I live across the river from this place and I feel like its giving me cancer. It smells so chemically wrong! I want to throw up each time they start burning some stuff in there. Its definitely contaminated. I hope they shut down with all of these bad reviews anyway.

Ive been trying to get this company to pick up my oil for over a month-and-a-half they told me that two of their trucks are broken down meanwhile I got all this cooking oil that needs to be picked up and they still cant give me a straight answer now as to why they cant pick this oil up.This is very bad I used to deal with m&e soap and there was a great company never had a problem with them until darling took over

They just don’t care. I’ve been using there service for over four years now and in the last year and a half there service has gone down hill. I can’t get them to pickup my used cooking oil. My container is filled to the top and I have filled stock pot with used oil. I’ve called twice, once on 2/23/19 and once on 2/25/19 and told me they won’t be in my area till Friday. I even spoke to a supervisor who clearly doesn’t care we can’t empty our deep fryers. So if your in a jam caused by them they don’t care to make it right.

Late every scheduled pick up. Never helpful. Worst used oil pickup service I have encountered. Just sign up with the local guys. DarPro is garbage. They will have used oil running out the back of your restaurant for weeks.

If I could give negative stars I would. Been calling for months to get oil picked up and they refused to show up. Other businesses are blaming the one I work at for the mess. Unreal

There container leaked all over the place been calling for months now for them to come get it out of here and just keep hearing were at the top of the list dont recommend
