My best friend celebrated her birthday last Saturday and as of Thursday afternoon I had not yet reserved a bus for my party to take us to our destination in NY. When I called Pleasant Limo, the person who picked up the phone told me about a couple of options and said that the manager would call me shortly to see if he could offer me any special deals. When he called me back we agreed to a chauffeured limo that he would find a way to get me a 10% discount. He promptly sent me picture of bus and credit card authorization so that we could finalize booking. The next afternoon the driver was at the pickup location 20 minutes before scheduled time and with a car that was even better than I had seen in the picture (black limo with black leather interior). The driver was very professional and even though it was supposed to be a non stop trip, he let us make one stop to pick up one more guest. Classy and friendly service. Will use again for sure.

Absolute best limo service company in New York. Our stretch limo was very clean and cool, driver was very friendly and the price was $145.00 . Booked them last minute for our Saturday airport pick up. Our driver was friendly and on time with an upgrade (bigger) vehicle then I had reserved. I was pleasantly surprised!

Our experience with JFK Airport Limo service was terrible. We paid in advance, confirmed our flight arrival time and were told to wait outside the arrivals area by the footpath. We waited well over an hour in the cold but worse, each time we (borrowed a phone) to call the company we spoke to a very rude man who kept saying the car would be there in 10 or 15 minutes, yelled at us to wait in the right spot (which we were) and would not agree to refund our payment and let us take a cab. They were completely unapologetic saying merely they can never predict the traffic. We thought if transport is their business they would make allowances for traffic but we could see from our journey into the city that there was no traffic anyway. It was a stuff-up on their part and their customer relations approach was woeful. Would never use again or recommend.

Airport transportation was fine, though its annoying to be on a shuttle.

The minimum of what wed expect from an international airport of that side.

This can be hit-or-miss I waited an hour and a half for a taxi the last time I flew into JFK in my opinion thats unacceptable.

It is huge but easy to walk if you arrive and go to Manhattan look for the air train that goes to Jamaica station and from there the subway on line E there is no lose race.

The truth is very great that when you are in transit there is no time to travel
