Me and my wife finally moved in to our new apartment at Baypointe today.This would not of been possible without William, what a wonderful asset he is to the company.We had looked at 6 other apartments before we made the decision to move to Baypointe.Thank you William and the team for everything.

A hidden gem in Newport Beach! If youre looking for a peaceful place (in the perfect location) to live - STOP the search, Baypointe is THE place to be in Newport Beach.After looking at The Colony, The Bluffs, Promontory Point, and Newport Ridge...we visited the Baypointe and realized we were homeWhy did we choose Baypointe?*Attentive, thoughtful and kind management team (thank you William and Carly!)*Walking distance to backbay trails and a park across the street*Its quiet - you cant hear Jamboree or the planes inside your home and even with the patio doors open its still quiet*Tropical and lush landscaping - nature is everywhere*Superior customer service - our neighbor above was doing washing after hours and we escalated it to mgmt, it was seamlessly resolved and they tactfully addressed it*Extremely high ceilings and lots of windows - great lighting!*Neighbors - everyone weve met is really friendly, maybe theyre all happy because they love where they live?*The floorplan and overall layout is great*A/C and in-unit Washer & Dryer - A/C is unfortunately not a norm in CA apts, it will be HOT July-September, prepare and rent from Baypointe so you arent experiencing 90 degree temps while working from home*You can bike to the beach from the apartments! Because the units come with a GARAGE, store your bike easilyA big thank you to the team that helped us find our home!And to anyone looking for a new place - just know youre in the right place, and good luck with the search :)

We moved in about one month ago. The move-in process was seamless. All staff are exceptional! We have a newly remodeled home which is high quality, bright, and clean.We do have a lawn shrimp problem but the staff sealed the door the best they can and a door mat has proven to significantly reduce the number of lawn shrimp that get inside. The exterminator informed us there isn’t any pesticide on the market.We have had skinks as well. One even entered the house somehow. I assume through a crack in the door. The door doesn’t seal tight and many screen have gaps. I do know the community intends to replace windows but...in the meantime?? This is not tolerable for me. Many people might not mind this though. I’m just petrified of lizards and snakes. I hope this doesn’t occur again. Searching out methods to deter these creatures.Overall we love the home, community, and area. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

We live by the entry gate and the Uber drivers pull in and shine their headlights directly in our patio, it is impossible to enjoy our evening on the patio. A simple sign suggesting them to be Courteous and use parking lights would help, but was denied? Our community is under constant repairs and upgrades, the pool and Jacuzzi are closed as well the gym and 25 % of parking, as these are set aside for contractors equipment and parking.This is very Inconvenient and distracting and makes it almost impossible to get parking space is that in the evening.The loss of the pool and Jacuzzi’s and the gym until after memorial day is very inconvenient and disappointing turn of events that we should’ve been told about before we renewed our lease, now we have to endure all of this inconvenience without any compensation of our amenities and parking that we have paid for

I have been living at Baypointe for a year. This is a very nice community with great property management services. In addition, pool and gym at the community are awesome. In terms of location, Baypointe has comparable advantages with easy access to main arteries and shopping. Overall, I give Baypointe 5 stars.

Excellent experience living here. What a true hidden gem Brenda, the Community Manager has been such a wonderful help in so many ways as well as Myra and Elvira the Maintenance Manager. This property is so underrated. It may not have all of the bells and whistles of other so called flagship communities within the Irvine Company, however, what isnt readily available in the bells and whistles are made up by the natural surrounding of the Bay that are not manmade. Its priceless to be able to reside in such a beautiful setting that is directly connected to the Upper Newport Bay. I have had health issues and these people have been such warm a caring helpful people. The residents dont leave because this is hard to replace.Its truly a hidden oasis that is in a great central location. Easy access to everything. FIVE STARS

I HAVE CALLED BAYPOINTE REQUESTING ABOUT MY PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN DELIVERED THERE. I NO LONGER LIVE THERE BUT WANTED SOMEONE TO HELP ME OR HAVE ME PICK THEM UP THERE BECAUSE I WAS UNABLE TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS AND NO ONE HELPED! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

The property is well maintained and has a great location. But they raise rents 2x, 3x and 4x inflation rates. Even more troubling, the property is loaded with dogs. They do their business on the grass around the buildings, ten minute later little kids are running through the same grass. Many bark the all day long, others are larger than the 40 pound limit. Management ignores the complaints.

I love where I live!This is a hidden gem of a community. I love it so much that I hesitate to share about it. But honor to whom honor is due and that is the staff here, Brenda, Chris and Will. These guys as well as all the friendly and prompt maintenance. Thank you!The location is a dream, right by the Backbay. The community is the most well kept of all the Irvine Company properties and Ive lived at Cypress Village and Quail Hill, but great properties too but Baypointe sets the curb. Great friendly neighbors. Fun events. Security is also excellent. I jave accidentally left my window open in my vehicle several times and nothing was stolen.I am gitty when I think about the overall service I get from the staff and maintenance. They just fenovated the pool area, they replced all the exterior trim, inspected and maintained all the NFPA full 13 auto fire alarm systems and regularly maintain the HVAC mechanical in all the units.There are many friendly communities out there, but this one is a community of friends. Ive been here a year now and I just renewed my lease. Great value.This staff here deserves a raise Donald Bren...or at least a bonus or a special recognition.

Customer service is the worst. If you have flood in your apartment they will take months to fix.
