They helped make moving around New Jersey for my family and I so much easier. My entire family enjoyed the experience and the prices are great. My father had found this company while searching for a transportation company to assist my mother who was battling terminal cancer. My mother needed treatment a few days during the week and was traveling between New Jersey and New York often. It was a strain on my father and I to have to do it. We needed to be there emotionally for my mother.Royal Ways Transportation provided just that! The owner made himself available for each trip. His professionalism, etiquette, and patience was second to none. Royal Ways Transportation was never on time, but always EARLY for our trips. My mother loved the service provided by this Black Owned Business.I have since become friends with the owner, and use Royal Ways Transportation for every single one of my transportation needs. I’ve also referred the business many times and have never received a bad review from any of my referrals.If you are reading this because you are in need of a transportation service, stop reading and go the “Royal Way,” you will not be disappointed.Leaving only 5 stars for this business just does not sit right with me. Royal Transportation has been magnificent in my experiences with them over the pass 5 years. They have transported my students on multiple field trips in the state as well as out of state. They have always been on time and very accommodating regarding my students. I have also utilized their services for trips to and from the airport, and never had a problem. Every time I’m on the East Coast for business, which is often, I have consistently used Royal Ways Transportation and have been impressed by their level of professionalism and the quality of my experience. I bought a Amazon Local voucher for an airport ride from Royal Transportation. I called to make a reservation about two weeks before my trip and was told there would be an additional $20 for tax and gratuity (OK, fine).When I called the night before my departure to confirm pick-up, I was told they had no record of my reservation and would have to charge full price because of this circumstance. I dont necessarily think it was a scam, but it certainly was a failure.

The driver was very professional and one time.

This is a small, but growing business, and many people may be hesitant to go with a smaller company, but Royal Ways treated us royally in every way!I made a reservation 3 weeks in advance for my clients for pick up from their homes and then drop off at the Manhattan Cruise Terminal. So there would be 2 pickups, 15 minutes apart. I spoke with Steve, the owner, and he confirmed everything, including the price, with me on the phone. My clients are 2 older ladies, in their 60s and 70s, so of course I wanted to make sure they would have a smooth experience. Steve was their driver, both ways, and according to the ladies, he was excellent! I called him the day before our scheduled pick up to see if he could come a half hour earlier. He said his schedule was kind of tight and that he couldnt promise, but he would do the best he can. Ultimately he came 15 minutes earlier than the schedule time. According to my clients, Steve showed up in a Lincoln Town Car looking extremely well dressed and professional. It was top notch service all the way. He was also very prompt at picking them up in New York the following week. As I said, the ladies were a little older and came sometimes be a little nit-pickky, but they were extremely pleased at having, in their words, A good looking driver, who smelled so good! to drive them around. :)Overall, I would not hesitate to book Steve and RWT for future trips. Im a travel agent and will refer all my clients in need of transportation to him as well as use him for my own personal transportation needs.
