We used NYC Rich Limo on a recent trip to NYC over new years. We initially booked an SUV to collect us from JFK to go into Manhattan but they were so good we used them for the return journey back to JFK a few days later.Sophia at NYC Rich Limo was a real pleasure to deal with from start to finish, quick to respond to my emails with plenty of details and a fixed price that included everything from tolls, parking to gratuity. Be very careful with other companies as these can be extra to the price they quote you. Once we landed into JFK our driver met us with a friendly smile and a handshake, took our bags and walked us to the car. Sophia had very kindly upgraded our car to a stretch limousine which had complimentary water in the back. Our driver helped us with our bags into the car on both ends and was very polite and professional.On our return to JFK I booked a standard car with NYC Rich Limo and was again given a fantastic rate (half the price that most hotels would quote you) with everything included. They checked how much luggage I would be transporting so they could make sure they sent the correct car for me. Once the car arrived it was again another fantastic black stretch limousine. Great service best limo I have ever been on. I arrived at JFK with my Husband to have a good time in NYC. Our driver arrived on time and efficiently got us and the luggage in the limo. He was very nice and made sure we had a smooth ride to our hotel. The drinks were good and if we ever come back to visit we know where to go.

Told me they had availability, gave me pricing on the phone. I sent the info, which they misread and told me there was no availability. I messaged them to correct them because they had the wrong dates even though I sent them screenshots of all of the info. They said that they did have Limo‘s available. But then, they gave me different pricing than they did over the phone which I emailed them right away to correct. They never responded back so I emailed again with the info and then they said they are booked. Lying crooks is what they are. And we were spending almost $1000! Greed will get you nowhere in life!

When we arrived at JFK, the driver and Limo was excellent. Cold soft drinks, good music and a great way to travel into Manhattan. It was a treat for our Sons 12th birthday and he loved it. The Limo back at the end of the holiday was not as good though. It was dirty, the radio was on baseball (with low volume) and there were no drinks apart from warm bottled water that tasted as if it had been refilled with tap water. The bottles also stunk of stale water. I would recommend using them though and I hope that our experience was a one off. Would have been 5 starts if the limo back wasnt so bad.

Truly the most awful service I could have imagined. I booked a limo to pick us up from JFK airport on arrival and take us to our hotel for a birthday surprise in October 2017. The booking was made in February 2017. I had ordered champagne in the limo too. I made and confirmed this reservation over 6 months ago. And received all booking references and emails etc. Everything was set!! We arrived yesterday in JFK but No driver to collect us in arrivals as expected. So I called the number. The company even at this point seemed very disorganised as the phone rang for ages and eventually was answered with no official “hello NY Rich Limo” etc. I wasn’t even sure I had called the correct number. Anyways they could not find my booking by name or booking reference initially. So at this point the surprise I had organised had been ruined. Eventually they found it and said they could probably get a car to us from 30 mins to an hour. I said this wouldn’t be suitable as it was supposed to be a surprise with champagne etc. And we didn’t want to wait in the airport for another hour after already a long wait and a flight from London. At this point the lady I was talking to called Safia became very aggressive. It really shocked me. I was being perfectly polite and calm and actually relatively understanding of the situation considering my disappointment. She forcefully said to me in the most patronising tone of voice “CALM DOWN. CALM DOWN. CALM DOWN”. I honestly could not believe how rude she was. I asked her not to tell me to calm down and she hung the phone up. I had booked a $200 journey with them which they had failed to show up for and she hung the phone on me. Unbelievable. So I called back. And asked her (still very calmly) why she hung the phone up. Anyway she kind of apologised and offered instead a one hour sight seeing trip in the evening which of course was not good to us. Honestly the most shocking service and attitude. I urge you to avoid this company like the plague. If you’re booking a special trip or a surprise it’s just not worth the risk. I’m not writing this out of bitterness or anger. I’m genuinely trying to help you avoid similar situations. I booked with them cause their prices seemed reasonable. But I regret it. They ruined what was supposed to be a very special day. And worst of all they didn’t really show any understanding or sympathy. I don’t want the same to happen to you guys. Don’t risk it. Disgraceful company. Enjoy your NY trips guys!! Preparing a trip for a whole family brings its load of constraints and concerns, one was how to best transfer from JFK to Manhattan smoothly and safely.After browsing the web and finding loads of providers, I found NYC Rich Limo which seemed to be pricely ok and responding to my needs. The reservation process is easy and well designed so I booked.Excellent service, rapid resopnse, so all very efficient.When we landed in JFK, it took us only 5 min to go through immigration so we were first in the Airport hall waiting for the driver, no worries as he arrived at the mentioned time with a plate with our name on it. Drive was very good and smooth (opted for the SUV) with bottled water available.3 days before departure, I wrote the company to book the return trip, as fast and efficent as for the first trip, no hassle. We especially appreciated the call from Sophia recommending to leave earlier than planned as traffic was not good. I turned to NYC Rich Limo after a brief research, and after reading some reviews. I couldnt make a better choice! Everything was perfect, starting from the first contact via email with Sophia, who has always been attentive to our requests, and ready to meet them, with great skill, but especially with so much kindness and patience... I didnt thank her enough for giving us a limousine equipped with Wi-Fi, which was essential for our successful birthday surprise ...And the Service itself, was Fantastic! A magical arrival in NY!Super contact for the reservation. Message to the descent of the plane to warn that the driver was well planned. 1h waiting to pass the immigration. I decided for NYC Rich Limo which seemed to be the best value. Several email exchanges with Sophia to prepare everything is also enough to convince you of their professionalism: she always responds quickly, precisely and does not hesitate to advise us. Also very vigilant; I was wrong in the schedules and she immediately rectified! And its true: no surprises, everything is included (taxes, tolls, tips ...). The withdrawal of the BC is exactly as planned 48 hours before the delivery.
