Worked with many dumpster companies but this one in particular seems to always charge you a overweight and never have trusted them. I will not do business with them again forward.

Poor customer service.Hired a 3 ton dumpster and barely half-filled it with one outdoor shed and a futon frame being the major items - I was charged 2 tons overage. Looking at the attached photo does not seem the total weight could be 5 tons. In this day and age there should be a way to easily verify what the true weight is.Also, they will not bring 4 pieces of wood to keep under the dumpster. If you dont have it they will make you run to Home Depot and get it. I think the provider should make sure to get whatever is required to protect the clients property.

Need to be better communicators

I rented a 30 yard container, they gave me the price along with the tonnage limit. They also included that anything over the tonnage limit would be charged accordingly. I’ve been dealing with Galluzzo Brothers for over 10 years & they are very professional and the only company I will use. Definitely recommend!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Stay Away!! I ordered a 30yd container at $595 and had it returned 2 days later. Without notification, I was charged an additional $518.01 for the over fill. I took pictures to confirm. Bit of advise, please beware, they attempt to hide behind an email they send you, read the fine print, as they disguise hidden charges!!

Always a pleasure doing business with Galluzzo brothers. Everything is done in a timely manner and because it’s a family run business, you get that extra personal attention. The staff is all friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them for both big and small jobs.

$100 extra charge if they try to drop off dumpster and roadway isn’t clear.If they come back 2-3 times that’s another $200-$300 extra charge and they are ruthless in their approach and the front desk full of attitude. Be aware of these things.

I have been using Galluzzo Brothers for some time now. They are courteous, reliable, reasonable & efficient. I have had dumpsters that went over the weight limit that I had to pay additional costs for but it was my fault for throwing heavy materials in the container. I have read other reviews of people complaining about paying extra for weight but if your putting heavy materials in there it is expected. You can’t expect a company to pay for your heavy materials! I will continue to use Galluzzo Brothers because they are are alot cheaper than other companies out there (I have priced around) & they are very reliable.Galluzzo Brothers is one of the best hauling companies out there & I highly recommend them!!!

Was charge $530 for a 20ryd, we demo 10x10 wood garage and total was $740? are you kidding me? i know for 100% fact they made a mistake with the paperwork of some sort but they werent compromise when i had communicated with them, after reading the other reviews it seems they had pull this stunt before. With soo many dumpster companies in NJ avoid this one, not worth the stress.

Overall great company, outstanding services and great pricing. I use them for my building and they pick up on time and you never know they even came. Last month a wheel broke on the dumpster and they serviced it right away. Highly recommend !!!

Unfortunately we had an emergency at the house requiring a container. I called several companies then finally came across Galluzzo Brothers. They just about bend backward to service their customers, arrange for repairs on trash compactors, and are willing to do whatever needs to get done within reason to help out their customers. From reading some reviews, it seems as though this company doesn’t take responsibility for any complaints. I emailed them to let them know a truck of theirs had flying debris on rt 78. I got an email back saying that it wasn’t possible because the truck was empty. First, I was just letting them know as it could cause damage. Then the email implied I was lying about flying debris. For what? I would lie because it hit the windshield. It was a scratch. Not a big deal. It was just to let them know. Real nice 👌🏼

This is the worst company to use for anything. I am super upset that I even have to rate this company with 1 star. Here are some advice if you do want to use this company: 1. Make sure you note the name of the person you speak with. 2. Leave a paper trail of every conversation. If you are requesting a quote from, follow up with an email to them and recap everything you spoke about on the phone. I called this company for a quote and decided to use them. The lady who I spoke with did not take any notes on my call and claims that she remembers every call. Really! So if you have 15 calls a day, you remember each one in detail? I dont think so. She told me one thing on my first call and then something completely different on my second call. She claims I never gave her the accurate information. I am the customer, I am calling you for information, why are you giving me incorrect information? I wish I had read the reviews below before I even decided to use them. Please, do not use this company. They need a serious lesson in customer service and how to run their business.

Nasty driver with a dumpster truck dropped a large container right in front of my driveway. I went over to ask him to move the dumpster, he came up close to my face flinging his hands in my face and started yelling at me told me it wasnt blocking and he isnt going to move it. What violent people they hire!!!! I told him I will call the police, his boss and building dept. The driver told me go ahead. When I called Galluzzo and asked for the owner the woman didnt care and just told this worker to move the huge container. I would never use this company!!!! Just their demeanor tells it all. Beware!

Galuzzo Brothers have continued not to follow city residential zone ordinances, they corrected the time issue for two months . Now another month where my family and neighbors need to wake up at 6:00 and earlier to fit their schedule. Unfortunately, things cannot be resolved by communication. It will require presenting this to the city and law enforcement to have the issue corrected.Original message: My neighbors and myself have been affected by Galluzzo brothers with their dumpster pick up time of 1:30am to 3:00am in a residential zone in Elizabeth NJ. It creates a lot of noise, beeping of the truck, dumpster falling back on the ground, high motor noise...I have sent an email with a copy of the City Ordinance describing garbage truck pick up times from 7:00am to 10:00pm in residential zones. Called and spoke with their secretary. Two months have passed and nothing has changed. It doesnt seem they have any social responsibility and dont really care about city rules and ordinances.

Terrible customer service as other reviewers have stated . Their driver accidentally took out my retaining wall when leaving with the dumpster. I called the office to let them know what happened and they immediately called me a liar because the driver said he didn’t do it . The women on the phone was incredibly rude and could care less that their driver caused hundreds of dollars of damage . Don’t recommend using this company ever !

Im upset I even have to give this company 1 star. I would give it 0 if I could. This company is the absolute worst and its been a nightmare using their service (or lack of) for the past 2-3 years. Not only do they not pick up on time, but theyll lie to you and guarantee you pick up and then argue with you when you call to complain for missed service. The ladies in this office need a lesson in customer service. Theyre one of the main reasons why this place is losing customers. A few months ago when I first started shopping around elsewhere, I heard from all of the other companies that Galluzzo had the worst reputation around in NJ. Take my advice and the other reviews and do not waste your time and money with these people.

Worst place to rent a dumpster, first and lasts time, there weight ñimit its a total scam.

One of their trucks slammed into me last week on 124 in Millburn NJ, totaling my car and sending me to the hospital.The driver of their truck then proceeded to blame me, saying I ran into the back of his truck and never even asked if I was ok.He also then proceeded to lie to the police as to what really happened.If this driver is any reflection of their company then I suggest you stay away.The driver was a Latin guy and he was the biggest piece of trash I ever encountered in my life.Oh yeah for some reason the driver who hit me never even called the cops, he called his boss first.Whole bunch of scumbags in this company.

DONT DO Business with this company they will take your credit/bank card info and charge on it anything they want and just lie and say you went over the weight limit. I basically 1/2 filled a 20 yard container with some light junk and they changed me for 7 TONS!!!! Are you freaking kidding me!!!!!! These people are pond scum!!!

They overcharge,,I rented a 20 yard box for 36 sq shingles, each sq regular shingles weigh around 200 pounds total of 7200 pounds 3.6 tons and they charge me for 5.35 tons

$395 to rent a disposal container and they took over $800 from my bank account for overweight or something...theyre overcharging and taking advantage
