Called them to provide a round trip airport transfer and they were extremely friendly and professional. They had very competitive rates. Drivers were great and taking all Covid precautions. Would highly recommended!

Automotive Luxury has been exceptional in giving support in a very special transportation of 15 pets. They have been on our side from the moment we needed a quote for the trip, finding the proper vehicle for the task, and ensuring a smooth, safe ride and arrival for both pets and owners. They even welcomed us at arrival and gave some welcome packs with treats for the pets! Absolutely outstanding!

Communication was excellent, everything was on time, and I cannot express fully my gratitude for this help during the COVID pandemic. The driver was wearing a mask and gloves, also provided me sanitizer. He initially made me feel very comfortable by opening and closing my door. The car was immaculate and so was the driver.I am deeply grateful and will use Automotive Luxury again as well as recommend them.

Does not Allow Service Animals in their vehicles! This request was made over 12 hours in advance and was told they would not allow a service animal in their vehicles, had Nothing to do with no vehicle being available because there was one until I said something about my service Animal then they could not help me. Happy New year!!

My original review is below. Upon leaving this review i was contacted and everything was taken care of. I spoke with Lenny, he was very kind and did everything in his power to ensure we were satisfied customers. I would recommend working with this company.Beware of online booking. The full cost is not disclosed and each time it is changed or updated there is a new hold on your credit or debit account. Ended up to have 3 separate holds on my debit card for more than 300 dollars when the original booking told me the cost was 65 dollars. After I called a spoke to a decently pleasant man who told me the holds would drop within 3-5 business days. We ended up canceling because at that rate a black car uber would suffice & give a much more upfront total cost. My advice would be to give them a call to book vs. doing it online if you must use a car service

I had never used, or even heard of Automotive Luxury Limousine, when I was researching best car services in New York. They were exceptionally responsive. Their method of delivering proposals was surprisingly fast. They provided advice on the vehicle layout options. They also maintained professional contact throughout the process. I was in New York for the first and I was recommended to this Limo service by a friend. And since this was the first time in the worlds greatest city, I thought why not give it a shot and see why this company is so amazing (yes, those were the words of my friend).And I have to say, I was amazed when the driver showed up with an Audi. Plus points for the amazing conversational skills of the driver.Overall, the drive was amazing, convenient and the driver knew the city inside out. I definitely recommend everyone to check them out. I booked a Mercedes Sprinter Van for 12 of us from JFK into the city. They quickly confirmed my request and I booked right away. The driver called right as we landed to confirm that he was there. A day before we left the city I e-mailed once again in hopes that we could use the same van to get back to the airport - they e-mailed back immediately and sent over confirmation. The driver arrived 1 hour before we were leaving and let us know he was in no hurry! Clean, friendly, and straight forward all-inclusive price! Will use again, no doubt!

Excellent service! I walked out of my meeting and the car was waiting at the curb for my ride to JFK. The driver had checked traffic beforehand and picked the best route. I was impressed that he got a notification about a traffic issue and changed the route to make sure I was able to get to the airport on time. The car was spotless and very comfortable. Fare was exactly as quoted.

I was in New York again for the holidays and needed to get from Northport to Newark on New Years Day. I took my son on this trip since I wanted to show him NYC. Unfortunately, I caught the flu 4 days prior to departure and could not take my son to the city. I was so disappointed. I called Automotive Luxury to arrange a ride to the Newark Airport and asked if the driver could also take us through Manhattan so my son could at least see the city.Our driver picked us up in a brand new 2015 Audi A8L. This car was pure Automotive Luxury! He was a fantastic driver and made record time. Not only did he give us a great tour through the city but stopped along the way so we could snap a few photos.It was freezing out and he easily found convenient parking, and navigated the crazy city streets even while the stages and barricades were still in Times Square from New Years Eve the night before.Even though I was still feeling awful from the flu, the drive to the airport was comfortable, convenient, fast, and efficient. Everything you would expect from a professional luxury transportation company!

When we do our girls night out we rent our limo at this place. We dont want to deal with cabs and no one wants to be the designated driver so this is the best solution. Our drivers are always super friendly and helpful. This way we party all night long and no one has to deal with driving.

Faultless, highly efficient service. All worked like a well oiled machine and the attitude and friendliness from booking to driving was a major bonus.Finally, well beyond expectations.

The staff was fantastic - very attentive, with lots of personalized attention and inviting. Our favorite newspapers were ready, along with an ITOUCH dock to place our IPOD in while driving around. They are very attentive to even the smallest of needs! We loved the Audi Q7 its B E A U T I F U L!. The drivers had a smile on their face and were all very friendly.

Excellent service from the driver. Timely, professional, courteous. Beautiful high-end vehicle. The three stars are reflective of the quote system and billing. If you book online (which I assume many will), the quote given appears to not be a quote at all. My base quote price when I made my reservation from LaGuardia to 5th Ave was literally doubled by the time I received the final invoice. And the itemized invoice shows that any possible cost involved is directly passed to you. Maybe phone reservations are more representative of true cost? Too late for me to find out. Again, the service was EXCELLENT. But pulling out your phone and doing a Black car from Uber or Lyft would be comparable with clearer, upfront pricing.
