Great quality mani and pedi.Just too slow.My daughter and I were in the shop for two hours!! They really pay attention to detail,which takes time,but they need to speed up a little without sacrificing service.

Today was the first time I went here. Kevin did my pedicure and my nails. I got a gel pedicure and ombre pink & whites. Kevin was friendly and Im very happy with what he did. Prices are good/fair. I also got my eyebrows done by one of the girls.

I walked in at 6:58 pm. No greeting. Nothing Flickr that. All that was said was “we are closed.” First with sign language.This area must be really the ghetto! Cos why would you even have 8pm as your closed time on your Google profile and say you’re closed at 6:58 PM?Rubbish!

I got my nail done with no fear of getting cuts and my nails are beatiful. I recomment lucky nail to anyone who love there hands and nails.😉😉🌺💜

I wouldn’t not recommend anyone let the older woman there do any service for you. That be a pedicure or a fill in or eye brows because she did a terrible job. I also believe that they are using regular polish and charging for Gel polish. I went there yesterday, got home, showered the polish on my toes bubbled up and peeled off. Never again, I don’t even want her to fix them!

There is an older nail technician there and she butchered my nails. The paint is sloppy the nail is lumpy Im so disappointed 😞😫. I tried to call them but no one answered. Ive tried to post pictures but couldnt

I have met my nail tech match made in heaven. Kevin never disappoints! I always get compliments on my nails whenever he does them. I’ll never go to anyone else! I’m actually on my way there now! 😂

I got a full set here before leaving for vacation and I was very pleased with how my nails came out (Kevin is an artiste—his good work is the only reason this isn’t 1 star). HOWEVER I came in today after two weeks to get my tips taken off and I was sitting there for over an hour before anyone even addressed me. I did not expect to be greeted as all of the technicians were busy. I became frustrated when at the 45 minute mark, they started taking people who had come after me. When I told one tech that I had been waiting longer, he just looked at me and walked away. 20 minutes later, he called her to his chair. After waiting 65 minutes, I told the owner that all I wanted was to get my tips off. He then told me that the removal is $15. I asked him to repeat himself and he said $10. I pointed out that a price of $5 was posted and he said that was only if I would get a whole new set. At this point, I gave up and left. It was not the inconsistent pricing that got me, but the fact that I sat there for so long and no one bothered to acknowledge me.I give this salon TWO STARS because despite crafting beautiful nails for me, their warmth and quality of service is hot and cold.

I call one time to make an appointm. And she just hanging out ..just like thatI call again and she say very rude. We are close call tmrw and hang out again.. not going for sure!

I love their work. I am a long time customer. I just wish I could get in and out faster. But when you want quality you will wait and make time for it.

It was a good experience... this is my first visit. they were busy, but she moved her hands very swiftly. Im pleased with my nails.

First I was going to leave and not get my nails done, because this woman was man handling my hands. I simply tried to explain and she played like she didnt understand me. Then, David came and slayed. Everyone go get your nails done by him... I will be returning!

I booked my app two weeks in advance and came early so I can leave on time. The store didnt open till 10:30 going on 11 and I been there since 9:30 which the time on the website says. My nail person text me saying he on his way so I came back for my appointment, when I came back it was a lot of people he was working on and I been waiting for an additional hour. I feel that it wasnt right because I made this app in advance and waited so long, I started feeling sick so I left and it completely ruined the rest of my day. If I knew this was going to happen I would of did a walk in .. I never got an apology or nothing I felt disrespected, especially when I really like this place cause I came here before. The guy is awesome but today I feel like I got played thats why Im giving my review to tell you dont waste booking an appointment.

I love this spot! They know what theyre doing when it comes to your nails. My only issue is how tight it is because its a good placs it gets crowded and that becomes a problem.

If youre looking a nice place to get your feet done, This is not the place. I came here because they opened on Sunday, I normally go to to Gladlys nail salon in South Orange. I tried to give Newark another shot but this experience was awful. I ended up walking out in the middle of the guy ATTEMPTING to do my pedicure. He totally didnt have an idea of what he was doing.

I like coming here. My guy does my nails perfect every time. And its not expensive. I use to pay $60 and now I pay less . Ask for David.

I had a lady who does more joking than working my first time. Then I chose David. Best decision I ever made. He does them to perfection. And still to this day that lady is always upset when I request David lol.

LOVE IT! ASK FOR KEVIN! Hes great, his English isnt very good but his work is amazing! SAME SIZE SAME SHAPE 🤣🙌🏼

The Hispanic lady did my nails. The service was great. But my card had issues during payment and the Asian woman was very rude and mannerless and snatched my card from me and yelled at me. I was hoping to make it my usual place cz of the service by the Hispanic lady but the Asian lady was very rude.

Super busy and not always the cleanest. Depending on who you get, they can do a good or bad job. Just based on luck. Acrylic nails are great here though.

Love this place Tony and his wife are the best some times you have to wait even when you have an appointment but its worth the wait love it been a customer for years.

I love this place Tony is my go to guy but its best to make an appointment!!! And his wife is good also I dont like a rush just and Tony takes his time so I dont have a problem waiting but when I get mad and go somewhere else I be so upset.

Too many nail salons in the area for them to have such poor customer service. The prices are also very fluid, not sure if 1 length will cost you $25 one day or $30 the next. Ill take my coins somewhere else even if it means paying more.
