Lewis helped me book the car email and text since I was in flight heading his way.  The car was spotless. Lewis met me at a convenient spot at the airport and the ride was relaxing and stress-free.  Will definitely be calling 1st Cheap New York  Limo again.  I highly recommend!

Customer service is a top priority for Bob.  He far exceeded any expectations that I had for a limo service providing an impeccably clean and comfortable ride, prompt and efficient service, relaxing music and a generous demeanor for my family of four.  I would recommend him to anybody.  He is the best driver I have ever had and made the 2 hour trek to and from our destination quite enjoyable, providing easy conversation when we wanted and peace and quiet to relax if we preferred.  He also got us in and out of the airport quickly and easily given his knowledge of the the layout and the most efficient way to navigate.  We adored Bob!!

I reserved a party bus for my 27th birthday with this company. From the time I booked, communication was very spotty which should have gave me all the hints I needed to know things would not end well. I would send emails waiting days at a time for a response. I even went as far as calling to confirm an email was received because I didn’t receive a response for days and when I did call I was rushed off the phone and told to send the email again. At one point I had to make some alterations to my reservation and even got confirmation via email that the alterations were ok. The day of my celebrations the owner of the company read off completely wrong instructions including pick up time and pick up location ( he was the one to confirm the alterations). Then things really went downhill when the bus allegedly broke down. There were way too many parties involved and very poor communication on the company’s part. There was a road manager named Anthony who was extremely rude and unprofessional and actually hung up in my friends face when she was trying to come to a resolution, the driver who simply told me to contact my booking agent, and then the owner himself. All in all I never got another bus, my birthday plans were essentially ruined, and the company became unresponsive when I Requested a refund for my deposit. Would NOT recommend this company. But honestly I should’ve known better with a company name with the word CHEAP in it.
