Update:The manager called me and apologized for the actions of the employees and for the delay. He was very helpful and said he would get to the bottom of it.Review changed from 1 star to 3 stars because of this.Original review:I flew into Newark around 10am. Once I grabbed my luggage at 1017am, I sent a text to the pick up number. A response was sent a minute later and said they were on their way. 1045am the shuttle still has not arrived. I called the office number and advised them that I had been waiting and what location we were at.They responded, okay well tell the driver.1110am called the office again. They responded with yea we know, well send the driverAt this point it has been almost a full hour. We took an Uber to the jiffy lot.Once we got to the lot, we saw 2 drivers and 2 shuttles in the parking lot.I asked them why they never showed up. They responded, the office never called us and told usI go into the office and asked them why they never sent the drivers. He responded with, what do you want me to do? you can leave a bad review

Never again. They dont answer the phone. Every other companies bus came at least 3 times before jiffy came packed full of people, we could barely fit on. Even though we had a reservation there were no spots and had to valet. That took 20 additional minutes. They dont value your business, just look at all the reviews they all say that same thing. Avoid.

NEVER USE JIFFY PARKING!!!, it used to be pretty good but it is now a disaster. They moved to a small lot and regularly over book it forcing you to valet the car with them. Cars are double parked all over and once you are there you dont have much of a choice but to give them your keys.Jiffy left us waiting at the terminal for along time. Everyone from our flight who was not using Jiffy was long gone before we finally were picked up.They look like a company about to go out of business. The pictures you see in the reviews are no longer accurate.If I could give a negative star I would.

Ive used a lot of long term parking locations for Newark airport. Jiffy in my opinion gives the most for your money. Its close, convenient, and secure. High on my list of importance is the reliable shuttles every 10- 15 min. Especially after a long trip and you just want to get back to your car and home! 👍👍

Website advertises coupon for 12.00 daily parking and 79.00 weekly parking. The coupons are expired since 2019. Very deceitful. How many people do they trick this way? Also waited almost 20 minutes for. The shuttle to take us to our car. Then had to go to the office to discuss the pricing since it was not as advertised. The rep was nice and gave us a discount but not the advertised one.

I had a reservation for parking but when I got there all the spaces were taken. After driving around the lot for several minutes went down the aisle where I saw a shuttle. A staff member tells me to park on the side and leave the keys in it, they are full. How are you full when I made a reservation?When I got back from my trip I went to the waiting area for the shuttle. I saw at least The Parking Spot shuttles go by before finally seeing Jiffys. And...that shuttle was full....but the driver squeezed me know as I was traveling solo.Upon my return, since they had my keys the shuttle driver called the office with my ticket number. The gentleman holding my keys wasess than helpful and seemed like he could care less.Never again will I park here .

Came home to our car blocked in by a fence. My wife went to pick up the car alone and was asked if she was alone and then the driver didn’t drop her off at her car - that’s not right. When I called to ask why my wife’s car had been blocked by a fence, the man at the office said, “Well did you get out?”. My wife had to walk back and forth to the office to get them to move the fence. This is not what you want to deal with after a long flight. Definitely do not use Jiffy Park.

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Probably the worst service Ive ever seen. Phone went unanswered repeatedly upon arrival at the airport for 30 minutes. Shuttle then took 45 minutes to arrive to get us. When dropped off at the lot, there were cars double parked behind our car, and we couldnt leave until a valet came to move them, another 15 minutes later.

What an unprofessional business. I was unfortunate enough to leave my car in the lot over the last hurricane. upon returning, none of the 3 employees I spoke with bothered to mention that their entire lot full of cars had been flooded up to the interior level of my car. Didnt find out until 5 days later when my car started to stink and more potentially reversible damage had been done. I understand you dont control the weather, but the very least you could have done is mention that my car got ruined while parked in your lot.

I waited for the shuttle for over 30 minutes, while I watched other companies come at least 5 different times to pick up people. I had to call 3 times. I definitely wasnt expecting to wait that long.I will never use them again.

They were amazing. We were left stranded by vista parking after prepaying and arriving early. I made a last minute reservation with Jiffy and they saved us. The guy at the office called a driver to assist. There were no parking spots so the shuttle driver checked us in and took the key. We made our flight barely. DO Not use Vista. Horrible horrible horrible.

I prepaid in advance and then was due a specific amount on the lot and then I was charged almost 30$ more than what I was expected at the lot on my confirmation receipt. I called them and they told me to email some guy and I’ve heard nothing back. I now have a 56$ charge, when it was only supposed to be 29$.

Do not use Jiffy Parking the dispatcher is Rude! No direction to where to pick up the shuttle. The driver deliberately dropped me off at the wrong terminal. Parking lot was filthy! A shame they are charging $20 a day. I will be writing the owner and the BBB. I had to add to this horrible experience! Upon arriving there is no clear indication where to meet the shuttle. I was on the lower level of terminal A marked Shuttles I saw the parkingspot pass 5 times. No jiffy! I attached is a photo of the 7 times over an hour I called. Noone answers! When I finally get to the parking facility I go to exit and the scanner does not accept the prepaid QRC you have to call and wait for someone to answer another 4 dials! The gage wouldnt open after multiple attempts from the guy on the phone! A shuttle ended up arriving and let me out. From arrival to departure it has been a nightmare. I just canceled my reservation for next week. I will gladly give your competitors my business. I truly hope someone takes this as feedback to improve your business model!

Due to last minute changes we had to drive ourselves to the airport. I picked Jiffy Parking. Upon arrival you could tell the lot was poorly plowed. We found a spot that a car must of just left from. The transfer to and from airport was perfect. Upon arriving home at 11pm on Monday 2/8. We found my truck to be completely plowed in by the plow truck. The plow latterly pushed the snow up against my brand new truck and we could not access the driver side door. I called the office and the women at the desk was very rude. She told me there was only one driver the plow guy had left and if we wanted we can come get the shovel and shovel ourselves out. The problem was there was ice boulders leaned up against my truck. So my husband and I had to by hand remove these to get the truck out. Of course due to the ice and snow laying across the whole driver side of my truck. I now have scratches all down the side of my truck. It is now 11:30 I have 2 small children and I can not spend time arguing with a rude employee. We ask for a manger la contact so she gives me an email of Alex. I send and email comes back that it doesn’t exist. I call the next day still no management on site to speak with. The gentleman now gives me another email for Alex. This is now 4 days later I have called everyday and have had no response what so ever from anyone. I am not sure how you run a company and have no idea how to get in touch with a manger when there is an issue. I will be taking further legal actions.

Avoid using this parking lot!!! We landed late last night and kept on calling to get picked up. We called from 12 15 am to 115 am and no one picked up the phone. We ended up taking a taxi to the lot and found a driver who was just idling there. We went to the office and spoke to the person there and he has no excuse for not picking up the phone. There were 4 people there waiting way before us. Unacceptable!!! So I called this morning 2 times to speak to a supervisor. I left a message both times. It’s already end of the day and still haven’t heard from anyone from management. Terrible experience. Never again.

I’ve been using Jiffy Parking for a few years. Lately I’ve been traveling approximately once a month. I’ve never had a problem with them until the last few times.The lot is completely full and cars are double parking. Today we waited a 1/2 hr for the shuttle to pick us up even after we texted them.The lot has been reduced in size, looks like they are using the other 1/2 of the lot for trailer truck parking.Sorry to say I will not be using this company again.

Booked through SpotHero. Was charged $75 for Mon-Fri reservation. Not bad. Easy to find. Parked by the office. Waited with another customer and the shuttle drove away without stopping in our aisle. I advised the attendant while it was happening & he said “I know. I’ll get him on the radio.” He did not. He chased him down outside of the facility & we had to run to the shuttle & board in the middle of the road with traffic driving all around us. 3 minutes to the terminal, which was nice. Upon returning, I scanned to exit. Lo and behold, I had “fees” that would prevent me from leaving. Almost $15 in unexpected, unannounced fees. No way to dispute. No recourse other than to pay. Ended up paying $90 for a $75 “deal.” False advertising & a huge disappointment. Beware.

Hello. I have been using this parking lot for work for years. I just came back from July 4th weekend around midnight and called the office about 10 times for pickup and no one answered. We waited for over an hour and no buses came around. A few customers and I had to take a taxi back to the parking lot. I went to the office and asked why no buses came around to pick people up from the airport and the person said they tried to call the drivers but no one picked up. That was completely false because if there was a person was in the office, then why did no one pickup the phone? The owners really need to get to the bottom of this. The service use to be really good but has been going in the wrong direction lately.

Been parking my car there for years now, and I wouldnt park it long term elsewhere. You stay with your keys after parking it yourself and van then drops you off right away at airport nearby.Now service is even better than before by paying at office. Rates are very reasonable also.

Very disappointed. This used to be the place to park at Newark Liberty. Not anymore. Very difficult to get a reservation due to half the lot has been taken over by truck parking. You will be charged extra if your flight is delayed.

I had a bad experience with Jiffy Parking lot in Newark. I do not normally write bad reviews, I dont think I have written one before actually. I booked my parking and prepaid on my credit card. When I arrived there were no spots available to park, but not a huge deal because there was a van there and someone to park my car for me right away. When I returned to the parking lot and went to leave, the gate would not open unless I paid for my reservation which was already prepaid. Exhausted from my travels I figured I hadnt paid yet and entered another payment method in order for the gate to open. I ended up getting charged twice for the parking. I called Jiffy and during the first call the woman who answered said she could not help me, that I needed to call back after 5. I called again 30 minutes later and she said she found the charge and would refund my credit card. Ok, a bit of a headache, but whatever. 5 days passed and no refund showed up on my AMEX. I called the office again to ensure the refund had been initiated and they said they have no information about a refund or that the charge I claimed even occurred. I told the man on the phone, are you sure - because now my next step is to dispute the charge with AMEX. I now have disputed the charge with American Express and hope to get my money back.

Don’t park here. They park cars behind your car so after you return from a trip you have to have someone come out and unblock you. The shuttle is also far too infrequent. I saw 5 Haynes shuttles while waiting for the Jiffy shuttle at Terminal C. Maybe give them a try.

I have been waiting for a shuttle to come pick me up for 30 min now. I have tried getting in touch with the pickup number but nor one is answering. I also texted and no one is answering either. I was told that there are shuttle buses running 24/7 and I counted on that promise in order to get home, however it’s 11pm snd I still don’t know how I’m gonna get to my car. I’m very disappointed

Parked for 5 days, transport to and from airport was without issue. All calls with questions were answered appropriately. Car did have another car blocking in but someone came to move it in less than 10 min. Lot did need some better plowing. But I would still recommend jiffy parking

I have parked here on two occasions, great prices for long term. About 60 a week which is pretty affordable comparing to JFK. During a snowstorm I came back to find my car completely clean which was a rare treat. The shuttles passes by very often. Honestly the best lot out there. Also, its close near a roundabout which has a direct access to the terminals.5 stars.

My family has used jiffy for years but apparently when someone hits your car in their lot they call you a week later leave a voicemail explaining there are no cameras and it’s not their fault because I choose to use their services by whatever higher up company they work(park pro) with. So keep in mind anyone can hit your car and drive right out and it’s your fault for giving them business.

I was very disappointed in the limited number of available parking spaces upon my arrival. Also, the lack of snow removal proved to be not only dangerous, but provided very little safety and space between vehicles. Once I arrived home and opened my passenger door, I noticed I had been hit on the front quarter panel of my vehicle. Needless to say, I was not at all pleased. If the parking spaces were properly cared for the probability for damage would have been less likely. Luckily, I took photos of the conditions of the lot and will forward them to my insurance carrier. Never again!Thank you for your time.

Absolutely disgusted with this company!Secured 2 reservations over 2 month ago with them through a third party company and was not allowed to park. Employee A-Rod at the desk was not helpful blaming everything on the booking site. Parking lot was over crowded, cars were double parked blocking all entry and exits ways. No help from staff in the office and horrible customer service with NO resolution. Thankfully although EWR LONG TERM PARKING WAS FULL AND ONLY TAKING RESERVATIONS they were understanding of another companys negligence and allowed us to park with no issues!!!!! Jiffy Newark Parking is horrible

A disaster. Unorganized and mismanaged. We arrived midnight and as instructed we called to request the shuttle but no one answered the phone in the office after many many calls over the course of 30 minutes, with no one to talk to we figured wed just go and wait at the pickup spot to see if the shuttle is there and we were able to flag down the shuttle after waiting some more. When getting to the lot a seemingly sleepy man came out of the back office to attend to us. They seem to have rented out half the lot for truck parking so all cars parked in that section were towed to different spots without the car owners approval or knowledge and we had to go looking for our cars - this is not what you want to do after arriving from along flight. One of the cars in our party was also blocked in by one of the parked shuttles so we had to walk all the way back to the office to get someone to move it. I would not use this service again!

This place was the worst. There was a snow storm. Me thinking that when I got off my fight I would be able to go to my car and drive away. Nope they didnt shovel out my car plow out my car nothing. Luckily there was a nice couple where the husband shoveled my car out. When I called the office first it kept going to voicemail then finally someone picked up and she told me that I can walk up to the office and get a shovel and do it myself. Super easy to find and navigate to unlike some of the parking spots. I also like the fact that if you go over your estimated return they charge you in fractions of additional hours and dont round up or hit you with another whole day. The shuttles are frequent both going out and coming back in. And I can do everything via their app and my phone and dont have to deal with people or paper. Scan from my phone in and out. So easy. Shuttle drivers are super friendly.

DO NOT make reservations to park here you as are not guaranteed parking. I made reservation online to park here from March 31st-Apr 7th, 2021. Easter week. We get there on March 31st 4.30am show our print out reservation to attendant. He tells us that the lot is full. We said we have reservation so how can this be possible. He said Oh that a third party that we told two weeks ago that lot is full but they continued to sell spots. So we were left high and dry and scrambling to find alternative parking. We had to park in short term parking costing $320 for a week.

This was maybe my 2nd time parking here and now my last. I’m grateful I was 3 hours early for my flight. I had my resverations pre paid 2 weeks in advance. I show up to find out they are overbooked and not taking people even with reservations. No warning, no cancellation emails, nothing. I drove to 4 other locations to find them only taking reservations people (funny!). Had to drive back to my house and have a friend drive me to the airport with 20 min til boarding. Never ever again. So disappointed.

First time using their services and the drivers seem to have a miscommunication on who was taking us to the airport. Driver said he would be back, we got on the bus but he never came back. Another driver finally took us after waiting 20 minutes before we finally headed to the airport which caused me to miss my flight. They need to be mindful when they have customers waiting on the bus to take us to the airport. They knew we were there waiting.

The pricing at Jiffy Airport Parking was more affordable to simlair locations I looked into. I highly recommend you book online to avoid the upon arrival marked up price. I was abit confused on what to do when I got to the gate. Apparently, you need to scan your confirmation barcode to gain access to the facility. Please do so or you will be charged the full daily rate once you leave. I learned the hard way. However, I called office the next day and got a refund. Anyway, the shuttles are fast, so the wait to and from the airport isnt too bad. I possibly will use their services again.

With all the roads being laid around the place, this parking can be tough to find. But the place is secure. Cheap prices. One can take keys along. Finding a parking can take time as the place is usually packed. Prior reservation is recommended. Pickups can be easy as shuttles run 24x7 and service is good.

Dont park here since this will happen again. The Port Authority should shut them down. The people who work there are nice but the lot owners are running a bad business.

Only downside is that they should inform you when making reservations that in order to be picked up that you are supposed to send a text. You have to go inside and register first then self park and walk all the way back to the office to wait outside for the shuttle. No more pick us by your car. They stuff people into the shuttle like sardinesForget about social distancing. Also, parking spots are limited.

The parking process was easy. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a breeze. My only issue was literally waiting for the shuttle when we got back. It took forever. First shuttle was packed, second shuttle came 20 minutes after the first shuttle and it only had room for 4 people, luckily the shuttle that came 10 minutes later was empty. Overall we had a good experience and will more than likely park again.

After reading the reviews I now see that the damage done to my bumper will not get resolved by this company....how do you pay and trust a business who customer service is so bad as to coming from vacation find your car was damaged and they easily send letter say its self parking we are not responsible...there are cameras all over the lot so easy to admit wrong doing weather someone from company hired or and customer damaged your car give explanation...dont just blow customer who spent money with you and get blown off...They make alot of money and has horrible customer service and damage policy, hope these reviews help others not to use this company going forward maybe if they get closed down they will learn cant treat people like this....they definitely lost me and I drive from Philly to fly out of Newark alot .... not a good business trust.

Every thing run smoothlyWhen I come back after 6 days they clean the snow from my car and when I landed I didnt know where I need to wait for the shuttle so I called them (very responsive) and got clear information where to catch the shuttle (that come after 4 min waiting only), I use the QR code I got after I order a spot to get in and out from the parking lot and its work smoothly

Glad I chose Jiffy to park my car while traveling. The lot was pretty full but I found a park easily. As soon as I parked, the shuttle was pulling up to take us to the airport. When we returned 4 days later and called to have the shuttle pick us up, we waited maybe 10 mins for the next one to arrive. Service was quick and easy and I’ll definitely use them again!

Affordable parking. Easy setup and entrance with electronic rickets as well as a reward program that gets you 1 day free when you park 6 days. The frequency of shuttle pickup is about 30 min at each terminal on weekends or non peak hours so be prepared to wait at terminal if you missed the shuttle.

Horrible. We had to take a taxi back to the parking facility cause only 2 shuttle came withing 45 mins and both times we got told there was no room for us.Mind you we had to wait in 18 degree weather. The cab costed us $23.00.Horrible. Never again with this company.

This place deserves no stars at all they got extra fees that are not included on any sign the have here they don’t answer the phone me and my kids were waiting over an hour after our plane arrived when we went to the office to guys we’re sitting there doing nothing after we called a bunch of times then there was no supervisor to call for additional help this is a rip off and this company needs to be shut down or hire new management I don’t recommend this place to anybody especially if your traveling with kids expect to wait for hours

The worst service I ever had. Called the shuttle to pick me and my husband upFrom Newark Airport. The lady said she was sending someone an hour last no one showed up. They stopped answering the phones. There was also other people waiting for over an hour also. I ended up having to pay for a taxi smh. Would not recommend them especially if you’re ready to leave!

Took 38 minutes for 1 shuttle to pick us up while waiting outside in 30 degree weather. I saw the MVP shuttle bus pass by 5 times while waiting. Guess I should have gone with the MVP shuttle company.

Drivers dont wear masks around their nosie and they fill the bus with so many people that distancing is impossible. Neesa to be shut down until covid is over.

Wow, service was amazing ....prepay, drop off car before flight and bus is there at end of row you park in . When we came back I texted number on website to the newark terminal I was in and bus was there in less then 5 minutes and dropped us off right in front of car . Couldnt be any easier and was way cheaper more then half the price then car service round trip .

Horrible experience. No spots open. Parked against a snow bank. When arrived back, only one shuttle operating. Me and 20 people (some with kids) stood in the cold for 30 minutes as driver went back and forth.

Absolute nightmare I had here... after waiting over an hour for them to pick us up I had to pay a taxi 23.00 to take us to the jiffy parking lot, nobody would answer and when we got there the van was there idling but nobody was around!! I complained to the manager and he said the only way he will give me the 23.00 back is if I give them a 5 star rating!!!!!!!! So I never got my money back I’d rather tell the TRUTH!!! How many other 4 or 5 star ratings on here are REAL!?!?!? DO NOT GIVE these thieves business!!

Great prices. The drivers bring you to your car. They pick you up at the airport generally within 10 min. There is a $7.95 daily coupon online. It is quick & easy.

Waiting below freezing temperatures and every shuttle they send is full. Top it all off with a beyond rude employee when asked when shuttles will be coming. NEVER USING AGAIN, GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
