After being a customer for over 10 years, I will NEVER return to Funky Nails again! I had an appointment for 6pm unfortunately I got stuck at work, Ann gave me a call at 521pm and asked, Where are you?...I explained to her one of my staff was running late for her shift so I tried to give her(staff) until 530 to get there if NOT I would have called you(Ann) at 530pm to cancel my 6pm appointment. Out of all the years Ive been a customer of Funky Nails, through all the rudeness and disrespectful ways Ann display ALL THE TIME, I overlooked due to the shop being convenient. Ive never missed an appointment... Long story short, I was blocked from booking any more appointments! Lol smh Ann does good work BUT her attitude and rudeness will cause her business to collapse!

The owner Ann is very rude and unprofessional. I was running late and I called to let her know I’ll be a few minutes behind. She said ok no problem when I got there she gave me a nasty attitude. Then told me I should have went somewhere else since it’s only her working. I told her well I’ve been a customer for years of yours. So you should be more professional and watch the tone of your voice. She has a bad attitude with customers as if we owe her something. Instead of being cheap she needs to hire workers and get her shop in order. I’ve been a customer of her business for 7 years. She has gotten worse over the years and this is why she loses good customers. I will no longer return to her establishment ever again. I was the only one out of four friends that continued going to her. Her attitude is disgusting and I rather spend my money where it’s appreciated. She’s miserable and bitter and her business will flop one day. You have to treat ppl how you want to be treated point blank period.

This is usually when Im in a rush to get my nails done, the service is great. The wait time is a little extensive and the place needs a couple of renovations, but hey they get the work done. The ladies are very sweet.

I had a fantastic experience here! I was taken right away, the woman took her time with my nails, she was very detailed with my mani-pedi even though people kept walking through the door. She was diligent with removing dead skin and ensuring that my nails were filed evenly. I never felt rushed. They accept credit cards. I will be back very soon!

First time I went there, I wanted mani and pedi and my daughter refill. Only 2 were tech was busy with people. After 20 min took care my daughter and when I saw one if the tech finished the person she had when I got there. She pick someone before, when she got there after me. And I said excuse me im next, she responded, the other girl be back in 10 min. Mind you therea someone ahead of me wait for this other tech that she had step out only for a few min. So one hour pass I and my daughter was done. I paid and ask why shes taking so long. She (owner) said I dont no. So I let her know its the worst place to done business,very irresponsible and I wont be back. You will lose business by having irresponsible staff. Owner did do mani & pedi. Thats why she never gave me services. This was my experience.

More colors of gel polishes are missing, many colors are in the catalog but they do not have them. You wait your turn and the employees leave you without fixing your nails, they go home and do not have the courtesy to tell you that they cannot attend you.
