Our driver Georgi was so professional, on time and provided a great experience upon our arrival to get our NY trip started. He text me letting me know he had arrived and where he was. Car was clean, fully stocked and he explained how to work everything in the car before we left the airport. He even took our picture as a nice gesture! Super great service. We last minute to decided to rent a limo to celebrate a friend’s engagement. Great experience using kings & queen limo for my sons 10th birthday! The driver arrived early and communicated well from the start, coordinating pulling up in front at the perfect time. Waited patiently while we took pictures and got all the kids in the car, stopped the car to help us get our music synced, also took pictures for us and sent them to us. I’ll start off saying that this company had one of the more reasonable price quotes we looked into. For a point to point service, for a 16 mile drive, many other companies’ quotes were astronomical. So for our wedding, we opted to utilize King & Queen. Sometimes you get what you pay for though… We had 2 white Lincoln MKT (6 passenger) limos. The interior was a little outdated & that’s ok. There were small halogen lights along the interior roof that either didn’t work or flickered constantly. Our driver seemed like a pleasant man, however our ride was COMPLETELY uncomfortable. He was very hard on the brakes & gas which caused our passengers to slide around the seats. He was literally doing about 50mph down exit ramps of the highway. I’m not an expert on the maintenance of cars, but I know a thing or 2. The car actually felt like we were in a tractor from the vibration & shaking of the wheels. I could tell if we went over a certain speed, the tires vibrated & made a very loud noise. It actually felt like the tires were going to fall off. I truly don’t think they were mounted/balanced correctly & you experienced that if the limo went over 40 mph. So in addition to the hard breaking & super fast speeds & the interior lights flickering, there was no escape from getting car sick. I honestly didn’t feel too secure. This is why I gave my review 3 stars. Aside from that, you will get a reasonable price in comparison to other companies & the staff is helpful when reserving. However they definitely need to service their vehicles ASAP. Safety should be anyone’s first priority, customers & company.

Our driver was over 20 mins late picking us up, the limo we received was hot the ac didn’t work, and the charging ports were broken! When I called to tell them they said the best they could do was a 20% discount, this was after they upsold me on the mkt due to “availability”! That was a miserable ride from New Jersey to manhattan! Go elsewhere you won’t regret it!

I booked a surprise for my girlfriend. the idea was airport pickup and 3 hours tour We landed at JFK early than scheduled arrival time, but our driver was already inside. I got a text message from Tony that we will see a greeting sign with our name in the arrival hall. He welcomed us with a friendly attitude. He opened champagne and put on some great music.
