills to come to a resolution you decided to be ignorant and call me a Liar! Pathetic!
Pretty nice place. The folks were pleasant, the settlement was clean, and the atmosphere did seem to be cozy especially for a large place. I only had time for a manicure simply because I like for my hands to be presentable when dealing with the public. The manicure cost me $12 and I chose the option to have my nails buffed for $5 more. The woman did a great job. If Magic Nails, formerly near Patrick Henry Mall, does not reopen soon, this may be my new place for a mani and pedi.
I wanted to like this place so bad because its so nice and clean inside. This is my 3rd time here and will definitely be my last. You never know who youre gonna get unless you have an Appointment and China is the best one there but She always has clients so its very hard to get in with her. Today, I wanted pink powder with a white Ombre faded tip with clear sparkle on the entire nail. So, I showed the lady the picture And I have been doing this to my nails for years but because we moved to a new state, I figured I should probably show them a picture. I showed her the picture and explained to her that I wanted the pink powder and to just fade the white down with a sponge. The language barrier is awful, she barely understood anything I said to her. So thats why I was trying to show her the picture and then another lady comes over and starts arguing with me very loudly and telling me that they dont do that there and that it wont look right and that you cant do white powder and pink powder. I let the other lady finish her rambling and calmly I tried to explain to her that its a white tip with nail Polish and you just fade it down. She didnt let me finish talking she started loudly talking over me saying they dont do that here And I said I just want the white nail polish then. I can hear the other lady huffing With her rude face standing over me and talking to the other lady in their language. I get it, there is a language bearer but when I show you pictures and I try to explain it to you theres no reason to act like that and be rude. I was already committed because she was filing down my nails and at this point Ive already been here for 45 minutes and Im literally defeated so I just told her white tip whatever is fine. 45$ later, plus $1 at the Atm so I could tip her. Even though I wasnt happy, my nails looked okay and I always tip. See pics below, left is what I wanted and right is what i got. I would go somewhere else unless your getting very basic nails.
Found a roach in the feet bath, and my friend came on her birthday and they gave her poor quality nails, half of her nail wasn’t even painted and gave her green glitter instead of white glitter, 10/10 do not recommend coming here!! I would give there place 0 starts if I could. And I came in for my eyebrows today and asked for just a clean no shape and they made my eyebrows so thin and square totally opposite of what I said! So!!!! Bad Do not come here go to a better nail salon I spent $55 for bad Quality nails!!!
Max is wonderful. Clean, and great prices.
Bad experience every time this is my 3rd or 4th time when they first open they were good... for first visit after that its been nothing but bad!!!! Got this done yesterday night and paid $40 for just my feet! My 5yr got her feet done and two designs and paid $16 for hers.. they are RUDE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. they told me to pay before service was even done because they wanted to go home.. find another place
WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!! I got a fill in from China whom i really liked but within a few days one of my nails were lifting at the bottom really bad so I went in the next day to get it fixed. China wasnt there so I explained to another lady the situation & how I would like that nail done over. The lady insisted that if she glued it down, I wouldnt have to worry about it lifting again & although i felt funny about it, I listened & let her glue it back down. Well the next day it began to lift again so I went back up there & this time demanded that it be fixed. China wasnt there, the other lady from the day before wasnt there but the guy at the front counter was there both times & again this third time so he knew exactly what was going on. The ladies were busy but the guy up front was just walking around. I wait there for an hour just for one of the ladies to try and charge me for fixing my nail because it wasnt her problem. To be honest, I went off on her for talking to me like that & refused to pay because I just got them done, wasted gas by going up there multiple times and they couldve told me they were going to try to charge me extra before having me sit there and waste an hour of my time. Ive been to another nail salon where the same situation happened and the original person who did my nails was even there but another person fixed them without charging me a cent because obviously it wasnt done properly. Ill never give them my business again. They are rude and unprofessional.
I really like going there my wife took me and I had a great 1st time going. At 1st i wasnt to sure but than I sat down and started to relax everyone there was friendly and nice. They do their job well Ill go back again. My feet feel amazingly refreshed.
Best pedicure ever! Wonderful massage chairs, friendly staff, very thorough pedicure. Extremely clean. Lovely products, my feet have never felt so good or felt so soft. Ask for Frankie - she is the absolute best!
I left after waiting 25 minutes to get a gel mani and regular pedi. As I waited, I watched as one employee played on her phone, 2 tried out new polish techniques, and another just stared off into space.
This place is very clean. The massage chairs are very nice and comfortable
Awesome. Extremely satisfied 😌
Everyone is nice and it always looks good
Love this place! My daughter and I go twice a month for pedicures and they have never disappointed. A little pricey so I made the mistake of going somewhere else ONCE. It won’t happen again. You get what you pay for. Worth what they charge.
Absolutely loved my experience here today. I think my technicians name was Lynn. She was amazing. Very kind and took great care of me. The facility was very clean and everyone was extremely helpful and polite. I got the tropical pedicure I think it’s called and I’m assuming because their weren’t many people tonight my message was about 30 mins. If I lived in this area I definitely would come back. If you’re looking for a place to get a relaxing pedicure I suggest here and ask for Lynn.
This was my second time scheduling an appointment and had to wait 20 to 25min because they decided to take a walking in a few minutes before my appointment time. Horribly customer service.
This place is a joke..... I asked for a new set and the lady insist I only need a fill. I said okay and she went on. Now 4 days later I’ve been back now TWICE bc two nails have popped off. I have not done anything out of the ordinary for me and I never have this problem. Long story short if she would have listen to me these nails would have never popped off. And to top it off they charged me $4 to fix the first one and $5 for the second one. It’s only a dollar but why is it different? Anyways... save yourself and go to Nail Luv in Hidenwood and ask for David! Better prices and quality!
Always love going and Tam is my favorite
I have been coming here since this location opened. I love the atmosphere and the professional manner in which they treat me and other guest. I have brought family and friends here and they have all become customers. I travel a lot for work, but always come back.
Never had a bad experience here and I have been coming since they opened. Always receive compliments on my nails, highly recommend this place!
I made an appointment for my mother and I after phase 1 open up nail salons at 12 pm. I am reviewing for my mother behalf. She got medi and pedi. Pedi was fine but it is expensive for $55 where our old favorite salon charges us 40 with design added in. They did the wrong color and they wouldnt change it because the owner cant book appointment correctly. We were willing to pay extra to change the color but the owner told us no since he has other appointment for his workers. He had 6 people waiting. And no sign in. She was here visiting me and they told her to come back next week. She is leaving today and he say sorry. I didnt want to fight him because of people here. We usually make appointment to have our personal tech and sign in so they can track the flow. They charge you so expensively and for every little thing. We will not be coming back because the management is horrible and we got different nail techs. We love the personal nail techs because of client and tech bond. I got pedicure for 55 because it was 40 for the spa pedicure and 15 for extra treatment. Back in Alexandria, they charge us 40 for everything including a medi. My mother kept saying if they mess up a color, they should change it and you had an appointment with that tech. They just wanted more people for revenue than communication. Mom left with a huge bill and a color she didnt want. I understand her pain. I gave them a full star because the techs were nice. But the owner doesnt know how to keep a schedule. And it doesnt take one hour for full set and pedicure.
False advertising...Prices on the window is different than the prices they give u inside. $3 difference, they should honor whats on the window.. And the lady that does the eyebrows had the nerves to say its just $3, whats $3! My response is exactly so honor whats on the window then.. So rude!! $3can be a tip!! I will not be coming back!!
I went in for a pedicure and to get my lip and eyebrows waxed and let me tell you, it was the best pedicure Ive ever gotten. It was $36 for the champagne and rose pedicure and I wish I would have gotten the girls name because I would definitely recommend her. She was the African American woman. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Pedicure felt rushed and we waited in the seat over 15 minutes before anyone got to us. The water was cold by the time anyone came. I got the spa package which comes with “extended massage”. Their definition of extended massage is 2 minutes and my calves weren’t touched once. I’ve received better service in a regular pedicure service at other places. I won’t be returning. As other people have stated, the place is gorgeous but their service sucks!
Jenny does my nail.. the best services ever!!! Friendly sweet staff, VERY CLEAN and organize shop. FYI everyone in there does a great job so it doesnt matter who you go to. They take theyre time and makes you every thing is perfect before you leave .
I’ve been going to Max - the owner for years. Max is awesome and the customer service is awesome!! The nail salon is beautiful and it’s very clean.
I would not suggest going to this establishment. The place looks great but the man who works at the front table is rude. The woman who worked on my feet was nice, but misleading. When letting her know I wanted the basic pedicure I was met with the response The Traditional Pedicure? Of course since there are no prices listed on the walls, I had no idea the Traditional Pedicure was the name of a more expensive detailed pedicure. I just thought she used a different word for the same service I was asking for. It is obvious the workers are trained to trick customers into upgrading without their knowledge. When speaking with her at the time to pay, she let me know although that was not what I asked for it is what I got.... So pay up. A menu is suppose to be provided when choosing the service, but the only time I saw any listing was when my nails where drying. So at that point it is too late to change to what I really want. I also saw the man at the front table treat a customer horribly. She walked in about 70mins before closing time. He only acknowledged her after she asked if anyone was going to speak to her. He responded with such a negative attitude that she turned around and walked away. That situation put a very negative uncomfortable vibe in the air, seeing how unhappy that man was to have people interrupting his day.
First visit I had was amazing! The next time was good overall. I came on a Friday for a fill in, but decided to get a pedicure. The pedicure was probably one of the best I have received in a while! I was unable to get my fill in which was the reason I came in. Only thing I would suggest is better time management. I was asked to wait then told to come back late after I had already waited 20 minutes. Better time management would be nice.
Relaxing environment. They are always able to get me and husband next to each other while they do our feet. I always go to, sleep hahaha! Come here if you want a great job done! Thanks so much!!!
I did not like the service at all I think it is over priced. I went for a predi/mani and when I saw how she was doing my feet. I change my mind about getting my hands done. I will not return. Sorry no star.
Lucy does great work! Eyebrows and pedicure came out great! Very happy! Just an FYI google maps brings you to the parking lot not it the building. They are right next door to The Hair Cuttery.
Frankie is the absolute BEST!! SHE takes her time and does a great job. Great eyebrows too
Its nice, they just need to take their time. Feels like a fast food resturant. Your in and out but pay a lot for your half service.
The lady who did my pedicure was very sweet and did a nice job! They doing excellent work and will help you in anything. And they make a mistake dont fix it without you pointing it out! Recommend
Max is the greatest! Does the BEST job EVERYTIME! Its always clean and welcoming. Prices are great too.
I walked in on a Saturday and was seen in about 20 minutes. I got French gel polish and they have been on now for 3 weeks, with no signs of chipping or peeling. I feel like they could go another week! Very happy with the service!
My sister and I just left this place. We both walked in and wanted a pedicure and a full set. Somehow they only heard my sister say a full set and not me. Maybe if the person at the desk would have been paying attention instead of having his face buried into his phone he would have heard me correctly. So after my feet are done I get over to the table for my full set. The woman doing them said I thought you wanted a manicure. I said now a full set so she proceeds to do the manicure which I thought that she was gonna do my full set. Long story short I had to pay $86 for a (extra$12)manicure ($36)pedicure and a ($42) full set. Word of advice make sure they hear you when you get there.
My boyfriend and I went for pedicures here last week and it was amazing. The interior is gorgeous it was very relaxing. I was inpressed how clean the place is and how much they take care of sanitizing. Will definitely be back next time I am in town.
Don’t do it ☹️!!
I got dip powder nails done here two weeks ago. They went past my cuticles and were not smoothed down. Now my hair and anything else gets caught underneath the sharp edges around my cuticle. I gave it two stars only because the atmosphere is nice and clean.
I just had the best experience with getting my eyebrows waxed here the lady that did mine her name was China and she was just lovely I was in an out and In less than 10 minutes and my eyebrows were on Beautiful
I don’t review often but I am so put off by experience I feel compelled to speak up. From my entrance the usual “what would you like” was answered with an annoyed-sounding response directed at the other staff. It was cleanly enough and all that but the entire time I was being upsold when all I requested as the basic. Maybe that was annoying but it shouldn’t have been. My pedicure was okay enough but once I did request the golden mango deluxe $70 package I felt slighted. Middle way through I was asked about a manicure, which I hadn’t gone it for but thought why not I could use one. *back history- I’m a chef and my nails can not be painted but are always a mess so I wanted to pamper myself for the holidays.* she barely did a thing do my fingernails, I kept having to ask for cut backs on the cuticles and to even out the nails which she barely trimmed (they short to begin with but evening out is all I wanted).Upon receiving the bill, all I got was one sum and once I asked for an itemized breakdown of services she flipped out on me and I got major attitude, as if my nail problems had warranted the big charge. All in all both my feet and hands were largely unkept looking and I left feeling only slightly better than I walked in. So much for a day of pampering.Nice room and ambience, the pedicure chair was very nice and strong massage was gracious but the attitude was not.
Very clean and professional. Jennifer is wonderful and takes pride in the artistry she provides. My nails turned out beautiful and from now on I will be asking for her when I visit! :)
DO NOT GO THERE.... I REPEAT DO NOT GO THEREJust in case you didn’t want to read my full experience wanted to at least be upfront and say don’t waist your time going to JonLe Nails Spa. I knew I should’ve listened to the reviews when I checked it out before hand but decided to give it another shot because I had originally went there a few months ago for a honey and milk pedi and the experience was great feet were smooth and the polish was on point. So based off that prior experience I went again this past weekend. The young lady that did my feet was very sweet took her time with my feet, but the young lady that did my shellac manicure did not show any good customer service first off she was working on her own nails while trying to do mine, she also took a pause on my nails to take a personal phone call. The worse thing though were the end results of my nails she layered the coats on super thick. It was late in the evening and everyone was pretty much packing up to go so I decided to just leave and try and settle with my nails. The next day the polish started coming up near the nail bed. So I called and spoke with the manager and he said I could come in and he’d take a look at it. When I arrived yet again someone at the desk was playing around with their phone to my surprise it was the manager ( I guess they don’t have rules about how being on your phone 🤦🏾♀️) He looked at them never apologized (like I just have gas money growing on a tree having to take another trip back there) but anyways had me have a seat and a different nail tech did my nails. Once again she took a personal call while doing my nails and completely rushed through fixing my nails. I’m still not happy with my nails but no worries cause they will never get another dime from me and I hope others follow suit.
If I could rate this place I rated a 0 star but unfortunately I cannot got a manicure done here before and the lady had cut me at least three times trying to file my nail but was filing to rough as if she was rushing through my session so I figured Id give it another try and pretty much just waited when I walked into the lobby for like 15 minutes and nobody greeted me or said anything so I can just take my money elsewhere
ACtually half of a star or you know none!!! Being that I came in on my birthday and the person who did my nails rushed and was so aggressive and it felt uncomfortable!! I had to take off the nails due too my actual nails were getting dirty and it bothered me... my nail came off and I now have ridges in my nail that wont go away and they are so painful to take off especially when i Clip them and my whole finger stings that shouldnt happen!!!! Never coming here again
In sum, horrible experience and the worst customer service. When it came to my manicure, they had me soaking my nails in HOT ACETONE to remove the dip powder. I kept pulling my hands out and then they placed a towel over my hands (I guess to keep the temperature hot or to hint me to not remove my hands from the hot bowl of acetone so they can quickly rush me out before closing time). The technician kept asking me numerous times if I wanted gel polish. I kept reiterating that I do not want gel. I shouldn’t even have to explain myself. It’s my choice and they can easily refuse if it bothers them so much that I did not want gel. They are the ones who delayed themselves keeping me waiting on the pedicure chair for half an hour but of course greed takes precedence. If they can take customers in and rush them out, thats what it boils down to. She continued rushing me and filing my nails down to the point where it hurt and started burning. Since the drill was burning my nails so much, I asked her to stop and that I’m leaving since I’m being rushed, uncomfortable, in pain, and dealing with attitude. Today is July 8th. My nails were burning and have been fragile for 5 days now. Two of them broke in half since they were drilled down so much and so aggressively. To be fair, I even told her the first time she asked me to do gel that we can leave it CLEAR and I’ll return when they reopen for the color since I live walking distance. I had no issue coming back but I do have an issue when my nails are in pain and completely damaged. My pedicure also chipped off the next day. They never applied a coat polish.Very rude, unfriendly, unprofessional experience. I was rushed out even though my service should not have taken over two hours. I checked in 7pm and didn’t leave til 830. I didn’t even leave with a manicure. I left with inflamed and painful nails. They took money before the manicure even started. I asked for the manager and he was also very rude and condescending. I asked for a refund and he accepted but in a rude manner. When I saw the receipt, I saw he refunded only $10. My total was $65 but I was so disappointed that I just wanted to leave and try to resolve later.Since my nails are still in pain from being drilled so much and my pedicure did not even last a full day, I attempted to try and resolve it with them by requesting a full refund once again. I was very kind on the phone and I explained to him that my nails are in pain. He told me to come back to get it repainted and just didn’t want to hear it. He told me that I just want my money back and that I’m a scammer. I’m in disbelief that businesses like this even operate. I told him I do not feel comfortable returning after I was treated that way and he told me to go ahead and file a complaint if I have time on my hands.I will never return to an establishment like this nor recommend anyone else to go there. They were very quick to collect their money before I even started on my manicure. It’s not my fault that I was waiting in a pedicure chair for over half an over for a technician and that they close at 8PM. My service should have only taken an hour. Nonetheless, if your salon is bothered by the closing time approaching, voice your concern before collecting your money for a service that hasn’t even been started yet. There are plenty of nail salons who want business and need business if it’s not you.For the manager - Don’t worry, I have time to report unethical business practices. I highly advise you to treat your customers with respect and quit being so money hungry. Just a friendly reminder that customers are the reason your lights are on in your salon. Keep that in mind next time you choose to be unethical, rude, condescending, and greedy.
Massage chair didnt work. pedi massage was dissapointing only lasted barely a minute worth of a massage Poor toenail painting. The paint was on my skin and their are air bubbles on some of them. Very dissapointed.
Service was quick, technicians were friendly and generally satisfied with nails. Pricey
When I come here I only allow Max or Tina to do my nails and eyebrows. Come see them and you will not be disappointed!
Very nice. I had Lynn whom was very polite. Clean location.
This place is really nice and its brand new. Everything is kept very sanitary. Ask for Chelsie. Shes been doing this for years and does an amazing job.
I came in to have acrylic nails removed and have a gel set installed. My regular spot wasnt able to accommodate me, so I used Google to find another spot that was open. Im glad I did! My nails look more natural, the nail tech did not nick me, and they were quick. I will be returning.
Great experience with Jessica. Loved her, my nails are back flawless, conversation was free flowing and nice, the place is very clean and gorgeous. Versitile group of ladies working which I loved. Will be returning!
I have an awesome experience every time I go. I would recommend this place because of the cleanliness and the customer service. I have been going here for the past 3 months now and havent went elsewhere!
Nice atmosphere. Courteous employees. Services are over priced.
Milk and honey pedicure is definitely worth the price the massage is always great!
Anh is amazing. Shes table 5. I see her every two weeks. She listens and does what you want. I highly recommend her!
If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrible with time management, the first time I went I had to come back and have my nails fixed, this last time I went I asked for nail take off and a manicure. My bill came to 35 for the guy to remove nails and do a gel manicure all he did for the manicure was kept cutting my cuticles until it was red and used the dremel until he burned a spot. I complained to the owner and he could care less. What a joke this place is they just want money and could care less about the customer or screwing you over.
So I really liked this place its beautiful and they do really good work, but I had 2 bad experiences. Number 1 they trick you into changing your service without your knowledge then hit you with a high bill at the end and force you to pay for it. So be careful when getting a regular pedicure because they will switch your words from regular to traditional and without your knowledge of their pedicure menu you are now paying $29 for your pedicure. Number 2 the Man that sits in the front is rude. He barely acknowledges your presence, his attitude is nasty for no reason. They close at 8 or 8:30 and I walked in before 7 and I could tell that he didnt want to service me. I felt very unwelcomed and will no longer continue my services there.
Max did a great job with my fill. I am visiting the area and wanted someone who met the standard of my regular nail technician. Max exceeded my expectations. I will return.
My nails look amazing! They definitely take their time here to make sure its perfect
Im giving a poor rating because I got a fill in with liquid gel. Within the same week, three of the nails broke. I returned and they told me sorry we busy, come back tomorrow. Because the liquid gel was rushed and so thin, I tapped one of my nails on my steering wheel and it ripped off my nail bed. Ive given them a couple of chances but they have lost a loyal customer
They didnt shape my nails at all even when I asked, they gave me an attitude. I showed them a pictute and they said they could do it, but it came out nothing like it. The lady barely talked at all, wasnt very friendly, didnt really know what she was doing.
I love this place. Everyone is so nice. I broke. Both pinkie nails and they happily fixed em. Only complaint is one guy told me i didnt need a fill yet and just fixed my pinkie (dec 24) i went on the 26 cause my other pinkie broke. Jenny (who is super sweet) said i needed a fill too. There pedicures are amazing
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a spa. I have been there twice before and the experience was okay but not great. The staff is not very friendly. This visit during my pedicure another nail tech came over and sat next to mine and was clearly complaining about something. Neither one spoke English to each other. They got very loud and my nail tech kept stopping the pedicure to point her fingers at the other one and get louder. It was so rude and unrelaxing. I pay extra for the message and she was so distracted she kept starting and stopping. I will never go back.
I had the worst experience with language barrier and my tech was unnecessarily rough with an attitude! I had to speak first when I walked in, while the owner sat behind the desk on his phone. I was basically being forced into getting gel when I didn’t want it. I will not be coming back and my nails look nothing like what I asked for! Management sucks, he kept talking over me while I tried to explain what I wanted.
I go to Max he does an amazing job every time!!
Horrible! I came in and no one greeted me, then three other people came in after me and were greeted and took my place, they didnt even have an appointment. I was completely offended and walked out. If I could give them no stars I would.
Drove from Hampton to Jonle Nails just to get a pedicure and was refused service because I showed up 10 minutes prior to closing at 8. Ive worked retail before I would never refuse a customer....thats bad customer service I will not be going back their again!
Love this place, clean and the make my feet pretty!
Went here because my regular nail salon is closed on Sunday. Pedicure didn’t last very long and when I asked for a design I was told they were too busy. Not acceptable. I had to get them to redo my polish because it was so thick and looked terrible then they got an attitude with me when I asked for it to be redone. Will never come back and would never recommend this salon even as a last resort.
DO NOT GO HERE! These people are so rude. I went on Friday to get my nails done for my wedding Saturday. I asked for a SCLUPTED full set and the technician told me, “oh sculpted is more expensive. You get tips. That be better for you honey.” Basically called me broke. I told her that if she didn’t know how to do sclupted nails, she could’ve just said so. 💁🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️ She also charged me $50 for short nails. At any other salon, this might be $30 or $35 max. I think she just charged what she wanted to charge. They are horrible. Stood over me and talked about me the entire time. You never know who speaks your language. 🙋🏾♀️
I had an absolute horrible experience. The lady came up to me three times while picking a color saying that she was ready. I had a friend with me and two workers were rude to her because she didnt want a pedicure (she was there 3 days before). Manager was playing on his phone. She didnt cut back the dead skin and cuticles, no message on feet or calves. She applied only one coat of polish. She set me up to dry and then yelled at me to pay while I was sitting there on my phone. I have been to quite a few places in the area and this was probably the worst experience I had yet. Needless to say, I will not be going g back nor will my friend who liked her first visit there.
Came here to get nails done for my wedding. They did a fantastic job on my acrylic nails, lady was a little rude though. Also, they did a horrible job on two of my bridesmaids nails, and they were just regular french tip. They were terrible uneven and the nail polish was chipping immediately.***UPDATE*** My acrylic nails were chipping and peeling off less than a week after my wedding. The white tips were turning yellow.
Im a local that goes there every so often but I only go if its my last resort. I went to get my acrylics filled (I had acrylics done somewhere else) and full mani. My nail tech didnt understand english very well and asked me if I wanted gel a good 5x. I didnt mind it until she was being very rude to me when I explained I didnt want my nails looking thick, i want them natural looking. Mind, Its my second time refilling them, I already have medium size natural nails beneath, there should be no issue with that. She used the excuse that she wouldnt promise me theyd come thin to my liking unless I had gel done. What does gel have to do with that?? I told her it was not my first time getting them done and I knew that was not an issue and I did not want gel. She kept on working on my nails and half assed everything shapping my nails different (square oval and oval). When I noticed I asked her to please check them since she never bothered to ask and She smacked her teeth and fixed them a little got up and said they should be good to go and to wash my hands. I typically dont like arguing but asked her once again until she told me that itll be an extra $3. I agreed and my nails were still not shapped to my taste. I gave up and paid $35 for a fill and reg mani . NEVER GOING BACK!PS you can only tip CASH!!! If you dont have cash they have an atm available that you pay a fee for as well.
Awesome place. Max is the BEST
Excellent service and relaxing! Must check it out!
I went to get a full set and pedicure. Jess (Jessica) she was amazing ! Really nice and did a great job on my nails and toes!
It was okay! The lady had messed up on my toes so I asked for them to be re done. Before I got them redone which took forever! The manager said well maybe next time you should get a lighter color which I didnt know what he meant by that because the color didnt have anything to do with the preformace of the old lady who did it.
Beautiful location, great service!
I loved the experience & my nails! This is by far the best nail salon around!
Love their friendly service and high quality works. My nails looked stunning!!!
Great set up. Staff is lovely. Loved my pedi. Mani on the other hand was very rushed. Still looked decent. Then when it came time to pay she told me i received the signature pedi and mani but I asked for basic on both and thats what i recieved but she argied and said i only did basic mani and signature pedi 😑 so mani with gell is $30 pedi that i asked for was $22 pedi she said i recieved was $27 she charged me $64....reguardless with pedi i recieved none of it equals $64.....smh
