Its hard to find an apartment with a laundry room in the UES. Luckily, Alpine Cleaners is right around the corner. Not only do they pick up and deliver, they are super friendly and my clothes and household items always arrive smelling fresh and expertly folded. And, they use only organic stuff. Win win win. Love this place!

Horrible. Thought these folks were decent business people. But they lost clothing indisputably given to them for pick up as verified on video, denied same, blamed me and my condo. I wrote after they refused to respond to my calls and asked them to rectify situation with any restitution they felt was acceptable, which they equally ignored leaving me with no option but small claims court which apparently they are counting on since this woud create a great deal of effort and stress on the customer and little effect on their business. In short avoid them like the plague.
