Very great services here having the employees clean the inside of my car was perfect I have never had any car wash offering that and I always did that myself so very great service. The price was a little high for me but I believe that with a little more options on things to do while waiting for your car to be done. Overall I liked the services offered by the place.

Johnathan was a delight. Took good care of my new vehicle and helped me understand the different packages. Lots of positive energy and smiles. Will be returning for more washes.

Im just getting home from this place and very unpleased about the inside vacuum and the outside wash for almost $50!!!! Could have done a better job myself!!!!!!

As a retired Marine, I love attention to detail, and I am quite particular when it comes to my car. I know its not an expensive car by any means but I care enough to get it detailed so I expect top-notch results. Having said that on the rare occasion when the staff here dont quite nail the detail part of the auto care experience that auto bell provides it bothers me. Most of the time it is great here

The staff was great and did a great job... but 15.00 to vacuum under the seats on top of the prices for the actual car wash. Maybe its me but I remember when that was included in full service.

Front windshield only partially cleaned, rearview mirror not cleaned, didnt wipe down screen or cup holders as stated. Then after coming out of a style I went to I noticed that they missed one of my tires entirely. I paid for the upgraded everything service. Very disappointing.

Great experience. The guys are very efficient and thorough.

Staff were pretty friendly, and the exterior wash was good. The interior cleaning was really lacking. The floor mats were not wiped down, the interior windshield and rear window were not washed, the rearview mirror was not cleaned, the dash and console were not wiped, and the nooks and crannies of the car were not vacuumed. The car didnt look terrible, but for $35 (and the exterior was being automated) the cleaning was pretty lacking.

I dont know why I keep giving this place a chance.They did such a lack luster job even while I was watching. One of the guys looked like he didnt want to be there and it showed in his performance or lack there of.Windows looked like they hadnt been wiped, poor vac job, and I had to point out my wheels/Rems werent cleaned because they were skimmed over.Mean while the guys cleaning the car in front of me did a great job.I guess it depends on who you get.However, If Im paying for a service I expect it to be done right.I should have asked for a refund on the spot, but that will be the last $$ Im dropping at autobell.No more chances.

Did a great job on my black Expedition. $20 special, they hand cleaned my tires and rims.

It was kind of slow today, so they did a good job wiping down the inside and outside. When its busy, they get a little rushed and dont do quite as good a job, but I suppose thats to be expected. Overall, Id recommend them.

Was not impress with my last visit to Autobell Car wash, because the people that was on duty 02-09-21 did not do a good of a job on my SUV.I paid for the $29.99 car was because I had been in a State where it had Snowed for 3days and had driven over 800 miles mostly in snow or while snow was falling. So there was a lot of salt that had accumulated on and under my car and I went the next day to have it removed. Bad mistake, especially the (rubber floor mates were not cleaned. I didnt notice them when the employee gave me the keys back because I had been busy showing him what he had missed on the outside.Therefore I will not return to Autobell Car Wash in the not to distant feature.

I really going here to get my truck washed. The prices are very reasonable and the staff does a pretty decent job taking care of your vehicle. They can just do the exterior of your vehicle, or they can do the interior and exterior. They won’t let you drive away unless you are satisfied with your vehicle. The guys that work here definitely deserve any tips people are willing to give.

I am an annual pass member with unlimited inside and outside washes. I just asked for the outside today and I tipi VERY WELL. I was asked to pull over for my hand dry. The team took 2 other cars that came through after mine for drying and service before mine, at which point I drove away. I tried to call and talk to a manager and was on hold for over 30 minutes, with only a national rep answering. My pass is up for renewal in 5 days and I probably will not renew based on the poor service today unless someone returns my call today.

If I could rate it at zero stars I would.. Horrible service. They half Clean your vehicle and when you try to speak with management no one is available. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone..

I have a membership to this place and I really do like the car wash and most of the time I like the towel service at the end where you get all the water marks however they very very seldom will get all of the all of the watermarks off of your car and after a while that it just starts to get annoying because theyre right in front of my vision

The front guy asked me they will do cleaning inside and outside for $29.99 . I ask to clean the mat put the water so that all drit goes off . They asked me to pay additional $7 . I fells like the front all he is doing is chetting . . The cleaning they is not worth of $29.99 . I am disappointed

Went in for a $36 dollar package. The windows were not cleaned properly along with the rest of the jeep. The jeep was vacuumed poorly. Overall extremely disappointed. Heard nothing but good things about autobell and was extremely let down. Would not go ever again.

I do the four dollar drive through. The only interaction with anyone is when i pay my money. I love it..

This is the first car wash that we have been to since covid-19 gaen where the employees wore masks. They did an excellent job of washing and detailing. They also disinfected the car with a fogger. Great job!

Washed my car well, but I really wanted a good vacuum and I brought that up. The back of my Subaru was not vacuumed at all and there was visible loose debris when you opened up the doors on the carpet. Also some loose debris was left on the back seats. And lastly the car didnt stink but the scent stuff was offered, I picked one and I dont even know how they apply it, but pretty sure it wasnt applied.

Quick and reasonably priced

My car needed a good interior vacuum and wipe down so had my fiancé take my car there so I could watch our kids. He just brought it back and I’m very disappointed. They cleaned on top of my mats but not under and they left several spots on the floor and seats of crud like they didn’t even vacuum. Not happy that I paid $30 and a tip for something I could’ve taken to one of those self serve vacuums.

Had an outstanding experience today and I will be coming back. I usually wash my own car but Ive been very busy lately and leveraging my time is very important. Auto Bell got me in and out in a timely manner and also told me if the first cycle didnt clean my car that they would gladly run it through a second time. Paid $26.99 for interior and exterior super clean to include a fragrance of my choice added. No fragrance was added AT ALL, absolutely no smell. The exterior looked fine but the inside reflected the most basic clean and not worthy of almost $30. Also, my car was returned to me with my two mini side mirrors totally gone that clip onto my side mirrors. I take my car to car washes bi-weekly and these never have come off. All they offered to do was take my number to call me if they show up. I still had to wipe down the inside of my car and spray my own stuff. I will not be back to this particular car wash.

Good car wash for the price $74 a month for unlimited car wash. People get mix up between car wash and detailing job is a total different things and put bad comments on here. I been going here when they open up and everyone her is nice and do a pretty good job. But sorry for the people think they getting a car wash for $20 and expected to get a $150 detail job done were they wax, clay bar and shampoo the seats. If you wash your car once a week and do a detail job on your car every 6 months your car will look good.

Went through the superior wash yesterday and it didn’t clean my rear bumper and left a few water spots. Still have pollen stains on the back

Very dissatisfied, went with a voucher for a free car wash included, vacuum and wipe down doors. When I get there the young kid said for $13 more you can upgrade, so I said sure because my truck definitely needed it.Well let me tell you I didnt see the difference on the upgrade and they took less then 15mins to clean my SUV . So with the voucher and the upgrade the total price was $30 for a $14 car wash I have gotten somewhere else. They need an adult supervising these young kids. Not happy and will definitely not return. I see why the 3.7 stars they give.

I was greeted pleasantly by the employee working the register. The exterior clean was great but interior but less than mediocre and I didn’t even get a the fragrance I requested and paid for. The employee did vacuum after I saw there was still a noticeable amount of debris in the back of the car. I paid for the managers special for $30 and it wasn’t worth the price or service provided.Update: I was contacted by the manager and he sent me a free full service coupon. Customer service was great. Very pleased.

I use Autobell to three times a month at numerous locations around Hampton Roads. This is the first time Ive had a bad experience at this Newport News location.

Drove through the car wash and there was a broom and a bucket in the middle of the car wash. Hit the car and the car drove over the broom and the bucket as it went through the car wash. Talked to the manager and he did not even care.

This was first time trying the out and I will be back! I had been going to Oyster Point for years until the last few times I was not happy with the job they did. I like the fact I wasnt charged extra for having a van, they cleaned the rims and removed the shades in the inside and cleaned the windows and pulled them back up! Jesse who greeted me was courteous and helpful. I will be back.

I went there to get an exterior wash with tire gloss. After going through the wash there was still bug residue on the windshield. The person. Drying/wiping the truck down did not even try to remove the residue. It was not until I pointed it out did they even try to remove it. Then they said, let me see what I can do. You are supposed to do your job. After talking to a supervisor they had no clue how to resolve the issue. This car wash is a waste of money and time. Stay away!

Had a coupon I received from a friend in a buy 2 special. My friend was highly impressed with his clean, but when I went to get mine done it was quickly completed and packed any detailed attention. It was very busy and because I had a dog I expected to at least have the hair removed. I could understand if it wasnt done in some of the hard to reach areas but it wasnt completed on some easy areas that could have been reached by moving the seat forward and back. I wasnt impressed, but I didnt have the time to argue and needed to leave. The staff was friendly and I did appreciate that overall.

I got my car washed here a few weeks ago and the machine somehow took my wiper blades off. The staff quickly retrieved my blades and installed them back on to my truck. They were so apologetic and even gave me a guarantee that if I have any issues with my wipers in the future they will gladly replace them. Definitely going back.

I love this place. You can do as little as a drive through for as little as $4.00 or go for a Managers special for $29.99. there is also a monthly service where you can come in as many times as you want during month starting at $24.95. Great people and great service. Convenience at a great price.

So so service. I paid for a Double Polyprocess and they hardly did anything. My interior was still dusty and not wiped down. If i wasnt pressed for time i wouldve had them do it again. Wont be coming back

I do have the $75.00 monthly plan, its just great. You can visit as many times as you like. It covers outside wash, vacuum cleaner, windows, inside scent, front console detailed, tire shine. They do have other plans.

$36.44 to clean the car inside and out...well it was pretty dirty so anything would have been a plus...but for what they charged and what it looked like after ..no value....theres no value in there work...my 6 month old grandson couldve done better...never again...

I got a Manager Special with Armor All for my SUV. Two people finished the job in 20 minutes. My SUV was not very dirty, and, yet, they did not do a good job. Floor was not vacuumed well. There were easily visible dirt and hair on the floor. Cup holders in the center console were not cleaned. Trunk was not vacuumed. Exterior was not cleaned well either. The front bumper was still full of smudges of insects.

They should lower their prices based on the poor quality of work they do. I havent had a good experience at this location or the Hampton location. They ALWAYS have to redo my car, poor vacuuming, lazy wipe downs, back window was horribly wiped down,NO fragrance was applied,etc. VERY DISAPPOINTED even after they it again for free. $26.99 foooooor whaaaaat?????But Ive learned my lesson...do not return!

Make sure you watch them as they clean and wipe down your car because the staff there cuts corners and are generally lazy. If you pay for the most expenses service they offer, you should not have to ask them to clean your windows because that was included and it was what you paid for. Better the wash comes with scent and you have a few options to choose from. But when you pay, before they even start on your car, no one ever asks what scent you want. Nor will your car ever smell like a scent. BLINK. AGAIN you paid for something that you didnt receive. The most expensive wash also says they clean the interior dash but when you get your car trust me the console will not be wiped down. Another service you paid for and didnt receive.

I took my car in for the Managers Special which is the most intensive wash offered by Auto Bell. The exterior looks great but it does not even look like the interior was touched. There is dirt in the cup holders, dust on the dashboard, and dog fur covering the seats and carpets.I called to complain and was told I could bring my car in to be cleaned at no additional cost as long as I bring it in within the week. I appreciate the gesture to resolve the issue but it is very inconvenient to have to make a second trip.On a little bit more of a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful. I would not bring my car in again for an interior clean but I may bring it back for an exterior clean.

Very busy this morning and I had to show the attendant what he missed wiping down on the car on the A, B, C, pillers and the tailgate, and the bottom of the doors and the car door frames.

I have taken my car here twice and it seems like they are more worried about getting as many cars through as possible instead of the quality of the work they perform. They do not wipe the interior down thoroughly and all of my windows had spots. I will not be taking my car here or recommending them to anyone else.
