I really enjoyed my experience at this place. The decor is beautiful very very very pink and girly. I loved my pedicure and my nails were done beautifully. Their prices cant be beat and the kicker the girl who is the owner served me a nice cold drink of peach cider in a real champagne glass. Beautiful welcoming place and nice girls. I will definitely only be going here.

A nail technician from this establishment has been convicted with STEALING a thousand dollars out of my purse when i had already spent 80 dollars on a package offered by the salon the owner was VERY RUDE AND NEVER DID MY NAILS WHICH I PAID FOR ! EYELASHES WERE FALLING OFF THE NEXT DAY! after her employee was arrested and saw on surveillance STEALING my money she never offer to return the money I PAID FOR the services unprovided. DONT GO HERE THEY STEAL !

The prices are great !! I recommend them for everyone . since it’s a fresh store it’s understandable why they might be short staffed but Ms.Diamond made it her mission to make sure everyone was patient, comfortable and calm . She served drinks that was helpful and she does amazing lashes 😊. Definitely will be back !!!!

I Remember On My Prom Day I Really Needed To Rush & Get My Nails Done .. I Went & Tried Them .. The Girl Could Barely Get The Nail To Glue On My Finger .. After 20 Mins Of Finally Getting It On .. They Sprayed Some Quick Easy Dry Stuff On It .. Soon As I Left I My Nail Polish Was Coming Off & Bubbling Up .. I Was So Mad I Didnt Have Time To Get It Fixed 🤦🏽‍♀️

The service was horrible and Mrs. Diamond, she calls herself a precious gem which is far from the truth, was an unruly typical angry woman who couldnt be spoken to on any civilized level. I was unhappy with my service and asked for a touch up which she was dissatisfied that I even asked for that. I guess you can say an establishment of this background is expected. It is a true shame that such a nice space in this great city has to be wasted on such filth and grime.

I went with my mother to get our manicures and pedicures done. We went very early morning (near opening time) so we didn’t have any wait time. Both ladies were friendly and welcoming. The salon is very girly and cute. However, the work isn’t of great quality. I don’t know if that is the reason why their work is significantly cheaper than other places but this has to be the worst work I’ve gotten on my hands and feet. The same goes for my mother. For starters, I have long NATURAL nails so when I go in to do my nails, I get them crystal wrapped. I also get gel nail polish for a longer-lasting manicure. My nails were wrapped very nicely but I feel they came out as nice as they did because my nails were already very nicely taken care of and shaped perfectly, so the tech who did my nails didn’t have much work to do but to refill my nails and wrap them.So the girl who did my nails did the wrap good but the product they use must be of very poor quality because it is now day 3 and I have layers of this product coming off the cuticle and side of my nails. Plus, I nearly broke a nail because it’s not protective enough of my nails, which is the main purpose of me wrapping my nails, to preserve my length. This is why I conclude the crystal product they use must be of poor quality. I’ve never had my nails fold or bend in the way that they are despite them being wrapped. The gel nail polish they use is also very cheap. It’s peeling off my nails already and it looks lumpy and dented in various areas. I saved $10 doing my manicure going to this place but I will go back to paying a little extra for way better quality. My and my mother’s pedicures were the most horrific work I have ever seen some on us. Our heels were left barely untouched, cracked and dirty. I get my pedicures done between 2-3 weeks at a time and my feet aren’t in such bad condition when I go to get my feet done. My heels were super cracked, dirty and very hard walking out of there. My toe nails were painted with regular polish upon my request and it was clumpy and it appeared to be old and dry nail polish.Same thing for my mother’s feet. You would’ve never guessed we JUST had gotten a pedicure done by looking at our feet within a minute of it being done. My mother doesn’t have long fingernails at all but she also asked to have her natural nails wrapped in crystal and they were done so thick. Her nails look extremely bulky. One of THE most important things I noticed as well was that I didn’t see them sanitizing the tools used on our feet after they were done doing our feet. It didn’t seem to me like they sanitize their tools between uses, including the tools used for fingernails. Their filing and buffing machines are in very bad condition to the point where my tech had to constantly stop to mess with the wire to get the machine going. The table wasn’t clean when I sat on it and it was just dusted after I left the chair and another client sat on that same table. My tech was a bit messy. I had crystal wrap and nail polish residue on a lot of places outside of my nails and wouldn’t come off even after I washed my hands 3 times and scrubbed real good. They don’t have an UV light machine for drying nails that were painted with gel nail polish so they have you put your hand under the lamp they use to see which causes so much heat on the nails, it hurts (keep in mind my nails are natural so I feel it so much more). When I arrived the first thing I said is that my nails were natural and so I feel like the tech should’ve been a bit more careful with how she removes the gel nail polish I already had on my nails. I felt a lot of burning on my fingernails due to the filing machine used to remove my gel nail polish and the regular light used to dry my crystal wrap and gel nail polish. I see other reviews of people who were offered a drink while they were being serviced but we weren’t offered anything. I don’t recommend this place to anybody. The work was horrendous. Oh YeAh! On their Instagram page they were promoting a special on the day that we went but we were charged the same.

Overall, my experience was not good. I went on a Saturday and it had been the stores 4th day open. There were only 2 nail techs and plus the owner available for service. I got the owner and assumed my experience would be pristine but it was the complete opposite.Cons:1. Owners nails were also done (and really long) so it was hard for her to hold the tools comfortably; got lumpy nailds. I have a pic, just dont know how to upload them.2. Cheapest price for individual lashes but she doesnt fill them...oh and they only lasted a day.3. One of the nail techs got complaints so the owner sent her on a break and went on a rant about the nail tech being a liability (appeared unprofessional).4. Walked in at 4p and walked out at 6p. Doesnt take 2hrs for a refill and lashes where I normally go.Pros:1. Prices are the cheapest in the area!2. Store is cute inside; painted with pink and black details.3. Felt safe inside the store.Remember: If you do not pay much money for something, it is probably of poor quality. You get what you pay for. I wouldntsend my 10yo niece there. Smh

It was a decent experience but open late, had to pay extra for design, a bit unprofessional & polish started chipping after on day..i got a mani/pedi feet look good but nails r horriable

Great customer service and very friendly staff. Takes well to criticism and fixes mistakes (if made)immediatly. Prices can’t be beat. I’d recommend

This place is horrible, I went to get my feet done and she barely scrubbed my heels. I got gel on my toes and it took two hours to dry vs when I go to my regular place it takes 4 minutes each foot. The girl that did my feet said at the end of her services “ I told you not to get white”.... come again it’s about what I want not you .
