Great service by car #03 & honest man. Dispatcher follows through on what she says. Left a H.S. Graduation card with money enclosed for my Goddaughter & after calling the base cabbie came back to graduation ceremony & gave it to me with a smile & total kindness.
I didn’t even need a taxi i called for help because my car needed a boost ! The man came in 10 mins and helped me out how can you not appreciate a company that does that 5 star if i could i would give it a 10 star! No cap!
Cab never came and dispatched hung up while I was inquiring and had and really did not see why that’s an issue
The worst Service that you can ever resive in your life. Let me explain whyTaxi 🚕 driver always late, due to the fact that the operator don’t communicate with the driver the operator said most of the time 3 minutes and you have to wait out side like 10 or 15 minutes they don’t care If is raining or snowing these people don’t have no respect for there costumersVery unprofessional they will live you on hold for 20 minutes and then they don’t even tell you the price so then when you arrive to your location you have to argue with the driver because they want to over charger the price, have to wait more waiting for the operator to pick up and tell you the actual price when then can easily said that when you are requesting the taxi in the first call.Drivers are always rushing and if you don’t pay as soon as You get in the taxi they will give you the actitud like you not going to payThe worst company
Unprofessional and terrible customer service. Used for medical transport as they provide this and they never showed up. When I called to ask about return trip car (which also did not show up) the representative very rudely told me my patient was a no show, that they called, none of which was true. Extremely unpleasant experience. Will not be using First class again.
Horrible service I left my phone in a car and it wound up costing me 80. The lack of customer service doesnt help. This use to be my favorite go to car service but now your lucky if the car you ordered shows up at all.
You can see from all the bad reviews that this car service is one to be avoided. Unprofessional for starters, and completely unreliable. Their driver left an elderly costumer stranded during a bad snowstorm. The driver outright refused to make an effort to find her. The poor woman had a walker and had to navigate through the snowy streets of NYC to try to find a driver who was sitting comfortably in his vehicle. He then has the audacity to leave because he was impatient. It’s inhumane and unconscionable that the driver would leave a customer like that. Don’t do business with this company.
Showed up almost an hour late to take me to my appointment.No one has an answer when you call for how far away the driver is or how long they will take to reach you.
I have been using this car service for years. Professional, on time, friendly, and their quotes/prices for trips aren’t that bad. I even have my own driver. Choose this car service for all of your needs. Work, doctors’ appointments, etc... believe me you won’t regret it!

This company is dont USECovid-19 been around for over a year and they still put there customers at health risk.I wanted to buy a TV so after a year I tried to get out, feeling safe enough to call my old cab company i used before Covid-19.I asked dispatch do the drivers wear face masks and is there plastic separation between passage and driver, her response was yes.So i booked a ride at 9am February 20,2021 and the car showed up with a driver with out a Mask on,and no plastic separation.So I called back dispatcher and explained the problem and they said the driver is wearing a mask.Which he put one on when they called him, while i was watching.With air pollution in the car, i ask for a new car, dispatch said 5minutesWhen the next car came i got in and said that if he didnt mind we road with my window open, and the driver told me its cold outside so i need to close the window.Or get out, by then my stress level was so high, I decide i didnt need a TV that bad to put my health coming and goingWith First Class ServicesThey need to care about all of there customerI want to liveNever will I call this company again.And when I went to there Reviews I didnt know they had such a bad reputation

I use the first class cab service app and Ive been using the drive for a few months now usually it’s good today on New Years I caught a cab to go home and my girlfriend wasn’t feeling well this cab driver named Shereef (T503047C) stop his whole car and said he would not drive unless he was paid I called the number on the app to report him because I didn’t want to pay unless I was at my destination they had me on hold for 7 mins and when they came back on the phone they told me there are no cabs I called back they told me there’s no record of this cab picking us up and hung up on me which forced me to give this man my money with doubt that I wouldn’t be safe this is the most unprofessional cab service customer service I have ever experienced
I just called to reserve a car and I asked for the prices and I got different prices than the website. The dispatcher told me that I have to listen to him and not the website. The website also said you pay a 3% commission to pay for credit card and he said 10%. He got angry that I asked questions I told him Im not used to taking car services to the airport and it is my right to question different prices and fees, He yelled that to make up my mind and call him when Im ready and hung up. This is not profesional at all. You give a price on your site and that should be it. I was going to reserve online but I did not have the option for the car I wanted. The website is limited.

On point, got me to airport in time with ease
Extremely unprofessional, I walked up to the window to request a taxi and there was an old white woman at her desk which rudely told us no, their taxis could only seat two people. We then proceeded to ask if we could request and SUV and she shoos us away with her hands and continues to ignore us which was really irritating. She then looks at us through her window and sees that we are extremely upset at her poor professionalism and barges out of the office and asks us what our problem is. She then went on a rant, using profane language and telling me to go F myself which I recorded and will be posting on social media. This woman needs to be fired immediately.
The guy is rude who work Despature night time. He is very disrespectful. He supposed to be fired. He has no sense speak with people. Guys don’t call them. Thank you.

These guys are always nice and really fast. Their cars are clean and theyre decent drivers. But their credit card policies are horrible. You have to call the company once you get to your destination to read the card numbers over the phone to them. They also just charged me a 10 percent fee to use my credit card in a trip to Newark airport. Ive used them a bunch of times and never heard of that before. I also asked them to email me a receipt for the $95 trip, since it is for business, but I never got one. So Ill keep using them for local shirt trips with cash. But not again for longer rides or credit card trips.

I live 2 minutes away from this place, but it takes 15 minutes for a car to pick me up. It always says that the car is 3 minutes away, but 5 minutes later, its 10 minutes away
