I dont usually write reviews or even get acrylic nails but I am doing both today lol I only do gel nails and its been a good solid year since I havent gotten my nails done due to moving. I love it here and definitely coming back. I am a very patient person, and do so appreciate my time with this salon. This isnt my last time doing acrylic! 😄 thank you

It was my first time getting acrylic nails and a pedicure in many years. I had separate technicians and both were informative and showed patience. My nails and toes look beautiful and their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be making an appointment to go back again in the future. They are a very busy establishment, so in my opinion its best to make an appointment rather than just walking in.

They were great. The girl gave me an amazing milk honey pedicure. I love how Jack did my nails. They look even better than the reference photo. I’m blessed and thankful I found this place close to my house. I plan on becoming a regular patron here.

I am the wife my husbands google acc which I posted from by accident.As a customer of 3 years, I never complained about the inflated prices of their services for the fact this nail salon was a convenient distance from my home. They charge you $5 extra for gel nail polish removal even if you previously had got the service done by them. they charge you $5 each hand or foot to get gel nail polish. so if u get a regular pedicure its $25 but u want gel nail polish it’s $40. OUTRAGEOUS! especially when only a few nail techs know how to properly apply coats of nail polish.I always noticed the racial profiling from the staff here and I have mentioned to them about it on a friendly note on a few different occasions. it was today when I walked in for a reg pedicure, I was excited they finally have this olive green color nail polish cause usually the selection is very basic, so as the lady was finishing my pedicure I asked if she can just polish my nails in the same color, no manicure just polish they said no because I didnt ask for that when I walked in! they were understaffed so I said it was okay but as I am waiting for my toes to dry, my husband decides to pick at his plate of food he got from a soul food restaurant next door, they offended him by saying something about the smell of the food and told him he couldnt eat while sitting I. The waiting chair. this was the first time my African American husband came into this establishment with me and he was treated with an attitude and unfairly, and I felt very embarrassed and disrespected at the same time. I would not recommend anyone to go to this business.

They weren’t awful, but definitely not what I expected. I went in with a full set, and one chipped nail. I asked for a removal of my current set and a new set put on with ombré. They started to do my nails, and instead of soaking them off they decided to run a fake nail tip under my acrylic. This was new to me, because usually I have my acrylic soaked off. This, obviously, was painful and then they finally started to soak them off. After 45 minutes of sitting, another lady started to do my nails. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication between the two nail techs and myself.The second nail tech doing my nails did not realize I wanted ombré, over halfway through being finished with my nails. I was, also, cut multiple times with the drill. This is unfortunate. The acrylic application was flawless, and I loved that. But I was upset because I sat there for 2 hours, 45 minutes after they closed and still did not receive the nails I wanted. At that point, I just wanted to go home.I was charged full price and it felt like they didn’t care that there was a mess up.Maybe, I can try them again someday. But my nails need to recover.

Listen..... I feel bad for my old nail tech because she ain’t never gonna see me again. I’ve definitely found a place that I’ll be going to again and again. The customer service was great here! My nails look amazing! Everyone was super friendly and and the prices were great! The pedicure I got was awesome and my feet are super smooth. Thank you ladies!

Would have given 1 star but girl who did pedicure was ok. Just put on wrong polish. Man who did manicure was terrible. Didnt do what I asked, even after I showed him how I wanted them filed. Changed it after I filed it. Did someone elses manicure while my hands sat in acetone for over 20 minutes. Lousy paint job. I could list more but why bother?

Love this place and I especially love Tracy’s work but they do not answer the phone. I have been trying to call and schedule an appt for the past couple of days and I cannot get through. It’s like someone keeps picking up the phone and hanging up.

I booked an appointment with the manager, would not give me his name and came in at my appointed time for him to have me wait. Not only am I waiting but he’s deciding to ignore me as i am speaking to him and not reschedule. I have no issue with getting my nails done at a later date but what I need is to receive a call so I don’t waste my gas money.

Need to make an appointment, never enough nail techs. Even with an appt people were still waiting because techs hadnt come in yet. They were complaining to themselves. Then after I sat there for 20 min a tech said they werent going to be able to get to me for hours. I told them Id go somewhere else. I ended up at Nail Graphics. Much cleaner, no wait, and got an awesome gel pedicure. They also dont charge a % surcharge for using a card like Happy Nails. Nail Graphics has a fb page that shows their work.

As soon as I walked in the door these people were amazing I have been going there for six weeks now and I love my nails the guy that does my nails are so awesomeI recommend him if you have the time to go see become cuz its well worth your time

I went there this morning for an appointment I guess I wasnt clear on what wanted Im not sure but I asked for a manicure and they asked if it was for my real or fake nails and they said they couldnt do that

Nice service. Got a medi-pedi. They did a good job, but didnt have some of the popular nail dips.

I am thankful for the convenience of this shop being close to my location; however, the quality that I received was very low and unexpected. The length of my nails were not checked to make sure both hands matched, the job itself was VERY rushed, the polish is not well painted, and the sticker design that the tech placed on my nail was done so rough that it scratched the polish. The gentleman that did my nails was nice, however, the quality is not there. I have air bubbles on multiple nails and really want to go back have them re-do everything, but it’s not even worth the time of headache. I felt a great lack of care and had to instruct multiple times during the process things in which I felt should be known from a tech who claimed to have over 5 years of experience. Though conveniently located, I will never again return to this for services. Very disappointing.

I am extremely picky about how my nails are done and when I tell you that Jack exceeds my expectations. I am always satisfied when I leave. He is truly a perfectionist, and very patient.

This place isn’t professional at all they make you sit and wait for the owner to look at your nails then send you out. I been to this place before and had the same problem. I hate when a business try to say that they know what you’re talking about but clearly they don’t have a idea.

I just left there about an hour ago. And I can’t not describe the poor quality of nails and the lack of training their technicians have. My nails are different shapes. Thick and still have acrylic under my nails hard as a rock my finger nails feels tight, a couple of my nails the sides were not covered with the acrylic. this was the most wasted $45 of my life.And all i asked was to put a thin layer of acrylic on my natural nails.They would not ever see me again! This nails they have poster are from people that used to work there.

Wee is great! He listened to everything I wanted done and how I wanted it done. Very nice man. The space can use a little more updating as far as furniture, flooring, etc. But great service and great people.

Love this place. Been going here since high school. They are very welcoming. Clean. They speak good English. And have a good variety of nail tech.

While the shop is really small its still not cramped. I went for a pedicure with my mother and they really did a wonderful job. The prices are extremely low and service is great! I will definitely be returning when Im due for another pedi!

I was referred by someone who goes. I went for a spa pedicure and full set. I waited about 40 minutes before service and guest came in after me but the lady let me know they was appointments no problem but when I was finally seated. The gentleman who did my pedicure, he did such a wonderful job. He was friendly and he didnt rush he took his time and any concerns I had he took care of me. Im not from this area so finding a good nail salon that offers quality service is hard. I didnt get my nails done because it was a Sunday and they was about to close thats why they got 3 stars but I will definitely be back and will be my go to nail salon in the future

Noticed the nails on 1 hand was going to the right but it wasnt that bad til my nails started to grow. Went back to tell her and she said my hand was like that. 🤔

I walked in from a previous visit to get a nail fix and was rushed for a pedicure that was after me. I understand the lack of technicians but I waited patiently & I could have been serviced better. I’m so disappointed.

I dont know if Ive ever been to a nail place that ignored customers! Only one person greeted me and asked what I needed. After that I waited about 20-30 minutes before leaving without getting anything done. Never wasting my time or money here again!!

Just got my nails done. One of my worst experiences with nails. First off they charged me for a spa manicure and didn’t even have soap!!!! Told me rinse my hands no soap. So if that’s the case how are you sanitizing No solution for sanitation tools or soap to wash hands!!! The only reason I completed the manicure was because they soaked my polish off. Then on top of that my nails are filed down so low I have nubs and I came in with natural nails DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A REFERENCE FOR A TECH THAT HAS THERE STUFF TOGETHER. But not acceptable will not be back!

I usually have a good experience. But the young girl who did my nails did terrible. She rushed. Feel like I wasted $40.. Im highly irritated.

It was a 1 as far as how I was treated .I was treated bad as, they speak in Vietnamese and talk about people like dogs the first time making an appointment it was ok but they do talk a lot and nail tech was new she did a poor design or what she knew to be one it was more like sad nails then happy . I was there all night nails looked like trash. I happen to speak a little so I could understand that they do choose what design they do the color you can only get 1 if not they make fun of you.

My experience here was horrible, they are expensive for no Reason, their prices does not add up to their work. Use this place as a last resort.

Im not from here but needed my brows done and toes polished. Someone recommended Tracy for my brows..omggggg she did an amazing job! And my polish change on my toes was thoroughly done....im willing to come back here everytime Im in town!

First off I went there at 10:15. mind you they open at 10:00 no employee spoke or even looked up I went ahead and signed into the book twenty minutes later and nobody said anything when i approached one of the workers to ask her how long the wait was she was rude and ghiving excuses DONT EVER GO THERE

Anytime you don’t allow people to make appointments for specific times but your closing time specifically states on the door and on the website that it’s 8pm and you lock your doors at 7:30 and proceed not to open them with customers standing outside. I will not be coming back. (I wasn’t one of those customers btw) I tugged on the handle twice & left & watched as 3 other costumers walked up after me & did the same thing but proceeded to stand there & wait. I never really cared for this place anyway bc they hurt you & do r even care. They shush uou then continue what they were doing. This was the last straw. They just lost a customer.

HORRIBLE, JUST HORRIBLE! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CALLED SAD NAILS! :(.. I LEFT OUT CRYING WITH MY FINGER BLEEDING, BECAUSE MY NAILS WERE FILED TO HARD! PLUS, NO ONE GREETS YOU AT THE DOOR! NOW, ONE WEEK LATER MY NAILS HAVE A TERRIBLE FUNGUS UNDER THEM, BECAUSE THEY DONT SANITIZE THEIR EQUIPMENT! I SHOULD OF LEFT WHEN I SAW HOW DIRTY IT WAS IN THERE! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! 😢

Got my eyebrows done...they looked amazing.

If I could I would put ZERO stars. When I came in I told them I wanted my nails soaked off and a new set and pedicure, the woman that greeted me told me it would take too long to soak my nails so she could just repair my nails I told her no I wanted them soaked off so she called a man from the back to start my pedicure. The man did not greet me or even tell me where to sit but I took the hint when he started running the water. I had on skinny jeans and could only roll my pants legs half way so the man begins huffing loud and pulling my pants leg up until they were cutting off my circulation. He left twice in the middle of my pedicure leaving cold towels on my feet obviously pissed about something. When he came back I told him the towels were cold and he started laughing and mocking me then was extremely too rough with the cuticle cutter. I finally had ENOUGH when he starts putting globs of gel polish on my toe and then sits the lamp ON TOP of my toe when I tell him it’s on top he pretends he can’t hear me I got up and another lady stopped me and said she would do my nails instead I told her I needed them soaked and a new set and she says I should have told them 30 minutes ago. I only go to GINA but she was on vacay today she is great but this salon is the worst one I have EVER been to

I have been there 2 times in one week to try and get my eyebrows done. Each time time I sat for 20 or more minutes and left because I got no service and no time of how long it would take.

Dont let the man there do your nails. My nails looked absolutely horrible! & started lifting the next day smh. I asked for uv gel nails which is what was listed on the price list, definitely not uv gel nails. Said it was powder gel..bullshit. Looked just like regular acrylic. I still asked for uv gel nails with gel polish. Complete & total waste of my money. Wont be returning.

Was pretty happy with my pedicure but wish the guy told me the polish I picked was a gel polish and was gonna be more expensive.

I love this place. Im not sure what its like on the weekend or evening but I usually go in the middle of the day on a weekday when Im off and they always take their time and do a great job on my pedicure and manicures. Ive been to a lot of places. This place is right next to a Foodlion and isnt typically the kind of location I would visit but I stopped in to try it out of convenience since its close to my home and I was very impressed with the service and my nails. Ive never a bad experience. I dont go anywhere else. Mr. Nhan Is great! Ive never had a better leg massage with my pedi.
