My wife and I parked our SUV at Value Parking for a week. From our drop off through our pick up a week later, the service and value were outstanding. This was the second time using Value Parking and the second time our experience was great, so we will definitely be using them the next time we fly out of Newark.

Quick drop off in weather protected area. Quick key collection and ticket issuance. Quick departure by shuttle. Quick pick-up upon return, car waiting right in front, quick transaction and Im on my way. Customer service is 100%. Efficient with no time wasted. Highly recommend.

Everytime the wife & I travel out of the country they are the Only company we use. They are professional, their guys are fast with the ride to the Airport which takes like 5-7 minutes. They are always on-time with the pick-up on the way back. Great service without any headaches. More importantly your car is safe and out front ready for u to hop in and head home. A+

Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, I took my nice Acura there for 5 nights with doubts because of the area but the parking lot was well lit. The gates closed at a certain time of the night, I received my car after the trip before I even paid.Arriving there I had my luggage in the shuttle within minutes and arrived at the airport within 10 minutes.Surely getting picked up was chaotic and you need to understand that while getting picked up at any airport. We ended up just taking a taxi back for 20 dollars because we didn’t want to waste anymore time. Would definitely recommend to others and would more than likely go again.

Its the easiest place to park your car when flying our of Newark. Cheap too..and very secure. No problems ever.

Horrible! Awful customer service! They broke my car windshield and did not take accountability for anything. Called so many times to at least get video footage of how it happened and they always say who ever is working doesn’t have access and they said it’s not our responsibility! Someone in their facility broke my car’s windshield and it’s not their responsibility!? What a pathetic parking company..I see the management has replied to this review.. it is apparent how bad the management is.. instead of asking me who all I spoke to in their company why not call to investigate this further!?.. response says their employees wouldnt break windshield, why not share the video of what happened?? I didn’t have any cracks before and there was no extreme temperature days when I parked at their facility!

We have parked at several places around Newark and this is truly the best! The guys are very professional & as a lady who travels by myself a lot, I feel safe & comfortable. They are quick to respond & pick up from the airport. When I returned, my car was pulled to the front of the fenced in, protected lot & even carried my suitcase over to the car! I will not use any other place after such a wonderful experience!

I arrived 45 minutes early than my scheduled arrival time because there was a lot of traffic reported on the highways. However, I left before my departure time. Since I was 18 minutes over the 2 hour grace period I was charged an extra full day. This is wrong, it should be prorated. In addition, the driver never wore a mask and I had to place my luggage into the back of the van.

First time trying Value parking. They are great. They are a bit more expensive than EZ (EZ is a 1 star) but Value Parking is well worth it. Immediately when exiting my vehicle I was greeted by a friendly Italian employee with a “good morning”. I walk into the front office and was greeted by name “good morning Brian” from another friendly knowledgeable guy. He was paying attention to my vehicle as I pulled in. He had my reservation pulled up already and it took less than 30 seconds to receive my pickup ticket. Bags were already loaded into the shuttle van when I walked out of the office and we left immediately. It’s about a 2 minute drive to the terminal. I didn’t pick up my vehicle yet, but I am not worried… No need to ever look elsewhere again.

I am a frequent traveler and have parked at many on and off site parking lots in the Newark area. Value are one of the best (I have been using them for years). They take the top spot after my last trip. My flight was cancelled from Florida and moved to a few days later. Myself and few family members decided to drive the 18+ hours since we had an engagement we needed to be out. I forgot to call Value and let them know of my flight cancellation. The team there called me multiple times to make sure things were OK and stayed close to 1AM waiting for me, even though the hours have changed since the pandemic. I want to thank Value and there staff for making it easy on me on my return after my 18+ hour drive. I will keep recommended everyone I know to stay with them. Thank you again!

We were running late, but we could manage to get our flight because their shuttle arrived in 5 minutes and brought us to the terminal in just 5 more minutes. Good service! Use their own website for reservation as it gives the best rate.

My plane was delayed and I am presently left here at Newark Airport with a small child because you guys have my car and won’t pick up the dang phone! I have called over 30 times. This is unbelievable. I live 30 miles away, I need to get to work in the morning and you have the nerve to call this 24-7 hour service??? An Uber costs $130 and I can’t even locate one right now Don’t you believe in an answering service??? This is highly unprofessional!!! Infuriated!!!

I parked my car here for a few days for my last trip. The online reservation was easy. The shuttle was fast as we did not have to wait for a long time. When we were back, we just gave them a call; they were pretty quick to come and pick us up where they told us they would. They were professional. They charged as expected; no unexpected additional charges. I would probably use them again if I need to park my car again.

I was running late for a flight, other places wanted an hour reservation before through online. They took me in right away for HALF the price the other places with no reservation. Highly suggested! I received great customer service from Jim! So grateful for this blessing.

Was a customer until yesterday. Was late picking us up and when they did the driver was erratic and got into an accident with New Jersey transit bus causing even more delay. So we had to get on another shuttle which they tried to pack extra people in during COVID. We finally get to our vehicle and they tried to charge me for extra time past midnight which was their own doing and to top it off no mention of the accident, no apology for the inconvenience or if we were ok. NOTHING! Taking my business elsewhere. Stay here at your own risk.

This was the first time I used Value Parking as I usually take the train to EWR. Decided to drive because of the pandemic. Online reservation system was easy and efficient, as was confirmation and check in. Very easy to locate and get to from the Jersey turnpike. Drivers and desk staff are friendly. Drivers were very careful loading and unloading my daughter’s cello. Drop off and pickup were seamless. I will definitely be a return customer and highly recommend Value Parking.

The price for parking is good and the airport shuttle is convenient. My ride to the airport was great, the driver was friendly and helped me with my suitcase. My ride from the airport was not as great, which is why this review is getting 4 stars. The guy seemed unprofessional, talking to his girlfriend on the phone the whole time, and didnt even help me with my suitcase.

I have mostly been unimpressed with airport parking lots and have a couple of horror stories.Value was by far the best Ive experienced.- I booked online a day or two before- I dropped my car off and the shuttle leftwithin 5 minutes- Upon my return, I phoned and was told theshuttle would pick me up in 12 minutes. Itwas there in 7- My car was pulled up in front when wearrived back at the lotEvery single staff member I dealt with (desk, lot, drivers) were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Used these guys for years and had an issue this week and they won’t return my call. What’s that all about?

Very disappointed!!! The drop off was easy and efficient, however the pick up after return from our trip was awful. When we called after getting our luggage as instructed we were told to proceed to the waiting area that we would be picked up in 5 min or less. When we were trying to cross the street to get to the waiting area there was a police officer directing the traffic, we could see the bus at the waiting area just ride by. We could not cross the street fast enough. When we called that the driver rode by we were told that we would be picked up in next 8 minutes. this vehicle drove by us and was full. Eventually we were picked up 40 min after landing and obtaining our luggage. I thought was a mistake until when going to pay my bill the man in front of me told the clerk 35 minutes. He was not on my flight or at same terminal but had same experience. Many other long term parking companies gave the customers the decency of waiting a few min before leaving pick up area.Also when I signed up I was told I would get 1 day free, did not happen

I recommend value parking near EWR airport for all the travelers that are going to south destinations or all others . I leave the car for 5 days .I like the price from the app and the customer service from the shuttle driver for drop off and pick up is excellent. When I came on on oct 23 at 8:20pm he wait for me at the pick up point and help me with the bags and my family, and also he pick up another family and give the same excellent service. Recommend this bussines. Excellent job driver and thank you for the help.

This is a friendly and reliable facility. Leaving the car, and being taken to the airport, went without hitches or delays. On the return, pick up went exactly as the instructions given to us. When we reached the lot our car had been put in front of the office and was waiting for us. Check out was fast and we were soon on our way. At all times the staff were friendly and courteous.

I have use this service many times is usually smooth and efficient BUT the las time nov/7/20 the driver (venezuelan guy) was very nasty hostile and unprofessional even indirectly asked for money they need to put that guy on check foreal

I recently parked at this facility. When I went to pick up the car 2/12/20 the car was not running properly. The check engine light was on. The battery light was on and the attendant was having a problem with the electronic rear hatch. The attendant commented about having problem with the hatch and asked if it was electronic. The car would not start. I went to inform the desk clerk and he said he would jump it. He picked up a jump charger that was sitting on the shelf next to him. I noted that it was not plugged in and had already been charged. He hooked up the charger and the car started. I let the car run and asked to fill out a incident report. He said he did have any incident reports. I asked him what was the procedure for reporting a problem with the car at pick up. He said there was none. I pressed him on this issue and he admitted that he could call a manager, but he was not going to do that. I again insisted on an incident report. He wrote on a paper, Owner says battery was dead. He signed the paper. I drove directly to Midas. The did a diagnostic of the engine and check the battery. They found that the batty had been fully depleted and was damaged. They replaced the battery. This procedure cost me almost $300.

Excellent experience. First time using Value Parking, many years of experience using other off-site parking businesses at EWR. Prompt ride to airport for our departure and prompt pickup when we called on our return. Pick-up at our terminal rather than having to go to P4. Car waiting for us when we got to the lot and easy checkout. Courteous staff. Easy to find lot near airport.

We parked at Value Parking this past weekend for two days, and couldnt be happier or more impressed! After arriving at the lot, we were immediately shuttled to our terminal, with no wait at all. When we arrived back in Newark, we were picked up promptly and our car was waiting right at the main office for us. The shuttle drivers and office staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We definitely highly recommend value parking and will definitely use their services again!

PrePaid for parking arrive to lot and gate is locked. Called number and received no response!!! Definitely need a refund for waste of time and added stress before my flight.

We used this company for years for our trips but our last visit was extremely disappointing and left us feeling unsafe. Company is not following COVID precautions - the front staff did not wear masks, the drivers did not wear masks, and the van was not socially distanced with the driver and other passengers. I asked the company what their COVID policy was and response was defensive stating masks are not the law. Will be finding a company that cares about the health and safety of their customers and employees for future needs.

We have parked at Value Parking several times and its always been an excellent experience. Car drop-off is quick, as is the trip to the Terminal. Pick-up is even better, this time we waited not even 5 Minutes. By the Time I paid, my husband had the Car loaded and we were on the Way. I would not consider parking elsewhere.

Unfortunately it started well but ended badly. It is a bit annoying to search for a place at the airport where the shuttle will pick up customers after a nice holiday, for half an hour. Unfortunately, the company employee was not helpful enough. I called uber for get to parking lot.unfortunately I have to give you 1 star. and I will never work with you again guys.

Im a coworker here at the great Value valet parking. My boss(Mr.Jim) and my coworkers are friendly, caring, and hard workers. Here at Value parking we treat every customer With the respect and honor they deserve and we also treat them like family.

Great parking area. Great staff. Easy to find. But, they no longer drop you off at the top of the terminals instead the driver dropped us off at the bottom (since regulations have changed) so we had a bit of a longer walk to get to our terminal. I will be using this parking service again.

The supposed manager for the night of March 15th need training in customer service, tact and common decency. Great first experience in February, terrible experience on March 15th because of a $2 price difference between online reservation and daily rate. Poor leadership choice to make him the face of the company. I am definitely not coming back

Place looks great from the reviews... however once there is a different story. Workers dont have any courtesy whatsoever. Sped off in my car... very unsafe driving.

This is such a great service! Conveniently located right off the Interstate, quick and pleasant shuttle service, and reasonable prices. They even cleaned the snow off of the cars. Its the only parking service I use in Newark. In fact, last time I had to choose between 2 airports, I picked Newark because of this service! I recommend them highly.

ALMOST DIED BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY!I parked my car here for three days. Easy drop off service and shuttle ride was fairly quick. HOWEVER, I came back, my car was parked in front of the building ready for me to leave. Paid, left with my receipt.As I was leaving, I starting merging onto the highway. NOT EVEN REACHING 60mph yet, the hood of my car flew open and smacked my windshield as I was driving. I had to have my car towed home because of the damage.I called value parking asking if there was any reason why they would open my hood. They said my battery died and they charged it. But I just bought a car battery with a 6yr warranty.These people touched my car without my permission with an unbelievable reason. With a new battery and a short parking time, there is no way my car should have been dead. I drove an hour away to this location. My car was a great condition. I have my oil changed by a certified mechanic as recently as last month. THERE SHOILD HAVE BEEN NO EXCUSE ON WHY MY HOOD OR BATTERY SHOULD BE DEFECTIVE.My biggest issue with entire situation is that they never told me before I left. They never said they touched my hood, which happened to be improperly closed. They tried to say my hood latch was broken. The state in which I left my car was different AFTER they handled it. They are valet, not mechanics.I should post the video of them admitting this and them giving me poor excuses and putting the blame on me.I cant stress this enough to please be aware what kind of people work here.

This place is excellent, on time, fast turn around to airport and for pick up as well. I have used them 5x and will not even try another place. Dont even bother looking anywhere else. When my dad was sick, I left money In the car (a bit) came back everything right where it was. Cant say enough.They really take pride in doing a good job.

I was a woman traveling alone from Pa to Newark Airport when I used Value Parking. The experience was awesome. The guy that greeted me was very helpful and kind. Immediately took my luggage and put into the van, while I checked in. When I called to pick me up on my return. They were there within 5 minutes. I will definetly use them again and recommend anyone flying from Newark to use Value Parking. They just took the stress out of the whole experience.

This is the first time using Value since the Spotty placed surprised me with their new rates and no coupons. I was not disappointed with Value especially considering the price. (With the savings I can buy my own bottle of water.) We had to wait only a few minutes for the shuttle, my car was ready to go when we arrived, and the driver and cashier were very friendly. Note that this is a small lot and reservations are recommended. Sign up for their club (free) to get the special rates. The only thing I dont like is that they bill you $10 when you book, though Im told its refundable whether you show up or not. Im not sure why they do this, but I can live with it to save $.

We have been waiting 30 minutes from my first call. Three calls later we are still waiting. As multiples of other lots’ vans came and went.In real life, I am a patient understanding person. Not this time. If I could give a negati score, I would.Stay away. Never again.

Showed up for reserved spot. unfortunately I was running behind for my flight and didnt have time to argue. As I pulled into the lot I was approached and asked if I could be helped. I stated I had a reservation and was promptly told the lot was full regardless and I would have to park at the airport. ....at $40 dollars a day. I had prepaid for the reservation as well.I was not allowed into the lot. Had to park at the airport at the cost of $400 to me and did not receive a refund until I called after returning from my trip. This place is like every other budget solution. When it works... works well enough. When it doesnt, prepare for nothing. You get what you pay for. Will not park here again.

Conveniently located along with other parking places. Rates are a good value - lower than others and the service was quick and excellent. A bus was waiting to drop me to the airport, and upon calling them they were at the airport in 10 mins. They had my car ready right outside the counter.

This was the second time using Value parking to get us to Newark airport. Their service is friendly and prompt! We waited maybe 5 minutes each way to get to and from the airport! Its a huge convenience especially when youre excited to get to your vacation or just want to get home! We never picked up a piece of luggage....and they were happy to take care of it for you! My car was returned exactly as I dropped it off....no issues at all. Quick check in and check out too!! I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone!

35 minutes wait to get from the airport to my car. The dispatcher told me I was in the wrong pick up spot. Not correct. its the same place they always pick me up and finally.picked me up tonight. No apology. Very unprofessional. Highly disappointed tonight.

Short version - Was loyal customer until my last trip .. after a four hour delay arrived (after midnight) tired and sleepy.. noticed a white Chalky spray on the drivers side, but didnt think much of it.. on my way to store the next day, I was horrified to see how much of that white substance (along with scratches on my front bumper) existed; especially under the wheel wells. I called Value and their comment was I should have noticed it before I left ..nothing they can do because it may have happened after I left the parking lot, and speaking with the manager would do no good. I went thru the car was twice and its still not all gone. Needless to say Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

I arrived very early on Monday morning for a flight out of Newark to a very courteous and professional staff. My trip back from Newark two days later to my car was just as nice. I used the coupon on the website to make a reservation for a wonderful price. Awesome price and fantastic customer service. Another major plus - this one spot is pretty easy to find. Ive used some real obscure ones but no searching and wondering with this one. I will be looking to Value Parking for my airport parking needs from now on.

I was very pleased with the overall service! Extremely affordable and the shuttle drivers were extremely friendly and helpful. The only complaint I had was the guy at the counter named Jose. He was extremely rude and talked so unbelievably low that he was practically mumbling the entire time that I couldn’t understand what he was saying to me. I thought maybe it was just because it was early in the morning that he wasn’t awake, but he acted the same way when I came back to pick up my SUV at nighttime a few days later..

Value Park Wreck My CarValue Park was recommended by my sister who has used them several times. We were going on a family vacation for a week so I reserved parking for two vehicles a few weeks in advance. All went well when we dropped off the vehicles but when we got back and picked them up my minivan looked like someone had side swipe a pole in the back right side. The seats were moved and all the mirrors were adjusted. Unfortunately I did not notice the damage at the time of pick up. It was raining and cold at 10:00pm Saturday night after traveling all day with a 21/2 hour drive back to Harrisburg Pa.I had stopped for gas and some grocery’s 10 minutes from home and that’s when I noticed the damage. I called Valve Park at 12:30 am and spoke to a guy who was not there when I picked up my car. He basically said to bad you should have looked at the car before leaving the lot.I thought if I could talk to the owner I might have a better responds so I called back on Monday and the person said the owner was not in but he took my information and would pass it on to the owner, and that was the last contact I had.This is my FIRST review I have ever written, and I am not trying to scam anyone, in fact the car has some other damage where my wife hit the house.I am writing this review a week after they took my information so they had plenty of time to respond, but nothing.I Do Not recommend Value Park first because they wrecked my car and never make any attempt to speak to me about it.The moral to the story is take pictures of your vehicle in their lot when you drop it off, and also a picture of the odometer. Who knows where my car had been while I was away?

I made reservations to park my car and have it cleaned and detailed. After vacation I returned to find my car as dirty as I left it. The rude person at the counter then tried to charge me for it, I had to tell him they didn’t clean the vehicle at all. No apology was given. There are better options at Newark.

My go to parking area when traveling out of Newark Airport! My husband found this parking area via Groupon 2 years ago. We have used them 6 times and have never once been dissapointed. We have recommended them to friends and they also have used the service w ease! The location is easy to find. Dropping off and picking up your vehicle takes less than ten minutes. It gets no easier. You simply pull in, they greet you at your vehicle and take your luggage out, you go inside and give them your keys and receive your receipt, by the time you come out of the office your luggage is in their shuttle and the driver is ready to go. The drivers are friendly and helpful. They are also safe and know how to navigate the airport well. You just tell them the terminal you need and they drive you right to the front of the terminal and take your luggage out for you. When you arrive back home, you simply follow the instructions they give you on your receipt/ticket and text them. They immediately text you back where to meet them. We have never waited more than ten minutes to be picked up and have never had trouble finding them. Upon arrival back to the lot your vehicle is safely waiting, (in the winter months it is warmed already) you quickly pay and you are on your way in minutes. The location is very safe and the employees are polite.

First TimerWe used valet parking one other time at a different lot and didnt have a good experience. We had been using self park lots because of our bad experiences. We needed to use valet parking on this trip and was very happy we chose this lot. Friendly people who answered all our questions. Will definitely use again when we need to do valet parking.

I use this place every time I fly out of Newark. The staff is courteous, and the shuttles to and from happen every few minutes. Extra bonus: they ALWAYS answer the phone. Parked there a bunch of times over the last few years because I travel a lot for work and we need to go with the cheapest. I have been a regular there and have always used the text feature for pickup from the airport. Last week they left me and my family out in the cold for 31 minutes waiting for a shuttle. When they finally picked me up they said they never got the text for pickup (which I had gotten confirmation they had).I was clearly unhappy when I got back to the lot to get my car and the guy behind the counter says Technology; sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. No apology, no discount, nothing. Literally told me to call next time. I told him there wont be a next time.Plenty of parking lots near EWR that wont leave you out in the cold for 31 minutes waiting for a shuttle.

Generally they are very good but lately I have been quite unhappy with the long wait for the shuttle at the airport. Returning from a trip on 6/27/18 I waiting more than 30 minutes at the bus stop. The driver was very nice, said he was taking his break. That wasnt so bad but worse was 2 days later when I took the shuttle to the airport. The driver refused to drop me at the departure level, instead made me get out at the pick-up station. That should never happen.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The BEST parking service for Newark Airport. I have used several other companies, but with Value Parking, I have always received exceptional and friendly customer service with prompt transfer to and from airport. And, it is super easy to find, unlike others!!

Never before have I been so disrespected on the phone and in person. Staff member was rude, denigrating, and even taunted me. Owner claimed he reviewed the recording of what the staff member did but clearly did not since his information was inaccurate. Highly recommend you avoid unless you plan to ruin the end of your trip.

Value Parking is more than just parking. They help with baggage; you are undercover for transfer of luggage and getting into van; and very helpful at the airport. And Mathew is extremely helpful.

Stay away. Should have read the google reviews first. Another review forum had them as a 5 star...Not even close. The only reason they got 2 stars from me was the driver. We had him to and from the airport. He was prompt, pleasant, and helpful. The counter person on the other hand was rude. After inspecting my 2017 car at the end of the trip I found minor damage to the rear bumper. The first words that came out of the arrogant ja** was to blame me. After some prodding he cleaned off the paint scrapes, but didnt offer anything for the scratches and chip that were left on my otherwise pristine vehicle. Since they have such a small lot, they are constantly moving vehicles. (they want you to leave the keys with them). I realized this when I arrived, but at that point youre focused on making the flight, not shopping for a car lot. My advice...try another lot.

After using this company for several years Im sad to say we will no longer be giving them or business or recommending them to our friends. On our return to Newark we called for pick-up, provided our claim number and approximately 10 minutes later the shuttle arrived. The pick-up area was very busy and was we navigated through the crowd with our 5 bags we watched as the driver pulled up, accepted one passenger, slammed the door closed and then sped away from the curb like he was a get away driver at a bank robbery. We tried to flag him down but he didnt see us. All the other drivers from the other lots exited their vehicles and made sure they were picking up all the people they were supposed to. When I called the dispatcher to report what happened all he said was another driver would be there in 10 minutes. No apologies, no sorry we will get someone there ASAP. I told him it was BS and to get someone there faster. When we finally arrived back at the lot the dispatcher never apologized but instead gave me attitude about how I spoke to him on the phone. He also said that we dont have to use his service in the future. Pretty funny considering there are 10 other lots all offering similar pricing and from what I saw shuttle drivers who did not strand their passengers. In total it took over 30 minutes to get back to the lot.

A nightmare. drop off was smooth but they were 30 minutes late for pickup and wouldn’t pick up the phone for anyone in a growing mass of us waiting. No apologies or explanations, not worth saving a few bucks. Go elsewhere

Great place to park you car I get away several times a year and always take both if my cars here if I need to and never a problem.. When you get back you call them and your car will be in front ready for you to go home.. And If you pay extra they will have your car washed for you when you get back
