Mai is so accommodating and helpful. I feel like I get such personal service and at a great price. I LOVE being able to get an appointment within a day or 2 of calling.

My Mom has been getting her nails and hair done at the Ritz for many years. They are all nice to her and care about her family. They make her feel good when they ask about her family and how she is doing. Very nice that they treat her like a VIP.

I have been going to Ritz for over 18 years and never been disappointed! I have had all the services Ritz has to offer; manicure, pedicure, wax, and all needs for your hair. Every person treats all who come in like family, not clients. If you want a great beauty outcome, in a friendly, relaxing environment, Ritz is the place.

My husband and I love this place. He gets his haircuts here and always looks great. I get my hair and nails done and we love the staff.

I had an amazing experience. ive been to many nail salons, that just always have me leaving with some sort of flaw that gets on my nerves when i see it everyday. i left Ritz Nails without a flaw to worry about. The owner has got to be the sweetest person ive ever met, let alone that has done my nails. i have no need to go anywhere else to get my nails done, i found the perfect place! 10/10 recommended, you wont be disappointed.

Loved it! Friendly & accommodating. Got hair tint & cut. Mani, pedi, facial wax, brows & lip. All in approx 3 1/2 - 4 hrs as a walk in, no appointment.
