Amazing service! Professional, courteous drivers who know every place in the city. Many times the drivers helped my clients with gift-shopping, dining and event suggestions, that helped them feel welcome in the city. I would recommend KLS Limo for any corporate traveler or planner looking to give the customer a great time and a great ride!

READ BEFORE CONSIDERING KLS:I used their LA branch. I needed a car service to drive me 10 minutes down the road (Uber and Lyft didnt have baby seats). Google recommended KLS. The dispatcher on the phone, fully knowing that I simply needed a taxi with a booster seat, instead of explaining that this was not the service they provided, booked me a driver. After the 10-minute delivery, they charged me $232. They claim its for the 2-hour chauffeur I agreed upon. I explained the lack of clarity and communication (and the fact that the driver just took off and never returned), but management insisted on charging me.Even if you are looking for a chauffeur service, its probably better to find another competitor. If this is how they deal with MY case, they may not be reasonable with YOU if something doesnt go right.*I just noticed that one of the 5-star Google reviews for their LA branch was written by their own Client Relations Associate. Makes me wonder if any of their 5-star reviews are legit.

Company is in someones apartment on 234 east 88th street ??Very shady !
