The easiest car rental place Ive ever dealt with! The staff are very quick. You dont have to wait long at all. They are very nice and accommodating and even help you with your luggage into the car. Our airline cancelled our flight and we had to book with another airport and the car rental place allowed us to bring the car back 4 hours later at no extra charge. Will definitely use them again when I come back.

I found my car rental through T-Mobile Tuesdays app. I was able to rent a Hyundai car at a 40% discount. When we arrived at the airport, looking for the rental place, they had a shuttle outside. The guy was very courteous and professional. When we got to the office, they were able to upgrade us to the Ford Mustang Convertible. It was a reasonable upgrade fee. I was VERY happy with SNAs service. When we turned the car in, they were kind enough to take us by shuttle, back to the airport. I highly recommend.

I was pretty frustrated when a major car rental company told me that I was going to have to wait two hours for my reserved car. But the person at the counter called SNA, and they set me up in minutes with a car. I would give them a five star rating, but the car cost $60 more than my reservation, and I got a smaller car. Otherwise, STELLAR service!

The best car rental company we have ever used. When we travel to Orange County this is who we will use from now on. Free airport shuttle, smooth and easy transaction picking up and dropping off. The jeep was exactly what we reserved. The excellent reviews are legit.

Rented here twice now. Quick and easy.The 200 mi/day limit can get you depending on where you go, but is still fairly cheap IMO. Nice to have no under 25 fees.It was very cheap when I first rented, seems to be getting more pricy

Amazing family run car rental! My family and I have had hard times for transportation and these guys have gone above and beyond in making sure we get what we need with fair prices! This is also the FIRST car rental agency that Ive does NOT take your whole deposit, they give pretty much all of it back unless of course there are some interior or exterior issues that you brought the car back with, even then still give back a fair amount of your deposit! Great guys, would highly recommend!

SNA Auto Rental was personable, friendly, and worked with us to make a trip to CA during a pandemic feel safe and manageable. We even had to shift plans a couple times, but they worked with me from start to finish. I loved supporting this local business and hope to use them again in the future!

I have photographic evidence of a fairly well damaged car and specifically a broken windshield and damaged roof, door, hood, tailgate, etc. They took my deposit to pay for an already damaged windshield. The employee who answered my phone call denies any knowledge of having rented a can to my girlfriend and me, and proceeded to yell profanities at me. Ive never experienced an employee acting that unprofessional on the job - anywhere. I am also highly suspicious that all of these other reviews are fraudulent. There exists software to alter ones outbound IP address, which will allow someone to repeatedly post reviews on ones own business or someone elses.

We had a great experience with SNA Auto Rental. Friendly service, no coercion about insurance, pick up and drop off from the airport and local area. We accidentally left something in the car after we were dropped off at the airport and they found it for us and brought it to us right away, very graciously. When I was initially researching rental companies I was wary of all the positive reviews from people that have only written one or two reviews. Perhaps, like me, they had such a good experience they thought it was worth taking the time to review a small business that does things well.

This is the only place I have been renting a car since 2019. The owner is a wonderful person. The location is easily accessible. Cars are nice and clean.

Had a great experience. Definitely the most affordable rental car I’ve seen. The people are nice as well as the car I rented. The only cons I see are first that there is a mileage restriction of 200miles/day. Second because it’s local you can’t return to a different location. Otherwise I had a great experience, it’s especially nice they offer a shuttle to and from the airport.

This is by far the best rental car agency Ive ever worked with. They picked me up from the the airport in a matter of minutes and took me to their office where my clean car was waiting. I had to catch an early flight out, so they allowed me drive the car to the airport and park it in the self parking lot. Talk about a time saver!! The employees are professional and I would highly recommend SNA Auto Rentals! What a great experience.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I rented an economy for 4 months recently. Their long-term rental rates are very good, especially for drivers under 25. I wasnt quite sure how long I would need the car, and the staff was very good about adapting to my changing plans. The rate was reasonable and the car was in perfect condition.

We needed a rental car at the last minute, and this was the only business with cars available. I’ve had bad to mediocre experiences with independent rental companies in the past, so I was surprised that SNA Auto Rental had so many five-star reviews. They lived up to their reputation throughout the entire experience! The shuttle had us picked up and signing paperwork in five minutes, and paperwork signing consisted of just signing with no foreboding sales pitch about the horrors of not purchasing liability insurance and other such annoyances you get with the large companies. We were given the car we requested, and our bags were even transferred to it when we walked out. Car return was just as simple. The only downside was that the rental was limited in mileage, but we came nowhere near that. Great experience and solid business. I’ll definitely be back.

Fast, friendly and professional! Needed a car for a last minute trip, had the car in-hand and ready to go within 30 min of calling. The car was freshly washed in excellent condition. Great performance, zero issues. Drop off was even easier. Just parked the car and slipped keys through the slot. Doesnt get any easierHighly recommend!

We recommend going here for car rental. From other reviews we were put off by rental companies in the airport. SNA was fantastic. We arrived early, called them for pick up, they were there by the time we walked outside. Van was clean and drove great. Check in was easy and painless, we were ready to go in 5 min. Return was painless, it was while they were closed. We parked the van at the airport in a paid parking spot, called it in. Highly, highly recommended SNA!!

My wife & I have rented from SNA 3 years now (every October Grand parents Day week).From the start, the service has been a pleasant surprise.On arrival, they picked us up in the Transportation hub area in 5 minutes after we called from the luggage pick up area.Since I am somewhat a walking handicap, I appreciate the less walking distance I have to do vs. the on-site rental companies check in process.Return is very efficient too.The big benefit we received is that when we return the car to SNA, they take us, in the car being returned, right to the proper airlines departure terminal and unload the luggage right there.Again, this means a quicker, less walking, check-in. So very convenient.Even if the auto rental rates were higher (in reality, they seem to be less), we will continue to go with SNA because of their service.PS. A small caution... SNA is not a 24 hour company.If you need to return a rental before 7AM, the return process is different. You will return the car to one of the short term parking garages and call SNA to tell them where it is parked. An early, before daily business open time, eliminates the normally convenient return process.PPS. Another small caution... the cars that we rented were clean and functioned well but were not up to the newness that the Hertz, Avis, types rent.

We arrived to John Wayne airport on Saturday morning 5/5/18 around 9am. Being our first time flying we were super stressed and confused on how to even get around the airport never the less to a rental car facility and how it was suppose to done. I called SNA asking if we needed to have a reservation to be picked up from the airport or how it all worked. The owner was beyond helpful said they preferred reservations but he would be by to get us. He directed us to where we needed to go in order for us to be picked up and all the paperwork could be done once we arrived to the office. We rented a 2017 Toyota for a total of 7 days and the rates where way cheaper than what we where expecting! the car ran great had a touch screen system a camera for when you backed up great AC and drove great. They even drop you off @ the airport in the same car you rent so you dont have to be packing and unpacking into their Van, We couldnt be more pleased with the service! Definitely recommend them. Great service! I was visiting the US for work and had to travel from Costa Mesa to Palm Desert for a conference and decided to hire a convertible Mustang (always wanted to from a young age). The customer service was great, very friendly and helpful. The car was immaculate and in great condition and when I came to return the car a couple of hours earlier than expected someone was there in mins to assist, and also gave me a lift back to my office. The price was also great so I would highly recommend and will definitely use again when I return for work! Thank you!

Does not charge more if you are under 25! Hard to find a company that does this!Picked us up from the airport after another rental company decided that they wouldn’t honor their original quoted price and was going to charge a lot ($210) more. Super friendly people and very good rates. Car was a newer Hyundai and my girlfriend and I had absolutely no complaints. Best part was when you return the car they drive you right back to the airport in your rental car so no need to transfer bags or anything. Can’t say enough good things about them and will definitely recommend and use them again! SNA if you are reading this thank you for providing such great service and thanks for making our trip to Cali go smoothly!

The did not have the mini van that I had reserved and upgraded us to a bigger van. It was great. Super friendly and right next to the airport. They picked up our family and took us back to the rental office and packed us up in the van. Upon returning the car the took us back and dropped us off at the door. I was a little leery when I made the reservations because they prices were so much better than the national companies. Nothing to worry about. I will be sure to recommend them and use them again!

A little car rental place that worked out just fine for my family. The rates were the lowest I could find. After arriving I called for a free shuttle ride to their office which is less than a mile away. No extra fees or nonsense other car rental places sometimes engage in. On return they drove us back to the airport promptly. I would return and recommend them in the future.

Worked out very well. We rented a BMW. Friendly service, picked us up at the airport, the office & car were very close and we were on our way quickly and efficiently. Upon return, our check out was very quick as well and we were immediately returned to the airport. No issues, no wait, ALL good!

Friendly, professional and helpful. Hard to find a car rental company that accepts debit -foreign- cards with little obligations and constraints. They also offered to drop me off to where I was going after returning the car.

Im giving SNA a 4 because of 1. Sightly cheaper than the big rental companies. 2. the pick up from the airport was quick. and 3. they have customer service actually answering the phones if you have a question.The only problem I had with the car was it had a smell when you first got in the car.I will use again but will ask for a car with a pleasant odor.

If you want a non-large-chain, local and good company, SNA is great! I had last minute chance to head up into central LA to meet someone. I basically walked into their office (naturally pre-booking would be better if circumstances permit) - the guy was great - casual & friendly but professional (I saw they are BBB accredited as well), I got a Corolla & GPS, & returned it. All went fine - very good price & car, great people.

I sort of fell into SNA. I was at one of the big boys and they didnt have my car ready. He knew someone at SNA and offered to call for me. They had a similar car and came picked me up within minutes. Nice clean car, super friendly associate. Lastly, I was running late on the return and called them. They said no problem. Will definitely use the next time I fly into Orange County.

So easy, and helpful. My car broke down and I made a reservation at Enterprise. Due to being at the mechanics I wasnt going to make it on time to the Enterprise, they transferred my reservation over to the Airport Enterprise, but it was going to be over DOUBLE the price. I cancelled it, and quickly did some research, finding SNA. Easy, cheap, car was in good condition, friendly. I would absolutely recommend SNA if you are visiting Orange County, or you are a local!

These guys were super friendly and accommodating to my needs. They were completely out of cars to rent except for a basic car but I wanted a nicer class car or nice suv but they didnt have any available. They called me back shortly and let me know that they just received a suburban and I could come in and rent it for a week at a great price.

Great service and price. They had me picked up from the airport within 10 minutes of calling them. The car was parked out front and ready to go even though I arrived an hour early. Did a walk through and they marked all the dents unlike other agencies to make sure I wouldnt get charged for someone elses mistakes. They showed me all of the features on the car which was appreciated. Also for the price they cant be beat especially if you are 22 and want to drive a Mustang. That was another highlight, I booked a Mustang and got one whereas other places will switch it with a sebring/200. Overall great experience.

I flew in from Houston, Texas for a tour to Las Vegas - Grand Canyon on 12/27/15 and rented a mid size SUV from SNA Auto Rental from 12/23/14 -- 12/26/14. During this peak period, the rental rate was really high at those big car rental companies such as Hertz, Enterprise, Avis, Thrifty, ...but I got a very good deal from SNA. Pickup was very fast and the car was great! I asked if I could return the car late on the 26th, at about 10:00pm. They let me do it without even an extra charge. It is such a great company! Its hard to find such a nice car rental company like this one. I couldnt find a good deal on a rental inside john wayne airport since Im 24 yrs old, so I started looking for a company outside of the airport that doesnt charge those ridiculous under age fees! sna auto rental came up on my iphone and called them for a quote. The guy that helped me was nice and got me a good deal! I would totally recommend this place.
