The driver was very helpful driving me in his golf cart from my car to the shuttle. However, upon returning from my trip and calling for a shuttle pickup, I was not told a shuttle was coming or how long it would take. I called the office again 20 minutes later and was only told, ok, no other ETA. The pricing doesnt seem very clear. Why am I changed a full day as an overage charge when it was within my reservation?

So great price, definitely would recommend for parking ONLY! I paid 30 extra for a wash with tire shine.. well the pollen all over the hood aside, I get home and the tire shine spotted all over the sides of my truck! Hopefully it comes off I havent had the time for cleaning it but just ridiculous they would allow anyone to leave with wet shiner on the tires.

I was very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism displayed at this facility. My experience was great! I dropped my car and immediately got on the shuttle to airport. I booked ahead of time to make it seamless.When I returned I called and the shuttle was waiting! My car was waiting for me all warmed up and because I payed in advance I just exited without a problem! I previously joined the parking spot so I had a member card so it made it easy to enter and exit by just sliding the card. Hope this helps!

Efficient fast and easy way to have your car after a flight without inconveniencing friends or family to drop you at the airport. I am shuttled immediately from my car to my departing flight and as soon as I get my baggage on my way home a simple phone call and theyre always shuttles running by when you step outside.I can find my car running with the heat on in the Winter when I arrive back home, and in the summer months the airs blasting waiting for me to cool off! You join the spot club which cost you nothing, you accumulate points and you have free days! My last trip I had 5 free days it was almost free! Now with the prepayment option its even easier!

From the day I dropped off my car to when I picked it up, my experience was excellent. Every employee from the McClellan location is knowledgeable and extremely professional. I had an issue with my exit ticket (my fault, I lost the stub) and they promptly helped me find a solution for it. If you consider this was a Friday late night right after the holidays, it shows you how incredible they are. Thank you!

My experience was great. They were efficient and fast. They got us to they airport quickly and when we returned at 1130 pm we called and they were there in about 15 min. The only hiccup was that because there is 2 faculties fairly close together the driver took us to the wrong one. It took him and another guy about 10 min to figure it out, the driver was very apologetic and quickly got us to the correct lot. I will definitely use again.

You guys are great - people would be crazy not to use you guys! I reserved a spot online before an international trip. Drive right there and dropped the car off and dropped off to the terminal super quickly. When we landed after a week and a half called and was immediately picked up and my car was there waiting when we got there. Seamless and smooth and a great relief.

Good service and a reasonable price. Just drop off your car and they park it for you and have it ready to drive away when you get to the lot. The shuttle runs often and drops and picks up curbside at your terminal. Money saving hint: prepay your parking and save money as well as speeding your drop off/pickup.

The parking spot is a fantastic service. Drivers and very helpful, location is clean and safe. Staff are friendly and courteous. The price is great and you can earn free parking with so many visits. I will always use “the parking spot.“ It was highly recommended to me and if you haven’t tried it don’t look anywhere else. I could not of asked for better service. When I pulled in they immediately had a car to take me to the airport. When I came back I called them and someone was there in less than five minutes to take me back to my car. They were courteous and very friendly.I would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service!! If I need to fly out of Newark again I will use it again. Also, I am able to use my AAA discount which I appreciate. The app that tracks shuttles and provides a QR code to check out is nice too.

I travel several times a year being a Travel Agent. I also park at The Parking Spot McClellan. A+ Service. Friendly Staff, quick service. Spotless facility. I highly recommend for a great experience parking at Newark Airport. Best part is the Shuttle actually drops you off and picks you back up at the terminal.

The online reservation process was easy. Check in using the app scan code was quick and having the reservation that could be scanned, eliminated having to provide flight information. By chance the bus was there when we exited the terminal and I used the app scan code to exit. The e-mail with the invoice arrived almost immediately. Could not ask for anything better.

Fast and friendly! The app is great. You dont need to call anymore. Just open the app and you can alert the driver that you have arrived. You can monitor the van on the mapping feature and the driver will know your location. Fantastic!

Shuttle driver immediately greeted me, quickly got my information and put my suitcase on board. Within 2 minutes we were already en route to the terminal. Good safe driver. When I returned, I called in my ticket and had a 5 minute wait... not bad. My car was ready and waitingMy only recommendation (but they are limited on space) is to have a cashier in an exit booth (like in Philly) so I dont have to go inside. Besides that detail it is a great spot.Nice Job!

The Parking Spot McClellan is terrific. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As soon as you pull up they take your bags and your car and in seconds you are off to the airport in their shuttle. I wouldn’t park anywhere else. I have been parking here for years and have always had excellent service and never have to worry about our car. This place is my favorite place to park when I go to Newark Airport. The valets always have my car ready on time and payment and exit are always fast and easy. Most of the time, the shuttle is running constantly so you arent waiting around for one. The only exception is late at night or during an emergency snow event.Definitely make a reservation first.

Good spot - I booked online before I got there, which saved me some money, check in with the app, and the valet service is definitely nice. It was a downpour when I dropped my car off, and having the covered drop off was great. When I returned, I simply called, and 5 minutes later the bus was there to pick us up!

I have been parking at The Parking Spot/McClellan (previously Avistar)for almost 25 years and this by far the best off-site parking facility at Newark airport. The people that work there are very nice and accommodating, for the most part, except the inside cashiers sometimes. Their parking and shuttle service is extremely consistent and I seldom have to wait very long for a pick-up at the terminal. I would highly recommend The Parking Spot!!!

This was my second time using them in 3 months. the first time was seamless. This time we hit a snag trying to credit my account with my points. but,... they got it done! i called the day before I came home to get my car washed and detailed. I forgot to sign up for that when i booked my trip, so i created the short time frame. the gentleman who answered, knew this might be a challenge do, due to the short time frame. But, He took on the challenge, helped me book it via my phone and made it happen. And they did an awesome job on my car! it sparkled. Great SERVICE I will be back on my next trip in December.

I flew out of EWR with my kids and in-laws and the Parking Spot was so easy to use. It was easy to find and I pulled right up and there were at least 2 people to assist us. We got right in the shuttle and to the airport very quickly. Coming back, I called the shuttle at baggage claim and there was a shuttle waiting as we came outside. I would highly recommend and would definitely use again!

Very professional, courteous and efficient. As soon as we reached the valet station, we were greeted and received assistance in unloading the luggage. The check in process was very smooth hardly taking any time. The van was waiting for us and the bus driver was both courteous and helpful (found luggage cart for us). On the return, the van was waiting at the shuttle spot. Again, the driver helped with loading the luggage, and unloading upon reaching the station. The check out process was smooth and easy, there were no hidden fees. We were on our way in a few minutes.

The parking spot was a great alternative to economy airport parking. Transportation to and from the terminal was efficient, prices were fair, and all of the staff were helpful and courteous. This trip was my first with the parking spot and I will definitely be using the service again!

I usually Uber to the Airport but I had a very early flight so I gave this spot a try. WOW.. I wont Uber to the Airport again. This is my place from now on. Shuttle runs very frequently and my car was waiting for me all warmed up on a very cold day. The location is extremely secure behind fortified gates. The pricing is very competitive and if you have AAA, you get an automatic 10% discount!

Excellent customer service and shuttle frequency pretty good. Only issue is they replaced the entrance spike bar you drive over to get in and its higher than the one they had before. The metal spikes have scraped the bottom of my car (2006 Mazda3) every time since they installed that. I alerted a few of the representatives and many other customers reported the same problem. Need to try one of their other locations.

Easy in and out valet airport parking for a fair price. Have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes from parking to have the shuttle leave for the terminals. Does not seem to be as busy or popular as other parking spot locations, so youll likely wind up waiting for a pickup shuttle from the airport a bit longer than other locations. Every time I use them I generally see 3 or 4 Haynes location shuttles before a McClellan shuttle shows up for pickup, but Ive also never needed to wait to check out or exit.

Convenient and dependable. Friendly service. Detailing the car while I am away is a great added benefit.

Convenient to airport and slightly cheaper than Haynes lot. We do valet vs. Self park. Prices are increasing. Depending on how long a trip you are going on, may be cheaper to Uber. Check it out both ways.

They have friendly staff and the place is close to the airport. The shuttle picked up us right by our car. When we returned we were picked up at the airport in a few minutes and were dropped off by our car. Excellent service.

Best place to park ever. You get there, they give you a ticket and ask for your return date. When you return, you call them and they have a bus that takes you back to them and your car is right at the front waiting for you. Cheaper to park with them than parking at the airport. Great system you guys have going. They even greet you with a bottle of nice cold water!

Ive kept my car here a bunch of times and never had any problems. I call once I have my bags and they have a van with 5min to pick me up. Once I get to the lot they also have my car waiting for me. This is so much better than parking in long term parking at the airport. They have a general coupon that gives a small discount on their website but apparently for government employees they have an even bigger discount! Definitely my primary choice when flying out of EWR.

They use to be better. Had to call twice, waited 45 min to get picked up. No one to help or unload bags. It was midnight and there were no other customers but person behind desk at check out was preoccupied doing other stuff. It was the place I always went to for the past 15 years (been going there since it was Paulys) but now Ill consider other means like Uber.

I’ve been using the parking spot for years now. I switched from Parking Plus to them and won’t ever go back. Always on time to drop off and pick up. I wish they were still at JFK, but they are my #1 choice from EWR.

Extremely easy to call up a shuttle bus with the instructions on the tickets. Then after calling they have your car waiting outside. Everyone was kind and helpful. The young woman at the cashiers desk told me there was free coffee and tea after I mentioned being awake for 34 hours. The fencing, lighting, and gating are excellent.

The Parking Spot is the best! McClellan is my favorite location but Ive used others for EWR as well and JFK. I have consistently had great experiences with them - theyre quick, affordable, and friendly, and the location itself is spotless (plus they offer free coffee, water, tea, etc!). I would recommend The Parking Spot to anyone and wouldnt even consider trying elsewhere - theres no reason to!!

Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Shuttle bus was outside the terminal as we exited and our car was brought to the front and ready to load before we got back to the station. Checkout was fast and efficient.

We had a very good experience. The minute we arrived they took our car and the bus/shuttle was there to take us strait to the terminal. On the return we waited maybe 5 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. A++

We had no idea where we were going to leave our car so last minute we found this place. The ease of accessing the place, getting a shuttle, getting picked up and paying was great. However, they charged me $21 a day, which now looking online is pretty expensive compared to other places.

The other Parking Spot lot was full according to the attendant at the booth. She directed me to the next Parking Spot lot that is not a self park? The attendant said it was valet only which I was not prepared for. The shuttle bus took longer(because of the location) to get to the airport which could be a factor if you are running late. This lot is also a few more dollars per night than the other lot.

Usually, I dread going to the airport. Not since I found you guys! The parking spot has changed going away for me. I can drive my own car there and its waiting right there when I return home! You are so close to Newark airport and your guys are always waiting right there with the shuttle by the time I walk out from baggage claim!!! Easy into the lot and easy out. Clean bathrooms and a bottle of water if you need it!!!Plus if you are starving there is a Mc Donalds 3 blocks away to get a snack for the road home!

Parked at this lot for 10 days. Really appreciated the valet service, especially upon my return! Although I had forgotten to give them my discount coupon when exiting, after going back into the office, it was still accepted. Close to the airport, GREAT shuttle service and helpful, friendly personnel.

I fly infrequently and have used this lot just a couple of times and they make it easy. Between driving on I-78 and going through TSA at the airport, the parking and shuttle are stress free. I paid extra for a car wash and wax this time and they did a really bad job, but I learned they sublet that job. Parking Spot manager Romark Suckra responded quickly and refunded my wash fee. Thats a stand-up outfit.

Super easy to make a reservation online. My usual experience is to pull in, get my ticket, hop on the shuttle bus and be on my way to the terminal in less than 10 minutes (at most). Upon returning from a trip, my car is always running and waiting for me, which is really nice especially during the winter months. Overall I think one of the best parking values at Newark.

The Parking Spot is the best! My favorite EWR location is McClellan but theyre all great. The staff is exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I park there almost every month and theyre just as great every single time. I also use the app, which has some benefits like easier access to coupons, keeping track of points, etc. Would recommend to anyone!

This location is Valet only. I’ve been waiting an hour for my car. The facilities are clean and the staff are respectful, but a valet service that makes you wait an hour is a huge disappointment. I will not be returning.

Excellent service I used this parking facility in May of this year and again last week for 4 days I arrived at the facility at 5:45AM and shuttle bus told me where to park and got my luggage and we were on our way to the airport. Coming back same thing arrived waited 5 mins and shuttle took me straight to my vehicle even put my luggage back into my vehicle. Thumbs up to you guys you are the greatest and I will definitely recommend this facility.
